Thank You - A cleaner office. A better place to work. Your business has plenty to keep you busy. Keeping the office clean shouldn't become another project on your desk. Office Cleaning Pros helps businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area create welcoming, well-kept workspaces with professional cleaning services built around their needs. From a small office to a larger commercial space, we bring care and attention to the places where your team spends its day. Think about the start of a typical morning. Employees arrive, coffee gets poured, meetings begin, and visitors walk through the door. The condition of your office sets the tone before anyone opens a laptop. A clean workspace feels more prepared, more comfortable, and easier to settle into. Give your team an environment that reflects the effort they put into their work. Our recurring office cleaning service makes regular upkeep easier to manage. With daily, weekly, and monthly options, you can choose a schedule that suits your workplace. Desks, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas all deserve consistent attention. Whether your space stays busy throughout the week or follows a lighter routine, a thoughtful cleaning schedule helps keep everyday mess from becoming a bigger distraction. Every office has its own rhythm. Some spaces welcome clients throughout the day. Others bring employees together for focused work, collaboration, or occasional in-person meetings. Start with the way your office is actually used. Tell us which areas matter most, where your current routine falls short, and what you want to improve. We'll help you explore the cleaning services that fit your space. For offices that need support during business hours, ask about our day porter service. On-site cleaning assistance can help keep shared areas tidy, respond to spills, and maintain restroom supplies as the day unfolds. A workplace can look ready in the morning and feel very different by lunch. Ongoing attention helps support the areas that stay active while your business is open. When your office needs more detailed attention, our deep cleaning service addresses buildup and areas that everyday cleaning can miss. You can also ask about carpet cleaning, floor buffing, and window cleaning to give important surfaces their own care. Rather than expecting one type of service to address every concern, consider what each area of your office needs and build your plan around those priorities. Picture the details that make a workday feel smoother: a break room you enjoy stepping into, a restroom that's ready to use, and a meeting space you're comfortable inviting someone into. These are ordinary parts of office life, but they matter. Cleanliness is part of the experience you create for employees, clients, and anyone who spends time in your business. Supply stocking is another way to simplify upkeep. Soap, paper towels, and other everyday essentials are easy to overlook until they're missing. Our supply stocking service helps keep workplace necessities available, so your team has fewer small interruptions to manage. It's a practical addition for businesses that want cleaning and everyday readiness to receive more consistent attention. Choosing a cleaning service should begin with a conversation about your office, rather than a guess about what it needs. Consider the spaces you use most, how often people move through them, and the impression you want to create. Are your priorities a dependable recurring routine, extra attention in busy common areas, or a more thorough refresh? Sharing those details is a useful first step toward a better fit. A clean office doesn't need to feel formal or showy. It needs to feel cared for. When the basics are handled thoughtfully, your space can feel more welcoming without changing the character of your business. Whether you're meeting a new client, bringing employees together, or simply getting through a packed Tuesday, the environment around you should support the day you have planned. At Office Cleaning Pros, our approach centers on dependable service, attention to detail, and care for your workspace. We also prioritize eco-friendly practices and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with the cleaning outcome, we'll work to make it right. We want you to feel comfortable choosing us and confident that your concerns will be taken seriously. If cleaning has become something your team squeezes in between other responsibilities, it's time to explore a more manageable approach. Your office deserves a routine that makes sense for its size, activity, and everyday needs. Start with the services that matter most today, and ask about additional care for the surfaces and shared spaces you want to improve. The next workday starts here. Make room for a better workday with Office Cleaning Pros. Request your free cleaning estimate today, tell us about your San Francisco Bay Area office, and take the first step toward a cleaner, inviting place to do business.

