I needed help with deep cleaning the kitchen, pantry and bathroom at my dad's house. He is elderly and doesn't see too well anymore. It has taken a while to get him to agree that he needed help with cleaning around the house. He says the dirt doesn't bother him, but I said I can't keep coming over unless it is clean. Having daughter's company wins! After reaching out to several services, Ana's was the one who got back to me. I had texted what I needed and when, and Debora replied to me their availability and what to expect. Basically, the cleaning crew would come and assess the job and provide an estimate. If the rate was acceptable they would begin cleaning immediately. Maria and Rosa worked for four hours, a total of 8 man hours. I am so grateful at how much they got done, it would have taken me more than two days to do what they did. Maria was the lead of this team. She speaks some Spanish but her first language is Brazilian Portuguese. We were able to communicate pretty well using Google Translate. I am working toward decluttering the rest of the house (a daunting task as dad is a bit of a hoarder) and will be reaching out to Ana's Cleaning Service again in the future. The service sent over 2 young women that lacked English skills, but via smart phone translation software we were able to communicate. I received a time / cost estimate before starting 4hrs and paid via Zelle. They were both pleasant, focused, and respectful during this visit. My request was the cleaning of the Bathroom, Kitchen, Main Living / Dinning Room, Rugs, Windows. plus to help declutter and bring some order to the space. I have been looking for help deep cleaning some parts of my apartment. I reached out for a quote, and got a reply very quickly. They had a time that fit perfectly with my schedule, and on the day, the two cleaners showed up EXACTLY on time. I have several pets, so sanitation and odor control are my priorities. While I asked for a deep clean, I didn't actually need some of the normal parts of that (bathroom, inside fridge, oven), so the ladies put their efforts elsewhere. Oh my gosh, y'all! They were THOROUGH. They vacuumed all crevices of my couch. They cleaned the garbage disposal. One of them went by with a putty knife, and I don't know what she was scraping, but I'm pretty sure it's a good thing it's gone! All totaled, I think they spent nearly 3 hours in my little 1 bedroom apartment. While I can't afford cleaners very often, their prices were very reasonable, and this cleaning was well worth the cost. read more

Update: I was contacted by the company who offered to come back, which was super nice. They said they would give feedback to Ingrid and made up for the initial cleaning. I have to say that their follow up and the fact they stood by their work speaks volumes. I would use them again. Ingrid came was nice, but she missed several places and I had to point them out, such as the side of the fridge and the outside of the microwave. Even the places she did clean were not done very well. I literally had to help clean. The job she did was decent but for the price I paid ($220 for about a small 500 square foot basement apt.) She came out on Tuesday, May 28 and saw the place, gave a quote for a same day deep cleaning. All in all though, I didn't feel the job was worth the price. read more

We asked for a deep clean of our home and unfortunately it was more of a basic dust and mop job. I will say they did a decent job but for only half the house and were very kind people. However there were many many things that were just not worth the time and money. 1. They arrived about 30 minutes late with no warning, I had to reach out and confirm they were still coming. 2. It was very difficult to communicate due to language barrier, but we did our best with google translate. 3. Overall they charge way too much for a half ass job. They quoted us way under what they charged and it took a very long time for her to respond to try and get them to come back and actually finish what we paid them to do. They did come back to try and "finish the job" but I literally had to stand over them and tell them exactly what they missed and they still didn't do a good job so I let them go and requested a partial refund. We still had to go back and wipe things down because they missed major areas and toward the end stopped moving furniture around. If youre thinking of booking honestly youre better off finding another cleaning service, there are plenty if better ones that are more thorough and better priced. read more

Very unreliable! Showed up for the initial appointment late, then worked maybe only 20 minutes and all of a sudden had to leave, apparently due to a family emergency! Which was a lie! She was on the phone the whole time and even though I am not of Hispanic background, I do understand the language pretty well. Never heard back from her, she never showed up again like promised! tl;dr: Their bid was twice their estimate after showing up, for no reason. I hate to give a bad review but I found Ana on Yelp and this was a bad experience. I got bids for a move-out clean on a 2/1, 1,150 sqft single family home. This was all in my original request. I've attached pictures to clarify the condition; it's nothing abnormal. While a lot of companies bid the job, Ana provides an estimate range, and whoever shows up to do the work bids it on the spot. You can agree to the bid and they will start immediately. Her estimate was in-line with bids from other companies. I went with her because of the Yelp reviews. My place is recently remodeled and lightly lived in, I didn't expect any issues being inside her estimate range. When the two person team showed up, they bid it at double the estimate (and double all of the other bids I had received). I messaged Ana to ask what happened and the response was that there was no miscommunication but the estimate is just an estimate. When I asked why my place (pictures attached) was so much more expensive, I was told a lot of things that don't make sense to me. First, I was told that the estimate is for 1 person for 1-2 hours and they sent 2 people for 3-4 hours. I said I didn't request extra people or hours. Then I was told a move-out cleaning is different than a deep cleaning and they have to do things like clean the refrigerator. But the estimate was for a move-out clean, it says so in the estimate. I spoke to Ana on the phone and she provided a lot more examples of why it would take time, but none clarified the pricing mishap. For example, she explained how refrigerators take a long time to clean, that I have a glass shower door while sometimes other people have a curtain that is thrown out, and I also have a lot of cabinets, some small apartments have none. But I provided the square footage in my request, everyone has a refrigerator, and how can an estimate range not account for people with shower doors and kitchen cabinets? When I pressed her to explain that, she mentioned the pricing is a bit out of her control because the people who show up are independent contractors and set their own price. As best I can tell, that was the explanation. Her estimate is an optimistic guess and the people who show up set their own prices completely independent of any estimate. Maybe I had a super crew show up who do a super job and charge twice as much. My advice would be: I'd be careful about relying on them when you're in a hurry as you won't know the pricing at all until whoever shows up picks a number. You're hiring Ana to vet and coordinate with subcontractors, but she has little control over the bid you get when they show up to do the work. read more

