Because I gave them a lot of open-ended freedom to move and organize things, a few things got a bit mixed up (some clothes were bagged rather than hung, and a couple of items were accidentally tossed or handled a bit too roughly). The first time she came, she was with another person, maybe her daughter, and they both cleaned for 6 hours straight. I wouldn't have believed it but I was there the entire time, putting things away at the same time and I was exhausted afterwards. The place was immaculate but I felt terrible that it took so long. The second time they came there were three people total and it took them just an hour to do the regular cleaning for our 1000 square foot house. You can tell immediately that Ana is driven, sharp, and hard working. I've never used a house cleaner before but so far I recommend Ana for sure.