Thank You

For Visiting - Make your first impression a clean one. Before a client hears your presentation, meets your team, or learns about your services, they experience your space. The entrance, the reception area, the floors, and the windows all help shape that first impression. Office Cleaning Pros provides professional office cleaning in the San Francisco Bay Area to help your business look welcoming, prepared, and cared for from the moment someone arrives. You've put thought into the way your company presents itself. Your website, your customer service, and your everyday work all reflect your standards. Your physical space deserves the same consideration. A clean office helps bring those details together, giving visitors an environment that feels consistent with the care you put into serving them. Imagine welcoming an important client without scanning the room for overlooked mess. Imagine walking someone through your office and feeling comfortable with what they see. A well-kept workplace gives your business a stronger setting for those interactions. Whether visitors stop by occasionally or walk through your doors throughout the day, presentation deserves a place in your cleaning priorities. Our retail cleaning services focus on visible, customer-facing spaces, including reception areas, office lobbies, and product displays. These are the places where your business becomes tangible to someone new. Thoughtful cleaning helps those spaces feel inviting, so the attention stays on your people, products, and services rather than on the condition of the room. Floors play a big part in how an office looks. Busy walkways and entrances can make wear more noticeable, even when the rest of the space feels orderly. Ask about our floor buffing service for scuff marks, dull areas, and a more polished finish. It's an option worth considering when your hard floors need focused attention beyond their regular cleaning routine. Carpeted spaces deserve their own care, too. Our carpet cleaning service addresses embedded dirt and odors in areas such as meeting rooms, offices, and shared workspaces. If you're thinking about the overall impression of your business, take a look at the surfaces people walk across as well as the ones they see at eye level. A more complete view of your space can help you identify what needs attention. Clean windows can change the way a room feels. Our window cleaning service includes interior and exterior glass, helping your workspace look clearer and more inviting. From the view at a desk to the windows beside a reception area, glass is part of your office's presentation. Ask about window care when streaks and buildup are taking attention away from the space itself. Of course, looking ready for one appointment is only part of the goal. Your office needs to feel cared for during ordinary business days, too. Recurring cleaning provides a foundation for ongoing upkeep, while day porter service offers on-site support during operating hours. Consider how your visitor traffic changes throughout the day and which areas need attention as people come and go. Your customers shouldn't have to arrive at just the right moment to see your office at its best. Think about the spaces that get used between meetings: a lobby where people wait, a restroom visitors share, or a common area that connects one part of the office to another. These in-between places can shape someone's experience just as much as the room where business takes place. Preparing for a busy season, an important visit, or a fresh chapter for your company? Use that moment to look at your workplace through a visitor's eyes. What feels inviting? What distracts from the impression you want to create? Which spaces would benefit from more consistent attention? Those questions can help you prioritize services without losing sight of how your office functions every day. Office Cleaning Pros offers a range of services so you can discuss both routine upkeep and specific presentation concerns. Tell us about your workspace, the areas your clients see, and the surfaces you'd like to refresh. Whether you're interested in regular office cleaning or focused care for floors, carpets, and windows, start with the needs that matter to your business. Your team sees the office every day. Give employees the same welcoming environment you want clients to experience. Let your space help tell the story of your business. Choose cleaning support that reflects the care you want people to associate with your name. You work hard to create a positive experience for your customers. Give that experience a welcoming place to begin. Let your office reflect the pride you take in your work, every time someone steps through its door. Ready to refresh the way your office welcomes people? Contact Office Cleaning Pros for a free cleaning estimate. Tell us about your San Francisco Bay Area business, discuss priorities, and take the next step toward an office that feels ready for every introduction.

Our Yelp Page - Give your office the refresh it deserves. Sometimes your workspace needs a closer look. The carpet feels tired, the floors have lost some shine, or the areas outside your usual cleaning routine are becoming harder to ignore. Office Cleaning Pros helps San Francisco Bay Area businesses refresh their offices with deep cleaning and focused surface care. When you want your space to feel more thoroughly cared for, start with the details that need attention. An office gets used in ways that aren't always obvious. People move between desks and meeting rooms, gather in shared spaces, and carry the workday from one corner of the building to another. Over time, those routines leave their mark. A deeper clean is an opportunity to pause, assess the condition of your workspace, and give overlooked areas a place on the priority list. Our deep cleaning service targets built-up grime, high-touch surfaces, and areas that standard cleaning may miss. It's an option for seasonal refreshes, after construction work, or whenever your office needs more detailed care. Tell us what's changed in your space and where you'd like extra attention, so the conversation starts with your actual concerns. Maybe you've been noticing the same trouble spots for weeks. Maybe your office is preparing to welcome more employees back in person. Or perhaps you simply want a fresh starting point for the next season of business. You don't need a dramatic reason to care for your workplace. If the space feels overdue for attention, that's a good reason to explore your cleaning options. Carpet cleaning can be an important part of that refresh. Our service uses commercial-grade equipment to address deep-set dirt and odors in office carpeting. From meeting rooms to open work areas, carpet is a large part of the environment around your team. Giving it dedicated attention can help improve the feel and appearance of the rooms where people spend time. For hard floors, ask about floor buffing. Scuff marks and uneven-looking dull spots can make a space feel worn, even when it has otherwise been tidied. Floor buffing helps bring back a polished appearance in areas such as lobbies and corridors. When reviewing your office, consider which flooring concerns call for specialized care and which belong in your regular upkeep routine. Windows are another detail worth including in the conversation. Interior and exterior window cleaning helps remove the visual distraction of streaks and buildup. A clear view can make the surrounding space feel more open and cared for. If you've been focusing on the areas directly in front of you, take a moment to look around the edges of the room, too. The most useful refresh starts with clear priorities. Walk through your office as if you're seeing it for the first time. Look at the spaces where employees gather, the rooms clients enter, and the areas that have become easy to overlook. You might find that a few specific concerns are shaping how the whole office feels. Bring those observations to your cleaning conversation. Think beyond preparing for a single event. A cleaner meeting room matters when there's no big presentation scheduled. A cared-for break room matters on an ordinary afternoon. An inviting entrance matters to the people who walk through it every day. Refreshing your office is an opportunity to improve the everyday experience of the space, as well as its appearance for visitors. You don't have to approach every area in the same way. Your carpets, hard floors, glass, and frequently used surfaces each have different care needs. Office Cleaning Pros offers several services that let you discuss those needs individually. Start with the problem you're trying to solve, then ask which cleaning options are appropriate for that part of your workplace. A refresh can also help you rethink the routine that follows it. If your office has been relying on occasional attention, recurring cleaning may help you establish a more consistent schedule. If shared areas get busy during the day, day porter support may be worth discussing. The goal is to connect the care you choose now with the way your office will be used afterward. Focus on how your office operates. Share which rooms stay busy and which spaces visitors see, so you can discuss where extra attention matters most. Office Cleaning Pros brings care and attention to offices of different sizes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Whether you're interested in deep cleaning, carpet care, floor buffing, window cleaning, or a combination of services, we're ready to hear what your workspace needs. Begin with your concerns and let us help you explore the next step. Give your everyday workspace extra care. Ready for an office that feels refreshed and better cared for? Request your free cleaning estimate from Office Cleaning Pros today. Tell us about your space, point out the details you want addressed, and make a fresh start for the place where your business gets to work.