She gave us a clear idea of what can be cleaned vs what might be hard. They spent almost 5hours and the house was spotless at the end of it - kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator, everything. We paid ~$350 for 5 hours of work x 2 people which is very reasonable. They took care of everything without us having to worry about what to clean which we really appreciated. I had a team from Ana's clean my place after being out of the country for a long period. They were so professional from minute one, starting with putting covers over their shoes before stepping on my white carpet. (The team from another company and I used to get in arguments over this, because he refused to). They started in cleaning all the kitchen cabinet door faces in a big way, which really impressed me compared to my last company where I'd have to remind the worker to do them. They said it would take 2.5 to 3 hours since it was the first visit, so I went and did some errands after an hour -- that shows how much I trusted them in my home. We communicated well through a translation app as they didn't speak much English. Yesterday, after living in the space a day I realized they had cleaned the hardwood floor under the sofa, had managed to get the stain off the bottom of the ceramic kitchen sink that I never could, had cleaned the grout between the tiles of the tub surround, which hasn't been that clean in years. They cleaned the high trim, near the ceiling in the bedroom, whereas I was only concerned with the floor trim. I feel so happy and comfortable being home again after their cleaning. They are terrific with detail and solid workers. They have all the tools and products needed. I don't have to go over the work they did like I did with my former company, who were always forgetting something or just not careful or thorough. I highly reccomend this company. read more

First off, Ana is great at communicating via text. It was easy to set up a time and coordinate. I was hesitant at first on the same day free quote scenario, but ultimately realized it is so much better than the other services. Other cleaning services provide a set price, which in turn seems unfair given some apartments are a lot more dirtier than others & not all apartments are the same in size or situation. If you aren't satisfied with their quote, they will happily move on and you don't have to agree to the cleaning. I went with a deep clean- which includes cleaning the inside of the fridge and oven. Overall the apartment was pretty clean. They missed a few spots on the kitchen floor and around the outside of the fridge. The cleaners probably could have used a little more attention to detail, so I had to do a quick wipe through of the missed spots. Two cleaners showed up for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with living room & kitchen and completed the cleaning in 2 hours. I left and came back and Ana even texted me as they were wrapping up so I can check the place before they left- really appreciated this! Unfortunately the cleaners initially showed up without masks on. Ana was very receptive of my feedback and immediately spoke with the cleaners about wearing masks. When I called Ana's Cleaning Services, however, I got an immediate answer and a quote (range) texted to me. I thought that it would be difficult to schedule the cleaning since I called on a Thursday and needed to hand over the keys on Monday morning. They were able to put me in their schedule just a few hours after calling them. The friendly and professional cleaning team arrived promptly, gave me a price within the range that was quoted to me, performed the cleaning in the amount of time they estimated and after they were done, they walked me through to show me what had been done. I needed a detailed cleaning after renovation work. It was easy to schedule. Unfortunately, there was a big disconnect on expectations vs. what Ana's team can deliver in terms of cleaning up after a remodel with dust, grout haze, etc. They really only use soap and water, and they work very quickly. What I needed was a crew who could come in and wipe down every surface/cabinet so we could start clean. Instead, one cleaner showed up and hustled through it in 2 hours for ~$220. The cleaner was out the door before I had a chance to do a thorough walk thru. Upon pointing out a few missed areas, they did their best to hastily wipe it down and get out the door to the next job. After expressing my disappointment, the owner reached out to clarify they are not insured to do the type of cleaning I actually needed and offered me a partial refund. They also offered to have someone come back to clean up all of the missed spots in the rest of the house that did not need special attention but definitely were not "deep cleaned" i.e. window sills, baseboards behind a door, etc. I declined since I had already spent the rest of the day cleaning it myself. tl;dr: probably fine for a normal cleaning, though be around to check their work and clarify expectations early/often.
