The communication and follow-up were impeccable, and they were very accommodating for making appointments, too. My situation is I have recession rent, so that my landlord wouldn't help us out with the work that needed to be done on our kitchen floor. I thought we had linoleum, but Raul identified it as PVC. I wish we had a more environmentally acceptable flooring, but at least I found a green-friendly cleaner. We saved the tiles from the dump/incineration and got them cleaned up and covered a double coat of wax on them, which turned them from yellowish grey to sky blue. I also learned that with waxed floors you shouldn't scrub or use harsh acidic cleaners on them - that only compromises the finish more. A team of 4 guys came over for about 4 hours for the process of stripping and rewaxing. This is also a family company and Raul stuck around for his guys making sure everyone and everything was doing well. In the end, I felt that I had gotten a very good value for the man hours and expertise. It gets even better if you can split the cost amongst roommates. Now our kitchen floor feels fantastic underfoot and I actually know how to take care of it. I highly recommend this company and will gladly send you pictures of the work they did on our floor.

The only small thing was that I was told 3 cleaners would come and only 2 did (I didn't need 3 for my unit but just a small communication issue) They quoted me at $165-$230 and in the end it came out to $210+tip. The team of two were in and out in 1 hour, 45 minutes and able to clean my one bedroom apartment thoroughly (including fridge, cabinets, and oven). I loved that they moved my couch to clean under it as well! They prefer cash. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I was thankful that Lilian was able to provide service on Sunday, which is when they're usually closed. But I ended up having to reclean 75% of what was done so it feels like it wasn't worth the money or time waiting around. The floor was still dirty so it wasn't cleaned well. After the cleaners left, I busted out some new slippers and the bottom of them turned dirty. When I decided to steam mop afterwards, I had to change out the pads a few times as it turned dark from not being cleaned. I also noticed the large sliding glass doors leading to the backyard had streaks. There was a window that got missed above the sink and so it was cleaned haphazardly at the end. When they left I noticed there was streaks on the window. I had asked for a door to be wiped cause it was visibly dirty and one of the cleaners proceed to wipe it. Then she asked me if it was okay. I said okay bc I had given up at that point as I saw she just moved the dirt around and didn't clean it at all :').

He came by and spent a couple of hours mapping out our closets, the right trimming and color. I felt like he was super thorough and answered all of our questions. Chris came and met us mid Feb; quoted installation for March 11, which we were fine with but asked to be put on a list if there's a chance to install quicker. We were completely wow'd when we got the call that they moved up our installation date to Monday Feb 23rd!! Quoted for 2.5 days but it really took 1.5 days to install 3-4 closets. Our installers were Hugo and Juan - they were super nice and accommodating, put down these mats in our place so to protect the floors. They brought in all the materials and got straight to work. So efficient and so nice, we really lucked out. At the end of installation, we noticed a mismatch on shelving length so Hugo waiting for the new shelves to arrive and installed before he left on day 2. Overall, the process was super easy, quick, and accommodating. I have used the service for the past year and have never been disappointed. The quality of their work is excellent. I have contacted them on very short notice and I get the same high level of service. I have never been home to meet the worker ; and it didn't matter. All my instructions are followed and if something is not clear -they contact me to clear up any questions. Most recently I needed a cleaning for the shower stall which is physically hard to clean. After the cleaning the white tiles and grout looked like new tiles. When I have cleaned this space myself-it never comes close to what this worker was able to do. I don't normally make reviews, but this cleaning service deserves it, and if you are looking for a clean house you deserve to know how amazing Priscila is. For starters, she replied faster then any other company. Also she was here on time and performed her job beyond my expectations. It's not the first cleaning service I hired, but she was able to remove stains I didn't even know would ever come off. In addition she's very trustworthy and friendly. Wow what can I say? Tadeu arrived on time and was here for most of the day cleaning our carpets in two bedrooms, both of our huge sectional couches (with ottomans), a small rug, our carpets in our theatre room and office and 4 chairs we use at the dinner table. He did an OUTSTANDING job. He's super nice and really proud of his work too (and he can prove it showing us the amazing stains he removed and how dirty the water was that gut sucked out, insane). Priscilla was here on Friday and did a terrific job cleaning my 3 bedroom house. Not only did the floors and counter tops shine but they managed to remove the built-up soap scum on the shower tiles. And yes, she arrived on time, as a matter of fact they arrived early and were waiting in their car until scheduled 8am start time until I saw them when I went to get the paper; and they were finished by 10:30am.
