Love Golden Heights Roofing and their team. We all know a roof is a major investment, and they did an awesome job from start to finish. The project was handled smoothly, communication was great, and everything was transparent throughout the process. They always responded quickly to our questions and kept us updated with pictures of the roof during every stage of the installation. Great company overall, and I would definitely recommend them. read more

A really positive experience. Excellent, hard-working, polite. The crew, project manager offered a favorable bid, went above and beyond, and cleaned up super well, too. Great work and experience. read more

this is a review about my experience with Tom and Golden Heights. I was looking to replace my roof to go solar. Tom was one of 3 bidders, he was the only one who took the effort, sat down to explain roofing process, material and specifications in detail. The only reason I didn't commit was the bid coming in as the highest. Until I receive a bid from my solar energy provider, which was close to Tom's but with less comparable material. That's was the decider. The whole pre sale and installation experience was pleasant and professional. it was nice to know I was in good hands all the way. read more

Golden Heights Roofing was so great to work with! Tom came out to give us a quote. Dispatch gave us a 30 minute window and he came right in that time. The estimate was reasonable. We received several estimates and one roofer told us to replace the whole roof (!) while Tom suggested repair. We scheduled the repair a few days later. They showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up before leaving! Highly recommend Golden Heights! read more

Golden Heights roofing was professional from the very beginning. The crew arrived on time, removed the old roof, installed the new one, and did an outstanding job cleaning up every bit of debris before they left. Everyone was polite, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. My spouse works from home, and the crew did everything they could to minimize disruptions throughout the project, which we really appreciated. The quality of the finished roof exceeded our expectations, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company. read more

I needed a new asphalt shingle roof on an office building on short notice. They were able to get everything scheduled quickly and completed the entire roof in just one day. The workmanship was excellent, and I feel confident that if any issues ever come up, they'll be there to take care of them. Great crew and a great group of people to work with. read more

Before starting a few exterior improvements around the house, we wanted to make sure the roof was in good shape. During the inspection, the technician found several issues that made it clear a full roof replacement was the best long term solution. He explained everything clearly, walked us through the process, and completed the full roof replacement efficiently. Once the new roof was installed, he also checked the surrounding areas to make sure everything was in great shape. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that everything was handled without any pressure or unnecessary upselling. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we’re glad we decided to replace the roof before starting the rest of our projects. read more

I have request quote from Eitan Rafael for my roofing and he has provided me the lowest quotes possible. The other quotes which i received was at 3k to 4k higher. The best part is he has finished the job in 3-4 days with all the inspections completed. Eitan is very professional in terms of his work. I highly recommend him if you need any roof renewal project. read more

From our initial contact to the finished product, we have been completely impressed and satisfied in every way. The Golden Heights team worked diligently and patiently with us, going over all the details of the installation, warranties, products, and workmanship. They checked in frequently to make sure our expectations were being met and ultimately exceeded them. The crew that came out was amazing. They worked hard, finished quickly, and left our property absolutely clean. The quality of their workmanship and their integrity speak volumes. They provide excellent service and quality work at fair prices and receive our highest recommendation. Best roofing experience we've had. Keep up the outstanding work, and thank you! read more

Our house needed a new roof for insurance purposes, so we obtained several quotes and met with representatives from different roofing companies. Each explained their services, but none truly stood out at first. One day, while walking down our street, I noticed a roofing crew working on a neighbor's house. I was amazed by how professional and efficient they were. I saw the company name was Golden Heights Roofing, so I contacted them and later met Tom. He explained the materials and the entire process very clearly, and I immediately felt this company was trustworthy, and I was right. When the work began, the crew worked incredibly hard from morning until sunset. We were truly impressed by their dedication. Having built two ADUs in recent years, along with many country cottage renovations, we understand how construction work usually requires a lot of time and patience. However, with Golden Heights Roofing, we didn't need either. Their work was fast, highly professional, and very well organized. They were considerate, respectful, and cleaned the area around our house thoroughly after each day's work, so well that it was even cleaner than before. Now we have a beautiful, shiny new roof. If you are considering a new roof, I highly recommend contacting Tom at Golden Heights Roofing. You won't regret it, you'll be completely satisfied with both their work and your new roof. read more

This is one great and HONEST company. The owner came out for the detailed and thorough inspection. Quoted me a very fair price and then got me on the calendar to get the job done. I was kept informed all the way from start to finish. Eitan showed up with his Crew and him and the crew completed the work in a couple of days. Then showed me photos of before and after work and everything was perfect. What a great job!! I would definitely hire Golden Heights roofing in the future. The plus ++ side is they are all professional, polite and excellent to deal with!! Thank you!! read more

PM Johnathon and his crew did a great job on replacing our old roof, gutter, and gutter guard, and installed new skyline flashing and new chimney caps. Great service and high-quality workmanship. Pricing is competitive too. Highly recommend Golden Heights Roofing for your roof replacement and repair needs. read more

