    Prompt response and clear communication for service requested. We were able to chat through yelp and discuss our terms. Hugo was able to respond promptly when messaged through yelp before, during and after the service. Anything that needed clarification we were able to handle. Dener and Sara were responsible for the deep cleaning I requested for my home. They were able to do a good four hours of service with my supervision. I realize that the only way I will be satisfied with the work is if I supervise and tell them what needs to be cleaned based on my preference because there were things that were missed and I had to point it out. Since it was our first time getting to know each other, I had to make sure that they understood my preferences. Kitchen was was not clean to my liking and I had informed Hugo that I was not satisfied with the work so he was able to get the job done the second day by sending the staff back to finish what they were supposed to do. I'm really happy that they were able to do this, but would've been better if they already took care of it the first time I'm not removing any Yelp stars because I feel that I am a tougher person to please when it comes to cleaning. lol Overall, I feel that the value was great for the work that they did. The price mentioned included the kitchen deep cleaning, bathroom x1, bedroom x1, common area, and living room. Now that they know how I work. I'm looking forward to having them again the next time I need them to clean. Ps, staff speaks Brazilian Portuguese so we had to use some interpreter app to communicate at times- which is ok with me.

    The quality of service has declined. I signed up for cleaning every 4 weeks for a 2 bed/2 bath, but in the last two sessions the cleaners missed several obvious spots. When I messaged Hugo about the issue, he initially offered to send the cleaners back the next day to fix it. However, before I even had a chance to respond, he followed up suggesting that I upgrade to twice-a-month cleanings moving forward. This felt like poor customer service. The cleaning quality has been inconsistent, and at this point the service does not feel like good value for the money.

    We have been using green cleaners all year! Hugo's team has done a fantastic job- we have them on a regular monthly basis and they always send me a reminder the day before they arrive. Their cleaners are consistent, friendly, they know how I like certain things cleaned and I never have to monitor or double check their work. Paying them is easy, they take multiple forms of payment, but Venmo is most convenient for us. Shout out to Emily who is my go to girl!

    Customer service people were nice and the cleaners that came to my house were pleasant. I paid for a "deep cleaning" but I don't think they went deep on anything. At the end of it, tile and grout were still very dirty in the bathroom. There was dust on many surfaces (obvious places like tables and desks, and less obvious like tops of light fixtures, tops of picture frames, even dust bunnies on the floor in the main room. Stuff still on both toilet seats. Tile areas were also still dirty in the kitchen and bathroom sink areas. They reportedly cleaned the baseboards, but it seems like they didn't use a wet cloth for any of it, so you can still see dirt (although the main dusty part is wiped off). I think overall this was fine for a regular cleaning, but it was not a deep cleaning by any means. I would expect more from a deep cleaning.

    Green Cleaning provided the highest-cost bid out of the cleaners I contacted for move-in cleaning. I hoped to get a better clean, but the cleaners just stayed for two hours on the dot. They missed several areas like the washer/dryer intake and didn't clean the air intake vents as advertised (I specifically asked for this before paying). To their credit, they offered to reclean at no charge, but they caused the power in the restroom to go out and didn't report the issue to me, so I didn't opt for the offer. They didn't accept my request to reduce the price.

    Patrick did a good job, though it didn't really feel like a deep cleaning - I had to ask him to clean the top of the ceiling fan blades as well as dust all the blinds, which considering the fact I live in a studio apartment isn't difficult to do. The vacuuming also wasn't super thorough, I spent about 30 minutes going over the carpet after he left, and there was a lot left behind. I would recommend this company for a semi-regular cleaning, but will probably go elsewhere the next time I need a one-time deep cleaning.

