I am so, SO happy with the deep cleaning I received from Armando and Cesar (Caesar?) a little over a week ago!! From the very beginning of our interaction, Armando was professional and communicative. His hourly quote and estimate of the time it would take were spot on. He also called a couple of days before the service to follow up on my request to have very high second story outdoor window cleaning as part of it. He set an accurate expectation, which I truly appreciated! Once they were underway with the cleaning, Armando checked in now and then, asked my preferences on several mini projects within the cleaning, and delivered excellent results. I had a gnarly monstrosity of a stove top I'd breathed in scary amounts of toxic fumes trying to get clean and eventually gave up on. I'm embarrassed to post the pic but I want to just to demonstrate how great a job they did! (The black areas in the pic are where the paint was already scraped off.) I will absolutely be calling on Cleen Earth for ongoing maintenance cleaning. This is the first time I've hired professional cleaners to clean my home and hiring Cleen Earth was definitely worth it. Armando was great to work with from the get go. I requested basically a full house cleaning but Armando was very transparent with what he thought would be feasible given my 6-7 hour budget. One of our bedrooms had black sticky residue all over the walls left by a previous tenant and the Cleen Earth team was able clean it all up with no problem. Armando himself worked very diligently on cleaning up the oil stains and sticky spots in the kitchen. I'd definitely recommend! They have great reviews, were really responsive in providing me a quote, took the time to get a handle on exactly what our needs were, and had many options of availability almost immediately after I contacted them. This morning, Armando came bright and early at 9 am and did a quick check-in with me to confirm the areas for deep cleaning - our kitchen and two restrooms. In around two hours, he had all of those areas sparkling clean and smelling great. I appreciate that he had me walk through so he could note what he did and make sure I was ok with everything. He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly, and was even able to work around my complicated schedule. The service was very responsive and communicative while setting up the initial appointment. Which was made for the very next day. The initial cleaning was for very small unit, but required a deep cleaning. The person that came was very nice, and professional.
