The cost was reasonable considering I chose to have the inside of my refrigerator and oven cleaned, which was a grueling job. Two ladies worked extremely hard making our rooms sparkling clean (see photos). There were no surprise charges when all was complete. Their prices are more than reasonable...in retrospect, a bargain for the super job of cleaning that they do. Tadeu was a magician, making the puppy smells in our couch and the dirt & stains in our rugs disappear. Tadeu showed us the difference between the parts he had already cleaned and the parts of the couch and rug he hadn't touched yet. The cleaning solution is green/eco-friendly. As he was changing out the solution and dirty water from his equipment, I could see all the nastiness that was removed as part of the cleaning process. Priscilla and her husband did an excellent job of cleaning our apartment last Friday. Instead of having to take off our couch cushions and bring them to the dry cleaner, her husband was able to shampoo our couch on-site. It looks fantastic and feels like a refreshed sofa. Our apartment is always clean, so we asked Priscilla to work through some small details (baseboards, windows, walls, etc...). I noticed she took the time to be thorough, cleaning areas of the sink that I've never been able to get clean before. I did notice a few areas (in the kitchen) where I would have loved the grease / grime to be gone, but I realize it's probably been on there for awhile and is very tough to get off. edited below after business reply: had ordered move in/move out deep cleaning services with this business for a 3bd2ba house. responded and scheduled quickly. it took a crew of two people about 5 hours to complete the job. stove, fridge, sinks and baths were done well. windows - indoors only- also good. the rest was cleaned very poorly - superficial touch up cleaning at best. floors throughout not scrubbed hard enough to get them clean, kitchen cabinets and especially upper cabinetry (shelves , hardware , door edges), also bedroom storage top shelves, behind and under fridge, all not cleaned enough to get grease/dust/etc out. we have moved in ~week later after the cleaning and still finding dirty places left unclean. i didn't have a step stool or wipes to look for missed places during checkout - completely empty place . my wife got kicked out during cleaning - no way to check on them. supervisor left and then came back at the end to show few spots they actually cleaned. this won't pass any move out inspection so you will end up paying for the cleaning again. my total was $430 = $40/person/hour. in addition none spoke any english including supervisor - i wouldn't pay even half of it for this job. find a better provider. business reply is pathetic excuse for sending unprofessional crew read more

Good price. Honest. He was flexible with my schedule and was available rather quickly. He showed me the dirty water from the wet vac being dumped into the toilet. Wow. That's all I can say. I can only imagine what it's like for people who wear shoes inside the house. I have cats who have peed and thrown up on the carpet. I do my best to clean it up, but sometimes the smell and stain lingers. It was all gone after the cleaning. It's like a miracle looking at nice clean carpet again. Couch and Mattress cleaning was great (little expensive for queen mattress but cleaning was good) The move in deep cleaning for the house was good but not great. Missed few things in kitchen and bathrooms but nothing major, so i was OK. It just felt like the cleaning got kind of hurried up at the end. Garage counter tops etc was not done but i guess it was not included in the service, so i am ok with it. I would hire them again, i just wished they had more staff to finish the job.