We called Golden Heights roofing to ask about what type of shingles they'd recommend us for our new roof replacement, they were super friendly in helping us make a decision and fast responding, We ended up upgrading to a cool roof shingle since our house gets full afternoon sun during the summer. It cost a little more than the standard option, but if it helps keep the attic cooler and extends the life of the roof, it felt like a worthwhile investment. The finished roof looks great, and we're happy we took the time to compare materials before making a decision. read more

If you're in the need of a new roof, I fully recommend Golden Heights, They are always there if you encounter issues at a later time. They are very nice people who always answer the phone, and follow through on their commitments, and have superior quality control standards, and provide enough workers to get the job done in the time frame they committed too. They provide ongoing written updates, and the superintendent comes by and does a quality control inspection. Highly recommended! read more

I recently hired Golden Heights Roofing to replace the roof on my home, and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. I found them on Google after reading their great reviews. Tom Ross, the project manager, responded quickly and came out within a couple of days to provide a quote. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything -- from the materials they'd be using to the project timeline and warranty details. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept everything very clean throughout the process. The entire job took three days, just as promised, and they left the site clean when they finished. I had a great experience and highly recommend Golden Heights Roofing to anyone looking for quality roofing work done right! read more

I called after the ceiling to my laundry room collapsed during a heavy storm this winter. Tom Ross and his team were amazing! They came out to do the estimate the day after I called. It was quick and easy and he was able to determine the issue and how to fix the problem. He provided an estimate that evening which allowed me to compare pricing amongst 2 other vendors. The initial estimate came in a little high but he was willing to match the lower offer. I am so satisfied with their speedy work, the roof and the ceiling were done in 2-3 days. They made sure to match the texture and the original paint color. If you look today, you'll never guess that it was damaged. read more

Excellent service and fair price! Tom Ross is my project manager. We did roofing and attic insulation with him. He's really easy to work with. I'm very satisfied with the jobs done by his crew. He gave me honest quote from day 1. I was worried wood replacement would cost me a ton because that's a common hidden cost after the quote. He first told me how many sqft wood replacement is free and then how much per sqft is. He also calculated me what's the cost of the whole roof wood replacement. This really won my faith with him and it turned out that's a right call. When the project started, he frequently updated me about the progress with photos. The whole project is smooth. No surprise cost and high quality. read more

Golden Heights Roofing was an incredible company to work with. Sean Suter did an excellent job informing of the work that will be done and recommended great options for my roof and gutters. Gordon Heights replaced my roof this year. I would have given them a five star rating if the Company was more responsible to their workers action. Their workers left a bunch of nails on the driveway at the end of the job. The nails punctured my tenant car tires. I left a message regarding the incident and never received any acknowledgment of their wrongdoing or an apology. I consider this behavior, very irresponsible and unprofessional. read more

Golden Heights Roofing was great from start to finish! Highly recommend! We got about 8 or so quotes for our roof replacement project, ranging from $19k to $42k. My partner and I like to meet the folks in person and hear their approach to the project. Tom was on time, super flexible (we have a few small kiddos we had running around while he was here). Tom explained the process clearly and completely, shared some samples, and even gave us a run down of solar options as well. GHR was not the cheapest, but definitely closer to the lower end of the quotes. We said go and we were off. Tom was super communicative throughout, and once hte permit was secured, we scheduled the roof replacement. the project was started on a Monday and completed the next day! 2 days for a full roof replacement was crazy, but the work was done well, efficient, and respectful crew. I wont need another roof replacement for another 30 or so years, but i will definitely share GHR to anyone who is looking for a great product at a great price from a great crew. read more

We found Golden Height Roofing on Yelp to deal with some minor water damages to our home. They recommended us to redo our entire roof and they would fix the internal damage for free. They completed the roof replacement during the rain season, and had our uncovered roof exposed to light rain. The work quality and service were not as expected, instead of replacing vents as stated in the contract they spray painted existing ones and then left the spray paint cans on the roof. We had to notify them for replacement, but they then had to cut away at the newly layed roof to replace new vents. There were also puddles of liquid sitting on the new layed roof, that reeked of urine. 3 day after the completion of our new roof, we experienced water leaking from the ceiling during an active rain. The water damage into our home was worse than the original problem, resulting in over $10,000 in interior water damage. We requested a refund, they claimed there were no issues with the roof and were not responsible for damages. Through the yelp guarantee they contacted the owner to resolve the issue. We met with him and he asked for a second chance to make repairs, we declined and requested a refund. He offered a discount and then ignored all calls, texts, and emails. After over 6 month of contacting Yelp and the company, we were allotted a small discount. We had to hire new contractors and utilize our homeowner insurance to make repairs for the damages. read more

I bid the roof job to three contractors. John came over the very next day to look at my roof and provide an estimate and they came in by far cheaper than the other two. He laid out the terms of the contract and timing. The job was delayed due to the rain and John constantly kept me informed of the status. His team came in and did a excellent job in installing a long over due roof. My previous roof was tar and gravel and we upgraded to a shingle roof in which I was absolutely pleased with the outcome. I like John's thoroughness, communication, and management of the project. I also like and appreciate on how he took care of all the permits and having the city inspector sign-off after completion of the job. I would highly recommend John and Golden Heights on new roof.
