Life changing! Amazing service and so easy to communicate with. We initially only wanted a deep clean focused on our windows since our the screens had years of dirt and dust collected from construction nearby. However, after having the deep cleaning completed by the Shiny Cleaning Crew, we signed up for monthly services because we noticed their attention to detail was top tier. Joel and his team did a stellar job on my condo after an unexpected renovation. They were extremely thorough, making several passes on all of the surfaces to ensure that all the dust had been picked up. He also suggested power washing my deck and I'm glad he did -- I didn't realize how much of a mess the construction company had made there. I never write reviews, but I was so moved by the level of service and dedication of Joel and his team that I would be remiss to not publicly acknowledge them. I have a rather large rental home by San Francisco standards, and the building is a few decades old, so some of the features can be difficult to clean thoroughly. Joel and his team did not skip any of the details with their deep cleaning. It took longer than I anticipated, but it was ultimately understandable given the extent of their work. On top of all this, I asked Joel on somewhat short notice if they would consider cleaning the exterior windows to my balconies, and Joel happily accommodated. They saved me time and probably some money as I had planned to hire someone separately just for the windows. He cleaned both the interior and exterior tracks, as well, which were full of dirt and debris. I am truly impressed with their work and graciousness. Highly recommend. Thanks Joel and team! They did a great job! Joel from Shiny Cleaning responded to a Yelp Project request for my 2br/2ba apartment. His communication was great! Very prompt and professional. Booking was easy and he showed up on time. The team was thorough--they cleaned the baseboards, window sills, floors, cabinets, stove, microwave, etc. They moved items around on bookshelves and counters, but put everything back in its original place. They even cleaned areas I didn't point out to them, like smudges on doors around the doorhandles and even the ceiling vent in the bathroom. They dusted everything and cleaned the hardwood floors. The tile backsplash and tile bathroom/shower are now spotless. Anybody can clean an apartment. This was our first experience with cleaners, and it was spectacular. We hired Shiny Cleaning to deep clean the condo we were moving into as well as to clean of the apartment we were moving out of. They were extremely easy to work with, flexible, and transparent about pricing and what is included in services.