Office Cleaning Pros - Keep your office ready for the whole workday. The day doesn't stop because the lobby needs attention or the restroom is running low on supplies. Employees keep working, customers keep arriving, and shared spaces keep getting used. Office Cleaning Pros helps San Francisco Bay Area businesses care for their workplaces with day porter service, recurring cleaning, and supply stocking. Build a cleaning routine around the way your office actually operates. There's a difference between a space that looks ready when the doors open and one that stays welcoming as the day unfolds. A morning rush, a series of meetings, or a busy afternoon can change the condition of shared areas quickly. For offices with steady activity, it makes sense to consider what happens between scheduled cleaning visits. Our day porter service provides on-site cleaning support during business hours. From tidying common areas to responding to unexpected spills and replenishing restroom supplies, day porters help care for the spaces people continue to use. It's a practical option for businesses that want attention available while employees and visitors are in the building. Picture your busiest day of the week. People move through the entrance, stop in the break room, use the restrooms, and gather in common areas. Each interaction is a small part of the workday, but together they put real demands on your space. Cleaning support should account for that activity, rather than assuming the office stays the way it looked first thing in the morning. Supply stocking helps address another everyday need. Soap, paper towels, and break room essentials are easy to take for granted while they're available. When they run low, someone has to notice, find replacements, and take time away from another task. Our supply stocking service includes monitoring inventory and replenishing everyday necessities, helping keep those basics in place. For the broader cleaning routine, ask about recurring service. Daily, weekly, and monthly options let you discuss a schedule that matches your office's use. Regular attention to desks, break rooms, restrooms, and common spaces can give your workplace a more consistent foundation. Daytime support and recurring cleaning address different parts of that routine, so consider where each could be useful. Busy offices benefit from looking at the full workday. When do visitors arrive? Which areas see the most activity? Where does your staff tend to notice mess or missing supplies? These questions can reveal why a cleaning routine feels stretched, even if some spaces are receiving regular attention. Start with how the building is used and work toward the support it needs. Your employees also experience the condition of shared spaces throughout the day. They want a comfortable place to take a break, a welcoming room for a meeting, and essentials available when they need them. These expectations are simple, but they contribute to how the workplace feels. Giving them attention is part of caring for the people who use your office. For businesses that welcome customers, the workday has another layer. The visitor arriving late in the afternoon is still meeting your business for the first time. The client using a common area between appointments still notices its condition. Consider the experience your office creates at different times, rather than focusing only on how it looks before the first person arrives. Your cleaning needs may also extend beyond everyday upkeep. Office Cleaning Pros offers deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor buffing, window cleaning, and retail cleaning services for additional attention where it's needed. Ask about these options when you want to address a specific surface or refresh a customer-facing area. A useful plan considers both routine needs and occasional care. Tell us where your office needs attention, from a busy reception area to a frequently used break room. Those details help guide your service discussion. A well-kept workplace makes room for the business happening inside it. Meetings can begin in a welcoming space, visitors can feel comfortable arriving, and employees can move through the day with the basics close at hand. Office cleaning is part of that everyday readiness. Give it a routine that reflects the pace and character of your company. Let Office Cleaning Pros help you explore a more manageable approach to workplace upkeep. From ongoing office cleaning to daytime support and supply stocking, we offer services that address the needs of active business spaces. Tell us what your office experiences each day and what you want to improve. Create a routine that gives shared spaces the attention they need as your people move through the day. Request your free cleaning estimate today. Contact Office Cleaning Pros to discuss your San Francisco Bay Area workplace and take the next step toward an office that's ready for the people, priorities, and everyday activity that make your business run.

