Great service. I talked Yair (Sales). He's friendly and patience. Precise Roofing complete the job a few days early. There's a bit of an issue, they didn't cover the unfinished part on the roof, so some water got in the ceiling and through drywall and leak to the floor inside the house. I talked to Joseph (supervisor). He's on it and has his team sealed the roof, clean the installation, fixed the drywall (cut the wet area, install new piece of drywall, and repainted. Joseph with Precise Roofing Inc was the friendliest rep of all 10 companies we had quote our roof replacement and his quote also came in at the best price which was a slam dunk for me being the son of a retired general contractor. Our homebuilt in 1945 had original roof with shingles 40 yo. We had leaks from termite damage, rotting eves and rafters and just couldn't hold out any longer. My wife and I did our research and due diligence and it paid off. Our final and completed project is so amazing it's a relief knowing that our roof is covered 20 years for labor and 50 years for material and we won't have to have any worries. His pricing was so good we even added 7 sun/solar light tubes around the house to add extra natural lighting to save on electricity. You will not be disappointed with this company. His workers not only did professional work, they were courteous, polite and thorough with making sure they cleaned up on a daily basis around the whole house which was nice given we have 2 dogs we were concerned about safety wise. End of the project they swept, power blew and used a magnetic sweeper to ensure all nails and debris were picked up as of they were never here. Stop researching and just go with Precise Roofing. I was in your shoes needing a roof replaced not sure of the process, pricing , timing and quality. However, for my situation I needed urgent 24 hr turnaround for help. We had a big storm coming and a leaking roof into our kitchen it was a Friday and we needed some assistance with tarping our roof for the weekend. I sent out my requests on Yelp and received 10-15 can't do it until Monday and one sure we can be there Friday morning to help. David the owner of Precise along with his colleague showed up on time and ready to assess. He was thoughtful, thorough and professional. He and his colleague went on the roof to assess and then gave me an offer right there. We had one previous offer from the week before for 33k. Precise's offer came just under 20k for a 1300sq foot roof and gutters. Again, we were nervous with accepting right there but needed the roof tarped. So we went with Precise and they were amazing. I had a few problems with the roof of my rental property and talked to a few companies. At the end I decided to go with Precise Roofing. Thank God I've chosen those guys. Their project manager Toni was great. He explained me in details what and how they'll be dealing with the inspection and problems. He offered me a window of a few days to do the job, which was quite fine with me. He kept me posted on the progress every step and was constantly in touch, sending me photos of what's been done. Their team went out of the way to fix the rotten parts, install isolation and new tiles all in one day (the rain started poring like crazy the next day). I sent a quote request thru YELP to do a quick roof inspection and repairs onsite as needed. I received 3 replies from different roofing companies, but 2 couldn't do it the same day. Precise Roofing was the first to reply thru YELP. I informed them I wanted a quick inspection done before the upcoming storm.
