Velux confirmed that the skylight is covered and will inspect and repair it under warranty. Carol's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to point us in the right direction saved us thousands of dollars. During the job, I paid an additional $200 in cash requested by the technician on site when he said some additional scope wasn't included in the $1,200 project. Later, the company stated they had no record of that payment and billed me for the full amount. I informed them of the payment and disputed the balance. I asked for documentation and clarification on their accounting, but that was never provided. Communication became focused on collection and lien warnings rather than investigating the payment issue. I was pretty shocked how aggressive they were in their phone calls and emails. I recommend that customers keep detailed records and receipts for any work done with this company.

Even though Edward said he would clean the solar panels and remove the pigeon poop around the solar panels, there are obvious heavy droppings all around the solar panels that he did not remove and the solar panels were untouched. Basically we only got half of what was promised to us and we even tipped him. Very sad. I'm going to hire the same person from East Bay Solar Cleaning to also clean my roof since Edward didn't remove the pigeon poop.

All Around quoted me $2,375. To remove, clean and replace the guards. Their work required a team of two to spend a total of 5 hours at my house and 1/2 hour offsite to do the cleaning. This worked out at OVER $200/HOUR for UNSKILLED LABOR. Don't let this happen to you.
