We just had the worst experience with this cleaning company. They arrived late and although the cleaning itself was just about average, they spilled an air freshener all over my clothes and wallet, destroying the wallet as well as the cards & cash inside. Turns out air freshener liquid is corrosive. I sent them pictures of the damage and they basically told me where to go. I'd definitely avoid this company, particularly considering the large number of options out there. Very disappointed. read more

The cleaning is excellent. I've used PS Pro Services six or seven times, and the work itself is why this is not a lower rating. Communication is the problem. Most of the cleaners speak little or no English, so basic instructions turn into a Google Translate session. The manager makes it worse. He is abrupt on the phone and by text, and he does not confirm details carefully. For example, I asked to confirm a 1:30 p.m. appointment on 4/28. The day before, he emailed me that it was at 12:30. When I called to correct it, he would not deal with the discrepancy. He said the confirmation was already complete, not to worry about the time, and "this is the way we do things." I also recently had a $130 rate through Yelp messaging. When I called to confirm the amount, he ignored that offer and said the price is $165. I tip well and would consider using them again if quoted prices were honored and appointments were confirmed accurately. At first, PS Pro seemed fine; the first couple of visits were solid. I was tempted to even write a nice review. But the quality took a noticeable decline and they seem dishonest or at best disorganized. By the third clean, they sent one cleaner who just did not vacuum at all. I gave direct feedback and specifically asked for a team of two to guarantee that the vacuuming would actually happen. PS apologized and agreed, but our camera footage showed that again, one cleaner showed up and did not vacuum. Pricing was confusing too. They advertised $140 "after a 10% discount" (so the math: $155 is the original price), but after the first clean, I was charged $180 and told $180 was actually the original price. Finally, they are very persistent about payment, insisting on same-day payment with a follow up the next day if you don't respond. Other cleaners I've used provide invoices with due dates. PS Pro mentioned they were developing an automated invoicing system, but I had yet to hear any updates on this. They will not send Zelle or Venmo requests either, meaning you are responsible for sanity checking that it's to the right business and sending it on their aggressive timeline. And honestly, they have some nerve being this demanding about payment when they didn't perform the most basic part of a standard cleaning job. read more

I reached out through Yelp to find a cleaning service for Thursday at 11:30 AM. Several companies responded, but I decided to go with this one. After confirming, they asked if 12 PM would be okay instead -- I agreed. The day before the appointment, they reached out again asking to move the time to 3 PM. I let them know that wouldn't work, as I had mentioned earlier I needed to leave by 2 PM. They said that was fine and confirmed the 12 PM time. Unfortunately, four minutes before noon on the day of the cleaning, they canceled and asked if they could come in the evening -- well outside the window I had made clear from the beginning. At this point, I canceled the serviceWhile I understand that things can come up, the last-minute changes and lack of coordination were very frustrating. PS Pro left our place feeling super clean and organized! They did dusting, sweeping and mopping around the house and thoroughly cleaned all the bathrooms. They sent 2 cleaners who were very professional and were done in about 2 hours. They helped us clean the stovetop and microwave as well. Our appointment was for 9am and they didn't arrive until 10:30am but understandably the previous appointment probably took a bit longer. I wish I could give them five stars because the cleaning crew was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the company's advertising was a bit misleading. For example, they should clearly state that their standard service only includes cleaning the inside of the windows. I understand that second-floor exterior windows may not be accessible, but I was surprised to learn that even the outside of the lower-level windows was not included. I was told there would be an additional $25 per window to clean the exterior surface. This extra charge came as an unexpected surprise at the end of the service. Because of the additional cost, I decided to have them only clean the inside of the windows cleaned. If this information had been clearly explained upfront, it would have helped set the right expectations and avoided any confusion. read more

I do not recommend this business to anyone. My cleaning appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but the cleaners didn't arrive until about 75 minutes later. After 1:00 PM, I had to repeatedly call and text for updates. I was told "17 minutes," then "7 more minutes," "5 more minutes," "they're almost there," and even "they're parking now." Even after being told they were parking, I still waited over five more minutes before they finally drove up. I ended up showing them my own parking spot so they could unload right in front of my building. I also waited outside in the complex driveway the entire 75 minutes to help them find the unit, so being given the runaround was disrespectful. At 2pm on a Sunday there was plenty of free street parking, an open parking lot, and no traffic, so the repeated excuses made no sense. Being late happens, but a simple text beforehand saying they were running over an hour late would have saved me from wasting my time. There is a clear problem with how this business communicates. Either the employees aren't being honest with the owner about where they are, or customers are being given unrealistic arrival times. Either way, my time was wasted and clearly not a business you can trust. After all of this, the owner's response was to ask me to change my review instead of asking how they could do better. They are very responsive via text as well. Priscilla and her husband were on time, courteous, and really thorough. We scheduled a deep cleaning for our main areas. They stayed until they completed everything we asked of them: they deep cleaned the entrance areas, a bathroom, degreased the kitchen cabinets and hood. We got in contact and literally had cleaners come 2 days later on a Saturday morning. They took around 5 hours and did an amazing job throughout. It was totally worth the price and they did not charge us extra like other places in the past due to all the dog hair. The team did a wonderful job vacuuming and mopping. The bathrooms were spotless!
