I was moving apartments so was looking for move in cleaners to do a deep clean. I contacted Silvia and she was really responsive and on time. However, I am giving one less star because I wished they were more diligent in cleaning. When I re-cleaned my apartment, they missed some obvious spots and it wasn't as deep of a clean as I would have liked read more

The team at Silvia Ribeiro Cleaning did a phenomenal job cleaning my sister and my apartment prior to our move-out. After 9 years of several different combinations of tenants in the unit, the space definitely needed a thorough scouring before a walk-through with our landlord. Silvia Ribeiro and company's friendly and attentive service ensured that our landlord was thrilled with the cleanliness of the unit and returned the entire amount of the security deposit. Thanks so much! read more

Once again they did an excellent job. This year I wasn't able to organize as much as I'd like beforehand , but they were very capable of working around me and some clutter as organized. Very good cleaners. I highly recommend them. While their English is limited, they are excellent at taking initiative and acting independently while knowing when to seek clarification. read more

Silvia Ribeiro Cleaning was very quick to respond to a last-minute cleaning service request for moveout. The team arrived on time at 9 AM on a weekend and finished a move-out cleaning within 2 hours of arriving. The microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom, bedrooms, cabinets, and floors were all very well cleaned. The team was also kind in assisting with the cleaning, overall very easy to work with, and would recommend it to others who need apartment move-out cleaning. read more

This is a preliminary review just for her communication, which is excellent. My move-out cleaning service is pending for next week, and I plan to come back and update my review afterward. But she has been very responsive on text and flexible about scheduling changes (moving is chaotic, as we all know). I was impressed that she responded to me quickly and accommodated my preferred reschedule date request. I read in another review that she is not a native English speaker, but that has not been an issue so far on text. UPDATE: Very pleased with the apartment move-out cleaning service completed today. They arrived on time and did an excellent job on a VERY dirty apartment. The oven and refrigerator looked especially good. The only thing that was missed was the underside of the range hood, which remained pretty gross and greasy. But for the reasonable price they quoted, they certainly did a great job on everything else - and communication remained good all the way through. I especially appreciated the "flat fee" instead of hourly charge. Highly recommended! read more

I scheduled a move-in, post renovation cleaning with Sylvia with only a day's notice. She responded promptly and answered all of my questions professionally. Her and Jose arrived right on time and ready with all materials/supplies. In the end, our home was left impeccably clean. The renovation left the floors, window sills, etc. covered in a layer of dust. Silvia and Jose made sure everything was sparkling clean. Extremely pleased with their work and hope to work with them again in the near future! read more

Starting off they were fast to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment. I was nervous because I was hoping to get the house cleaned before the family came home, but they quickly put that worry to ease. Upon arriving, I showed them the random asks I had (dusting those hard to reach spots, cleaning inside the bathroom drawers, ex). They soon got to work quickly, without needing any supervision. It took about ~3hrs to clean the house. After the finished, I did a walk through of the apartment. They cleaned deeper than I actually expected. Such as, taking things off shelves to clean and shine rather than just dusting around things. They also wiped down my plant pots which I didn't even mention, but was great. Note: I did not find any language barriers when working with them. read more

I hired them specifically for deep cleaning, instead they were focused on completing the job and rushed through the cleaning aspect. After they left, I discovered broken light bulb shards on the carpet and they haven't even informed me, that would have been a foot injury waiting to happen. read more
