I told him I usually use this other guy who is amazing whose has the family issues so unavailable. But when Alex learned but unavailable due to a family issue, he claimed he knew him well then spoke badly of his colleague in what felt like a bargain for his business. i said I have only had good experiences and don't want to speak ill of people. this is when the flakiness started.
