They were great, communicative, and did an awesome job cleaning the house. Did a really solid job quickly.

Oh boy. Where do I even start. Scheduled a move out clean for my 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment, with a small patio. About ~900 sqft. They arrived 3 hours late and had terrible communication throughout -1pm appointment -1:30 he says they're on the way -1:45 he says they're an hour away -3:00 I text him as they haven't arrived yet -3:30 he says they're parking -4:00 the cleaners finally arrive, 3 hours late -6:00 they're done When I brought up my obvious dissatisfaction with this, he didn't respond until the next day where I was offered $20 off. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot". The entire outside of the building is a parking lot. The apartment looks more like a hotel. Note the timestamps on the messages I attached. Do not recommend. read more

There were actually no facts missing from the review. The items you pointed out were clearly addressed in my review. I was very clear in my review that we didn't return to the home for a few weeks. A company with integrity would have come back out even 19 days later. I was very clear in my review that I understood your policy. I was very clear in my review that the carpet stains were in fact removal via the hands on method relayed by the carpet installer. As with any vendor that lacks service completion... a second opinion is warranted. And in this case, gave us the proof we needed to write an honest, accurate review. I would have happily scheduled the carpet installer at the same time so he could inform you how easy it was to remove these "impossible stains". And I'm sorry, somehow my review isn't legit because I submitted the review two months after your service? Please avoid this company if you value integrity. read more

I used Yelp to request quotes for a move-in cleaning because my wife and I wanted the house cleaned before moving our family in. I reached out to Go Cleaning Services, and Juan, who was listed as the manager, responded. I specifically told him through Yelp that the house was a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home. He quoted me $280. Not "around $280." Not "starting at $280." Just $280. It was clear as day in the Yelp messages. I then paid $50 to reserve the cleaning. When the crew showed up, they seemed confused by the size of the house. About 10 minutes later, Juan called and said he was somehow confused and thought it was a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath home. I'm still not sure how that happened, since the actual size of the house was right there in writing. He also could not point to anything in our Yelp conversation that supported his new version of events. Then came the surprise: the price was suddenly no longer $280. It was $480. But lucky me, he could "discount" it to $440. Very generous to offer me a discount on a price increase caused by his own alleged confusion. At that point, I told him to have his staff leave. To his credit, he did send back my $50 reservation payment afterward. Unfortunately, that did not solve the actual problem, which was that we had movers coming the next morning and needed the house cleaned before moving our family in. So, based on my experience, I would not recommend Go Cleaning Services. The quote changed after the crew arrived, the explanation did not make sense, and the whole thing left us scrambling at the worst possible time. AVOID! read more

GO Cleaning Service - Yelp requested response that supports review. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Concord, California

I was told 2 people would show up, it was just 1. He did ok but nothing more notable than I had already removed on stains. I feel like they applied some kind of hidden fee but at $160 complaining is not worth the time. I think they are just a licensed company outsourcing random cleaners and upcharging UPDATE: owner called on a Sunday to guilt me about leaving a bad review for a small business. I told him it wasn't worth the hassle coming out to go back and forth over $160 cleaning. His initial quote stated it would be 2 people for $160. He only sent one person because the job was "small" and that he only had one machine, but that didn't change the price, it stayed at $160. I'm not the only 1 star review here so I don't see why I got bothered on a Sunday about my review. He said I was only allowed 24-48 hours to leave a review, but I don't see how that's relevant, I am NOT obligated to give you the opportunity to come back and do the same job you failed to do right the first time, and I won't be bullied over the phone to change my review. read more

