They had hundreds of reviews and equally high ratings, but house cleaning pros did a better job than they did with a slightly better rate on top of that! The cleaners worked diligently and cleaned areas I told them not to worry about. They even got what I thought to be permanent stains from hair dye out of the tub. The staff via the phone and the individuals who showed up to my place were extremely kind. I usually clean my place fairly often but it has never looked like this. Responded to requests quickly, communicated throughout the process so I was never confused as to what was happening. We booked a moving out cleaning, but we had a lot of stuff in the way and were asked to switch to deep cleaning instead. We had a really dirty house with a lot of clutter. My grandparents moved to Concord about 3 year ago and because they are both getting on in years, they hired Darlings to come in once a week and clean their home. I went out and stay with them for a couple of weeks to help them do some small shores and organize, and while I was there I was able to see Darling's team in action. The reason I'm writing this review is that frankly my grandma and grandpa aren't really computer savvy and wouldn't know an online review from a hole in the ground (and I said that with all due love and respect). Very disappointed in the service I received. The first issue is I was charged well over the amount of money we discussed. They cleaned an empty home and I told them I would be using their services monthly so they quoted me a cheaper price. They arrived @ 10:10 & worked until 11:45am & charged me $280. They didn't do a great cleaning job and on top of all that they stole the lighters (3) from my home.
