I hired Victory's Cleaning Service and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a cleaning company. The job was incomplete -- multiple areas were left dirty, and basic surfaces were untouched. When I sent photos and a video showing what was missed, the owner didn't apologize or offer to fix it properly. Instead, she argued, demanded partial payment for the poor work, and even threatened to contact her attorney when I said I would leave an honest review. That's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I still paid $100 just to end the situation, but it's unbelievable that a cleaning company would handle things this way. If you value honesty, quality, and professionalism, avoid Victory's Cleaning Service at all costs. There are plenty of great cleaners in the Bay Area who actually stand behind their work -- this is not one of them. read more

Easy to schedule, fairly priced, and they did a wonderful job with my move-in cleaning.

Pros: Based on communication with owner-Quick response and availability and reasonably priced, the reasons I chose the company as I was in an emergency situation. Easily agreed to discount for damages to an item done by one the team members. Cons: I asked for a deep clean and there were clear areas that were missed completely (not a top to bottom clean; for example the top crown molding was not dusted/cleaned) and other areas the cleaning crew stated they tried to clean it and couldn't or that it was too old (the original response to the damaged item, which was damaged due to inappropriate cleaning technique). The cleaning crew did not speak English and were clearly annoyed and frustrated at needing to use a translation app so I could communicate with them. read more

Used them twice, stopped because they were IMPOSSIBLE to schedule over text. Every text took more than 1 day (sometimes 3) to respond, and was often cryptic/unhelpful. For the second cleaning, they declined three times to tell me what time the cleaners would show up. Luckily I was working from home on a Tuesday, but it's nuts. The response to me asking for the third time was "they just arrived". Then they randomly texted me asking for $10 more than the agreed upon price, only to back off when I sent them a screenshot of their email telling me the price. Cleaning was good enough I'd keep using them, but not so good I'd tolerate this. I was promised two hours of cleaning, but the second time they left after about 80 minutes. They also broke a $70 house plant I've had for years. Edited to add: Shortly after posting this review, I received multiple emails me at my personal email address threatening to report me to the police if I did not take this down, noting that they know where I live. Based on this, I am downgrading my review from 3 stars to 1 star. I'll add screenshots of the text messages and email. And I see there's a colorful response on here... "you want to pay very cheap" - they gave me a price and I paid it, no negotiation. Based on my experience, I think one could reasonably expect that the reason for their perfect reviews is that they harass all the bad ones to take them down. Edited a second time... After I blocked their email and phone number and told them never to contact me again, I see they posted here that they never threatened me! This is quite something. So, big picture: mediocre cleaning (not the worst, not the best), terrible scheduling, and if you leave them a 3 star review they will threaten to call the police on you. read more

There is absolutely no way I could have made my place as clean as Maria and Rogerio did in the amount of time they did the work. In short, I was moving into a new house that wasn't thoroughly cleaned in the first place when we bought it, and on top of it there was construction dust everywhere. I did pay an additional fee to have all the walls cleaned/dusted, but it was totally worth it. I couldn't believe how thorough their cleaning was. They got every nook and cranny in the whole house and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere after they were done. They even did inside all the kitchen cabinets! I originally selected this company because I noticed a another review from on another company's yelp page mentioning how much better Victory's Cleaning was, which I felt said a lot about the quality of work in comparison. During my research, I noticed that for all of the top, highly rated Cleaning Service companies, when you sift through all of the negative reviews amongst the five star reviews, they had very passive aggressive and unprofessional responses to criticism, which speaks volumes to customer service. Despite being more than double the price of my previous cleaner, I took the chance based on the other reviews here. Initially the quote I received was lower, but I understand that the house was in serious need of deep cleaning, so was ultimately charged a higher than anticipated rate which is fair. I did need to follow up on my own since they forgot to get back to me regarding scheduling, and a few extremely minor spots missed, however I won't subtract any stars for these things because the overall work was fantastic. IMO, the whole point of getting your house cleaned is so that you don't have to do it yourself, but there's exceptional value when they can clean your house better and more thoroughly than you could have even imagined, especially for older homes where I didn't even know the place could look like new again. My husband and I clean here and there and we thought it was good enough. Victory Cleaning will show you that your normal cleaning is not good enough. The attention to detail was incredible. It actually made me excited and happy to be home. Highly recommended and worth it! Don't waste your time penny pinching with other subpar companies. Fabio & Fabyanna spent 6 hrs cleaning our home. Fabio was even on his hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom floor. No breaks. Our bathroom is immaculate. The entire bathroom is gleaming, I don't want to use it. The windows are sparkling and the blinds are ridiculously clean. And the kitchen...I don't think I've ever seen our oven and kitchen skin look like that, maybe the day we bought it. The blower screens look brand new.
