Not only did they clean the gutters, but they: -- Removed errant branches from my rooftop. -- Replaced the lost guard cover of a section of the gutter. -- Repaired the a ventilation pipe that was sometimes letting rain in above the kitchen. I emailed the inspection report to them when we scheduled their estimate visit. They sent someone out who looked at the roof and said they couldn't go up there to inspect because the roof material (metal) wouldn't support his weight (despite the roof material being clearly stated in the report I sent them ahead of time and the previous inspector walking around up there no problem). The person they sent said neither he nor anyone else at the company received the inspection report I sent so I re-emailed it while he was here and he did a cursory inspection by walking around the house (i.e., not actually getting on the roof). He said they'd send an estimate within 5 business days. That was 13 calendar days ago, or about 8 or 9 business days ago, and I haven't heard anything since then.

All Around quoted me $2,375. To remove, clean and replace the guards. Their work required a team of two to spend a total of 5 hours at my house and 1/2 hour offsite to do the cleaning. This worked out at OVER $200/HOUR for UNSKILLED LABOR. Don't let this happen to you.
