Oh boy. Where do I even start. Scheduled a move out clean for my 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom apartment, with a small patio. About ~900 sqft. They arrived 3 hours late and had terrible communication throughout -1pm appointment -1:30 he says they're on the way -1:45 he says they're an hour away -3:00 I text him as they haven't arrived yet -3:30 he says they're parking -4:00 the cleaners finally arrive, 3 hours late -6:00 they're done When I brought up my obvious dissatisfaction with this, he didn't respond until the next day where I was offered $20 off. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot". The entire outside of the building is a parking lot. The apartment looks more like a hotel. Note the timestamps on the messages I attached. Do not recommend. read more

There were actually no facts missing from the review. The items you pointed out were clearly addressed in my review. I was very clear in my review that we didn't return to the home for a few weeks. A company with integrity would have come back out even 19 days later. I was very clear in my review that I understood your policy. I was very clear in my review that the carpet stains were in fact removal via the hands on method relayed by the carpet installer. As with any vendor that lacks service completion... a second opinion is warranted. And in this case, gave us the proof we needed to write an honest, accurate review. I would have happily scheduled the carpet installer at the same time so he could inform you how easy it was to remove these "impossible stains". He quoted me $280. Not "around $280." Not "starting at $280." Just $280. It was clear as day in the Yelp messages. I then paid $50 to reserve the cleaning. When the crew showed up, they seemed confused by the size of the house. About 10 minutes later, Juan called and said he was somehow confused and thought it was a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath home. I'm still not sure how that happened, since the actual size of the house was right there in writing. He also could not point to anything in our Yelp conversation that supported his new version of events. Then came the surprise: the price was suddenly no longer $280. It was $480. But lucky me, he could "discount" it to $440. Very generous to offer me a discount on a price increase caused by his own alleged confusion. At that point, I told him to have his staff leave. To his credit, he did send back my $50 reservation payment afterward. Unfortunately, that did not solve the actual problem, which was that we had movers coming the next morning and needed the house cleaned before moving our family in. So, based on my experience, I would not recommend Go Cleaning Services. The quote changed after the crew arrived, the explanation did not make sense, and the whole thing left us scrambling at the worst possible time. AVOID! read more

This is NOT a "professional" cleaning service. I and my wife generally do house cleaning 10x better than their "professional deep-cleaning" crew. One thing is for sure - this company sends any available person to clean - even if they are not professional cleaners and have ZERO experience. Such was my experience with them. During my 1st appointment, 2 people were to show up but only 1 actually showed up and claimed can clean in 6 hours. Thats 4k sqft of house that typically had taken 15-16 man hours. After 2 hours, I told the cleaner to go back as I paid for entire house (~4k sqft) deep clean and it cannot be done by 1 person and the service was priced for 15-16 manhours of service. Btw: when I mentioned it to manager Juan - somehow he kept claiming that he will not charge for extra hours - while I was thinking whether he meant he will charge less for less hours. The guy repeated that so I knew he was not joking. 2nd time - 2 people came - 1 from last time (had some experience) and another who was first timer and can't clean to save her life. Just terrible! Now about the quality - the worst quality I have seen in my entire life. This company's reviews must have been bought. Impossible that they earned the reviews. * toilets were dirty * sinks were dirty * Mirrors were not clean * Cabinets were dirty * Doors were not cleaned * Appliances were not wiped clean from outside * Gas range grates were never cleaned * Floors were not cleaned (kitchen) and rest if the wooden flooring had water marks everywhere. * Entire kitchen was not cleaned (in general) and rest wasn't cleaned * Stains in bathrooms were not removed until later inspection I mentioned to manager (Juan) that I feel like the cleaners DID NOT use any chemicals or sprays to clean because looking at toilets, sinks, mirrors, shower, cabinets, and floors - IT WAS OBVIOUS. To that Juan said they use eco friendly cleaners. I am not an idiot - his meaning of eco-friendly was just Water! The strange thing is that the cleaners spent 12 hrs of combined time yet things were unclean. How can that be? Makes no sense unless the cleaners were just NOT professional. My wife & I clean the house 10x better than them. By hiring and paying professional cleaners - the expectation was to have the house professionally cleaned - which was far from reality. I was able to schedule service for the same week I reached out. The employees who came to my home were friendly and completed the work on my upstairs carpet, staircase, and couch for a marketable price. However, my laminate floor sustained some minor, though not very noticeable, damage from their equipment when they were completing my couch. Additionally, my couch now has some stains that were not present before their service. I contacted the company about these issues after being out of town for a couple of weeks due to the holidays, but they were unable to rectify the situation. I have had my carpets cleaned professionally many times over the years. What it comes down to is the person who does the job and how much they care about doing a good job. Monday night I found myself in a bit of an emergency unexpectedly needing cleaning Wednesday. Go was available and they provided an arrival time not a window which was a first for me. Two people showed up when expected and handled the business. I asked for an estimate for how long it would take and they completed their work within 5 minutes of their estimate. My only concern is that because they had no company logos anywhere my expectation is that if I used GO again I might get two entirely different people. If I know those two would show up every time I would use Go forever and recommend them without hesitation. While I don't know their names they did a fantastic job and the carpets look amazing. read more

I felt time was wasted on more of reorganizing our stuff on the counter tops, folding blankets/shaping toilet paper. Was asked if fridge or oven can be cleaned (thought cleaning outside of these appliances was already included in price) so thought they were asking about cleaning INSIDE these appliances. Turns out it was just cleaning the outside and nothing touched inside. We were ok to pay extra if they cleaned inside. I hired this company based on their good reviews on Yelp. They were responsive to my request for service and I was able to schedule a move-out cleaning for my 2 bed/2 bath condo on a day that worked for me. The crew arrived early and they were friendly and polite. I walked them through the condo and left for work. When I returned the following day to finalize my move, I was very disappointed and frankly rather shocked. While the bathrooms and fridge were clean and the place as a whole looked decent, I discovered dozens of places that had either been hastily cleaned or not at all. I spent an hour and a half cleaning spots on the floors, windowsills, baseboards, etc. they also used some kind of cleaner on the stainless steel oven door that no amount of water, soap or counter spray could remove. I am very concerned that this will be seen as damage and taken from my security deposit. When I wrote to the company explaining my disappointment and findings (including several photos), I was offered $20 as a refund. I paid $380 for the cleaning. So insulting. When I reminded them of what I paid, they raised the refund to $30. Moving is so stressful. I hired a professional company to try to take some of the stress away, but it has only added more. read more