    Wow, this is the worst cleaning service I have ever used and they use false advertising to rope you in. I highly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you are looking for a deep clean, as you will not even get a normal clean here. I do not want to blame the housekeeper who came - he was extremely nice and worked hard to communicate though he did not speak english, however: 1. He arrived 30 minutes late, but this happens and parking is tough here, so not a huge deal on it's own. 2. He worked extremely slow. I have a relatively small, ~900 sq ft 2/2 apartment. After 2 hours he had only finished 1 bed and connecting bathroom and had just started the other bathroom before he had to leave to put more money in his meter. Once he was done, there was still a layer of dust all over the corners of the floor, in my closet, and under my bed. It was clear these areas were not touched by the vacuum at all. Most of the other services I've used complete basically the whole house in 2 hours and offer a better clean. 3. The room smelled weirdly sour after he was done, it does not smell clean and I have no idea where this smell is coming from. My primary issue is with Hugo, who managed communication on Yelp, and I assume is who I was speaking to over text. See attached for our conversations. When first speaking to Hugo I asked about getting a deep clean service, and he assured me that "all services are deep clean", so I moved forward. When I flagged the issues with my floors to him after my bedroom was finished, Hugo kept making excuses as to why things weren't done. For the closets, he said closets aren't included in the cleaning, even though some parts of the closet were touched as I saw the housekeeper in there. For under the bed, he said his Yelp message said that they would only clean under the bed if there was nothing underneath it. However, what the message actually said was "If you have any objects under the bed, remove them before the cleaner arrives to deliver better results." Once I pointed this out, and told him this also doesn't address the fact that there are still layers of dust and hair balls in the corners of my main bedroom, he immediately ended the service. Don't waste your time. Find another housekeeping service.

    We have used Janaina's Cleaning Services twice. Once at a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment we were moving…read moreinto (where the new landlord handed it over super dirty) and second at a tiny studio I was moving out of. At the new apartment, they did an ok job and missed a couple locations (the half bathroom, medicine cabinets, and laundry area) but we were satisfied enough because we just wanted to unbox our things and move in already. We still had to clean the microwave and stove further the next day though. So we tried their services a second time for my studio I was moving out of since my landlord was extremely nit picky about everything she wanted cleaned so I can get my substantially big deposit back. The landlord gave me a list that I wrote out for the cleaning staff and I really emphasized that my landlord was super picky and would be checking this list. Mind you it was not a long list; it was less than 10 items. I trusted their expertise but when I came back to inspect the work the following second day, there was so many items from the list done at half effort and some missed entirely. This studio was a small unit of 400 sq ft or less that was rarely lived in. I had already started cleaning so they could do the detailed work my landlord requested. For such a small space that was empty, I expected a more thorough and thoughtful approach to their clean. Unfortunately they failed to meet expectations. There was still dirt and small debris beside the stove and dishwasher on the floor. See my photo of the corner of the stove. The toilet lid and seat and sides of the bowl were not cleaned at all! See my photo of one of the several crusty yellow stains on the bottom of the toilet seat. The written list I left for the staff asked for the baseboards and under the bathroom vanity to be cleaned and some baseboards were cleaned and others were not. See my photo of the baseboard with splatter. Under the vanity was on the list not cleaned at all. See the photo with my yellow microfiber cloth where I even got sand and small debris from under the vanity. There was multiple shoe stains on the floors among other stains on the floors. On top of all this they were roughly 45 minutes late to clean. At the 15 minute mark past the scheduled time, we tried rescheduling because we were busy with moving. I paid $180 for a low quality clean of a tiny studio that I had to go back and clean again in order to get my deposit back. The value and quality were not there to justify this price. We were offered a discount on the next cleaning but after trying their service twice and being disappointed twice, that doesn't sound adequate. TBH I wasn't planning to write a review but then business owner asked us to take down my photos and that didn't seem honest or transparent. Their excuse was also that since it was a last minute accommodation to clean that's why they sent subpar cleaning staff. We tried rescheduling because they were late so they could have offered better cleaning staff at a later time?? And why hire and keep cleaning staff that provides subpar work?? And what about responsible scheduling: if you know you can't provide a proper service then don't accept the customer. This is a staple in tailoring or custom artwork or any service based businesses... and it should be here too. TLDR; The two stars bonus is for their ability to accommodate cleaning on short notice which is great! So if you need a quick basic clean that misses a couple of spots they got you covered, but if you need something more detailed they'll flop. EDIT: No where did I ask for a refund in any communication with this business. I'm changing this to 1 star due to the business's response saying that we didn't try contacting when we did and for trying to attack my person.

We communicated by text and told me that she would send her best team to clean. I was not disappointed. Every area that we discussed were cleaned. Appliances were cleaned inside and out (refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave). The apartment has wall moldings and built-in cabinets and drawers and they were dusted and cleaned. I texted her about additional areas of cleaning, paying attention to corners and baseboards, windows and sills and her team covered those areas, especially the interiors and exteriors of all the windows, and the carpet on the stairs and hallway. She sent pictures of their work when her team finished. I paid $550 for six hours of a very good job. I would use her service again.
