I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. During their visit, they caused damage to my air fryer by pulling out a wire--something I only discovered immediately after the cleaning was completed. When I raised this issue with them, they outright denied any responsibility. However, the itemized cost breakdown I signed clearly stated that their service included cleaning the outside of all equipment, which makes it entirely plausible that the damage occurred during that process.
On top of that, I found them to be lazy and careless in the way they handled the cleaning itself, showing little attention to detail. When damage did occur, they were unfair in refusing to take any accountability.
Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they became increasingly aggressive. Because I refused to pay the remaining balance until the damage issue was resolved, they began threatening me with late fees--despite the fact that I never signed any agreement outlining penalties for late payment. They even threatened to send the matter to collections, which felt more like intimidation than customer service.
I ultimately paid in full just to put an end to the situation, but I will never use this company again. Not only was their service careless, but their handling of the aftermath was unprofessional and, frankly, alarming.