This is NOT a "professional" cleaning service. I and my wife generally do house cleaning 10x better than their "professional deep-cleaning" crew. One thing is for sure - this company sends any available person to clean - even if they are not professional cleaners and have ZERO experience. Such was my experience with them. During my 1st appointment, 2 people were to show up but only 1 actually showed up and claimed can clean in 6 hours. Thats 4k sqft of house that typically had taken 15-16 man hours. After 2 hours, I told the cleaner to go back as I paid for entire house (~4k sqft) deep clean and it cannot be done by 1 person and the service was priced for 15-16 manhours of service. Btw: when I mentioned it to manager Juan - somehow he kept claiming that he will not charge for extra hours - while I was thinking whether he meant he will charge less for less hours. The guy repeated that so I knew he was not joking. 2nd time - 2 people came - 1 from last time (had some experience) and another who was first timer and can't clean to save her life. Just terrible! Now about the quality - the worst quality I have seen in my entire life. This company's reviews must have been bought. Impossible that they earned the reviews. * toilets were dirty * sinks were dirty * Mirrors were not clean * Cabinets were dirty * Doors were not cleaned * Appliances were not wiped clean from outside * Gas range grates were never cleaned * Floors were not cleaned (kitchen) and rest if the wooden flooring had water marks everywhere. * Entire kitchen was not cleaned (in general) and rest wasn't cleaned * Stains in bathrooms were not removed until later inspection I mentioned to manager (Juan) that I feel like the cleaners DID NOT use any chemicals or sprays to clean because looking at toilets, sinks, mirrors, shower, cabinets, and floors - IT WAS OBVIOUS. To that Juan said they use eco friendly cleaners. I am not an idiot - his meaning of eco-friendly was just Water! The strange thing is that the cleaners spent 12 hrs of combined time yet things were unclean. How can that be? Makes no sense unless the cleaners were just NOT professional. My wife & I clean the house 10x better than them. By hiring and paying professional cleaners - the expectation was to have the house professionally cleaned - which was far from reality. Anyways, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone for cleaning. The spend was complete waste - and it was quite a bit! read more

We did a carpet cleaning and Go was able to schedule the service for the next day at a reasonable price!

Used them for a move in cleaning service. They did a great job and were very thorough in their cleaning.

Team was easy to work with and punctual. Carpets and upholstery came out nice and clean

I was able to schedule service for the same week I reached out. The employees who came to my home were friendly and completed the work on my upstairs carpet, staircase, and couch for a marketable price. However, my laminate floor sustained some minor, though not very noticeable, damage from their equipment when they were completing my couch. Additionally, my couch now has some stains that were not present before their service. I contacted the company about these issues after being out of town for a couple of weeks due to the holidays, but they were unable to rectify the situation. I have certainly learned a lesson from this experience. In summary, the quality of the service was acceptable, but I do not believe it offered good value. read more

The job was well done. Our townhouse was cleaned thoroughly after the tenant moved out.

The service was above and beyond what my expectations were. Christian and his partner didn't just rely on the machine, what I'm use to, but spent the time hand treating prior to using the machine. The carpets and couch turned out great. Thanks. read more

I have had my carpets cleaned professionally many times over the years. What it comes down to is the person who does the job and how much they care about doing a good job. Monday night I found myself in a bit of an emergency unexpectedly needing cleaning Wednesday. Go was available and they provided an arrival time not a window which was a first for me. Two people showed up when expected and handled the business. I asked for an estimate for how long it would take and they completed their work within 5 minutes of their estimate. My only concern is that because they had no company logos anywhere my expectation is that if I used GO again I might get two entirely different people. If I know those two would show up every time I would use Go forever and recommend them without hesitation. While I don't know their names they did a fantastic job and the carpets look amazing. read more

Juan from Go Cleaning worked diligently to get the appointment setup, and he worked around my schedule, very friendly and helpful. Chas came in to complete the carpet cleaning today. He was very professional and courteous during the cleaning. He did a great job, very fast and quickly cleaned the carpets. I only had a master bedroom and a set of stairs. The carpets weren't cleaned since before 2017. He did a great job and double checked with me for cleanliness before he packed up. Terrific job, I would highly recommend them again. read more

I had a great experience with Go Pro Cleaning service. My carpets are clean and the process was quick and smooth.

Hired after a minor interior renovation that involved sanding. Asked for attention on all surfaces + dirty window tracks. Between two members, they were here for 2 hrs in a 940 sq ft home. Price was reasonable. After a brief inspection, I asked them to re-do one floor. After their departure, I did the moist white paper towel test in each room and it was apparent a lot was missed that required a do-over. Carlos, the company owner sent them back after 1 hour and did a more thorough job. Kudos for following through on their business promise: "customer satisfaction" Thank you very much. read more

3 stars given only because cleaners came in on time and cleaned, also accommodating for our cats being around the house (was unable to keep them inside a room). However, we were not satisfied with the work that was done. Did not seem like deep cleaning work. Window sills were not entirely clean still after they left, base boards not cleaned at all, dining table was not clean (not sure if this is cause this is not necessarily part of the house?). I felt time was wasted on more of reorganizing our stuff on the counter tops, folding blankets/shaping toilet paper. Was asked if fridge or oven can be cleaned (thought cleaning outside of these appliances was already included in price) so thought they were asking about cleaning INSIDE these appliances. Turns out it was just cleaning the outside and nothing touched inside. We were ok to pay extra if they cleaned inside. Overall, don't think we can use this company again since price was not worth the work that was done. We could have cleaned the same way ourselves to be honest. read more
