Despite having a scheduled appointment, they informed me the cleaners would arrive 30-40 minutes late. I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company.
