I was honest and told Richyelle I had 2 sets of very dirty blinds I never cleaned and she told me her team would do their best to clean them. Honestly hands down the best cleaning service I've ever worked with. They do a fantastic job doing regular cleaning as well as deep cleans which are my favorite. Kind and efficient. After assessing the size and work load they got right to work and seriously deep cleaned the agreed upon rooms. My bathrooms and kitchen have never been cleaner. Richyelle always always personally reaches out to me to make sure that our house cleaning needs are well taken care of. I was initially a bit hesitant about having people cleaning during covid but her team is amazing! They wear gloves, masks and sanitize everything so well and they are very very careful when they are in your house. A bit disappointed with overall service and communication. We needed Richyelle's to do a deep clean for our apartment. Communicated over text and email if deposit was necessary and mutually agreed and confirmed on a date and a base price of 120-160 dollars. Three days prior to the date, I get a text message asking "what time". Didn't think anything of it as we were still scheduling our movers and working with our condo association to reserve a spot. After replying on a time two days later, i get a reply back saying we already booked another job during this time and unable to service the apartment on the agreed date. 1.) I feel that communication could have been better, but for them to cancel it without any other notification to their customer, I thought it was mismanaged. 2.) The cleaners came and did a great job. When they finished, I received a text message saying the invoice for the job was 260. They did a great job but the price they originally quoted me to what they billed be were close to 100% mark-up. The workers did not speak any english and was very difficult to communicate. I had a poor experience with using Richyelle's service, the overall theme was lack of communication and i feel i got taken advantage. I wouldn't use them again, as it left a very sour taste in this experience. I think if you plan on using them, use them for long term, weekly or bi-weekly cleaning vs. one time deep clean. I hope they fix the way they communicate with their clients and customers in the future. read more

I had the best childhood. My parents bought a CA travel book when I was younger and took us all over california during the weekends. So our weekends were mostly spent on traveling and lots of fun times! With this being said, my parents were so awesome because they never made us clean!
