Reason for selecting Felix's painting: I got couple walls to paint in my house and I got quotes…read morefrom multiple contractors. I selected Felix because of the details of the quote that includes the prep work, paint used, number of coats applied and the warranty. They are also licensed and insured. That saves a lot of back and forth questions and answers between me and the contractor. Prep work & On time: Once I paid the deposit, the job was scheduled within 2 weeks (during Christmas/New Year season). The painters were polite and arrived on time. They are thorough with the prep work. The job was done in a bit over two days. Follow up: After the paint was done and final payment made, we noticed there were some touch up work needed. They provided update every day on when the painter could come and they came on time within couple days. Whereas I do have experience with other contractors when I could not find them for couple months to finish last 5% of the job. Headache free experience (project completed through text): They are impressive, reliable, the whole job was completed without a single phone call (only through text and online payment). Highly recommended if you want headache free painting experience.

He also did a series of handyman jobs that included fixing dry rot by our high-up (second floor) gutter, replacing a window frame that was also damaged by dry rot, and fixing up a series of other cracks and potential problems. He put anti-oxidant paint on a door that was rusting a bit, and also did a bunch of consulting to help us understand our true painting needs (the large majority of our house did not require paint, and Sergio explained exactly why). Other painters would have quoted us a much higher price and would have delivered a lesser quality job. I VERY HIGHLY recommend Sergio. Thanks!!

A lot of my old paint was in rough shape. Their prep was awesome, the board repairs turned out great and they put two coats of paint on the whole house and trim. Shay kept us informed at every step, talked us through options when surprises came up behind the walls or under the floors, and handled permits/inspections so everything stayed on track and to code. The crew was professional, punctual, and tidy and would also work on weekends sometimes. There were some minor bumps along the way but final results look fantastic and function even better. The new layout is open and bright, with smarter storage and lighting that really elevated the space. Because of the great experience, we brought them back for a bathroom remodel too.