Once I disclosed that another company had already cleaned the room, I was told they do not like taking jobs previously cleaned by other companies and that I should ask the original cleaners to come back instead. The response honestly felt dismissive, and almost as if they no longer wanted the job because I had not chosen their company first. What confused me most is that the room still clearly needed cleaning regardless. It also left me wondering whether they would have accepted the job normally if I had simply never mentioned that another cleaner had already been there. I understand businesses can choose what work they take on, but the interaction felt unprofessional and disappointing after already discussing pricing and the scope of the cleaning.

Initially, communication was responsive. I was told what services were included and that the day I wanted was completely open. However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

I wanted to write a closing review. The work is fast, professional, complete, and modestly priced for the Bay Area. When something was not being done the way I liked, they fixed it within 1 visit. They were incredibly flexible in accommodating issues related to the illness that took my lovely husband's life (cancer really does suck). This included changing schedules, cleaning products, vacuums, altering what they were doing, where they were cleaning, etc. The cleaners themselves are great. I got to know some better than others, but they were always hard-working, eager to please, and trustworthy. I felt confident and safe having them in my house. Like one other reviewer, the fact that most spoke Portuguese meant that I could not converse directly with them, but between pantomime and the owners, the work was done the way I wanted it to be. In closing, I cannot say enough about the care that Wilma and Fabio have given my family over the years, especially during my husband's illness and after his death. For cleaning of a 3000sqft place, PCS quoted 25-35 man hours at a cost of $1000-$2000 for interior deep clean which includes removing debris, ridding of construction dust, sawdust, cleaning inside/outside of cabinets/closets, cleaning walls, inside/outside of lighting fixtures, ceilings, appliances, and other general cleaning of kitchen, and bathrooms. General cleaning included general sanitation of bathrooms, clean showers, sinks, polishing counters and faucets. Vacuuming, Sweeping and Moping. For setting up the service, PCS was responsive and gave detail descriptions. It felt like PCS thoroughly listened to our concerns and touted their experiences. So we had setup a cleaning around 10 days hence. On the day of the service 4 team members arrived for cleaning within the one hour window that was described. Unfortunately, they were wholly unprepared. The team only brought microfiber towels and a vacuum. They did not even bring a garbage bag. They picked up a half filled garbage bag and asked to use it and said they can just reuse it the whole day as they dumped all the debris into the dumpster we had setup outside. This should have been an obvious red flag! Then even though I had spent many emails and phone calls describing the scope of the work to the back office, none of the notes were captured and the team asked me for non-stop instructions and clarifications for 2 hours at the beginning of the day until I have to leave. Quality. Extremely Dissatisfy! I normally paid my normal cleaning team $200 for a team of 3 to clean a 2500sqft house. It takes them 1.5 hours (1.5*3 =4.5 man hours) They get all the bathrooms, kitchen and floors sparkling clean and dustless. So for 20 man hours, I had expected at minimal the same cleanliness and beyond since they charged me a little south of 25 hours. Nope! PCS team for the very costly 25 hours accomplished 1. Removing some garbage, 2. Removing some plastic off the windows, 3. Rough cleaning of some bathrooms, 4. Vacuum up some dust off the protective floor covering, and 5. Dusted the two kitchen sinks. I am extremely disappointed as I distinctly expected the walls to be dusted, floors to be cleaned and floor polish to be applied, and none of it was done. Communication. As I stated, the initial communications were good when they wanted to make a sale. After their extremely unprofessional job, PCS became extremely curt and uncommunicative. I had reached to them to give the feedback. They had sent another team of 2 for 4 hours to do what they can, but they were only able to clean one room at that time. Then they tried to blame us for dirtying the place the cleaned. It's just not true since they didn't remove the construction paper protecting the hardwood floors. How could they have possibly mop the floors.
