Johnny and his team were so attentive to detail and did an amazing job! I also felt the price was very reasonable for the work they did. They were recommended by a friend who uses their services regularly. I'm so glad I went with them! read more

JD's full crew did a wonderful & thorough deep cleaning of our entire home. Our home especially the kitchen & 3 restrooms were very clean after they finished. We are very satisfied with their cleaning service & will continue having them take care of our home. John is also a good, effective lead for his cleaning crew. read more

After hiring JD's Cleaning Service for regular biweekly cleanings of my apartment, I wonder why I didn't hire them sooner. Jhonny and his team are, without a doubt, excellent at their jobs and have a great work ethic. Not only is Jhonny great at listening to and understanding what I want done, he will also ask questions and offer to do things that I wasn't sure were a part of regular cleaning at first, such as cleaning the inside of the microwave and refrigerator, changing bedsheets, etc. I can't even begin to describe how clean my bathroom now looks. I also find their rates to be very reasonable. If you value the peace of mind that comes with a clean, fresh home, then you can't go wrong with hiring JD's Cleaning Service. read more

JD and his crew did an exceptional job. They showed up exactly on time, and went way above and beyond what I expected. When I toured the house I was gobsmacked by how new everything looked. This is coming from someone who used to detail cars. They worked super hard and long hours too. The value for money is fantastic,. I highly recommend JDs cleaning service. read more

Jhonny and his team did a great job with a move -out cleaning. They were fast and efficient. And Jhonny provided excellent service. read more

I can 100% recommend JD's cleaning service. I communicated via text with JD and explained what I needed. He arrived on time with his crew and did a deep clean as my house needed it and I was also moving out of the house. He and his crew worked throughout the day and my house was so clean carpets looked new and oven looked new. His team where very nice and each had there role to complete. If you need any cleaning of your home you need to call him you will not be disappointed and you can relax and walk into a clean house. Treat yourself and even do deep cleaning or move out or weekly. read more

Few things that I really appreciate about them: 1. They are quiet and focused. 2. They do a great job at cleaning. You can request specific areas to be cleaned and they'll handle it for you. 3. The value for the service is higher. We rely on these guys to have our apartment cleaned once every other month and they do it really well. Highly recommended. read more

Just had JD cleaning service come out one last time to the townhouse for a deep clean, move out service. I've been using them for over two years, so this is a long overdue review. The first time was great and this last cleaning was superb! They are very thorough and have reasonable pricing. I don't think my windows were ever this clean and my only regret was not getting it done sooner so I can also enjoy it. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you, Jhonny! Your team did a great job! read more

I decided to go with them because of good reviews and said that they'll use wood safe solution for cleaning my hardwood floors. Unfortunately my floor is still very dirty after they cleaned it. My house needed move-in cleaning. When they were done, I asked specifically if they cleaned the floor. They said yes. However, my bare feet became black from the dust. So I bought swiffer to clean the floor, and they were so dirty! I'm not sure if they cleaned other parts of the home well, but I'm very disappointed. Update: I found a lot of dust above the doors and below the windows. It tells that they didn't clean the house thoroughly and only the areas that are readily visible. I'm really disappointed because I spent a lot of money for cleaning. read more

Communication is very inefficient, take so many turns to communicate one simple ask. Tried to set up an appointment but don't feel business being proactive. AVOID! read more

Best deep cleaning service I have ever used! Johnny is very responsive to start with, patiently answered all my questions. On the day of service, they arrived on time and did an awesome job of cleaning everywhere in the house, inside and outside of all the appliances, all the bathrooms, mirrors, closets, every single blinds, basically anywhere you can think of. They went over and beyond, even cleaned spots that I didn't expect, like the trash bins and the fire place! They made my house look new again. Will recommend and definitely use them again in the future! read more

Johnny and his crew were fantastic! We liked that they were communicative during the cleaning process to ask about any special cleaning instructions for items or any specific method they had to follow. In the past with other services we've had issues communicating our specific instructions for certain furniture or parts of the house, but that was not a problem with this crew. They went above and beyond to get some tough spots out, that I wasn't even expecting would get cleaned. At the end they let us inspect the place and listened to our feedback and re-did anything or anynspot we pointed out, without any questions. Lastly they never seemed like they were in a rush to get the job done and paid attention to details. Highly recommend their deep cleaning service to anyone! read more

This was our first time using JD's Cleaning Service for standard house cleaning and the team did a fantastic job. Their price was reasonable for the quality of work and the time and effort they put into tidying up our place. Would definitely recommend them for home cleaning tasks. read more

Impressed by the job done by Johnny and his crew's work. Outstanding professionalism and dedication. Although we only tasked the crew to focus on the bathrooms, the great amount of water stains made it a tough job for the team. They went above and beyond to restore everything to pristine condition. Overall good value. We'll be hiring them again in the future for sure. read more

Wonderful family run business! Johnny and his team went over and beyond to help us schedule a move in post construction deep clean. He worked things out to help with scheduling a timing so quickly and to make it work for us to be able to move in on time! His team very cheerfully and meticulously completed our clean up and they even helped out with a dusty garage to clear up the periphery to make things easier for us. They were very fair priced and very very reasonable. I would highly recommend Johnny and his team for a worry free, happy cleaning experience! read more

Absolutely awesome. They removed hard water stains and my place looks brand new - like no one has ever lived there before. They arrived promptly, gave a fair quote and most importantly delivered on all marks. I stopped using cleaners for years - just found almost every cleaner cut corners or even steal items. Jhonny and his team are honest, meticulous, dedicated to the highest quality. I feel so lucky I finally have found someone and a great team that I can trust! read more

Absolutely fantastic service! Johnny brought a team of 3 friendly individuals and they did an outstanding job, leaving everything spotless and exceeding every expectation . Johnny was very professional upon arriving in the initial examination and paid attention to every detail. Jhonny and his crew did an excellent job deep cleaning our house before we moved in. I showed them around the house and left and came back to everything looking significantly cleaner. We could tell they had paid attention to small details. Their rate was pretty reasonable. Communication was prompt and clear. Their service included all the things you would expect with a deep clean, with no hidden charges, like extra for windows. I would highly recommend them. read more

Jhonny and his team did a thorough job deep cleaning our new place. We were present at the house for part of the time and from what we saw, the team was diligent and did not waste a second. The kitchen appliances like the microwave and oven were gleaming and spotless. They applied odor treatment, mopped the walls, and paid attention to details like the vents, baseboards, and all the lights. The rate was very fair considering the size of the place and the time they spent. We also appreciated Jhonny answering our questions on cleaning and providing us guidance on which products to use for different surfaces. We would definitely hire them again. read more

I hired Jonny and his crew for a move out cleaning for a rental property I managed. The tenants made a huge mass and didn't empty the house at the day Johnny arrived. They cleaned as much as they can around the items and patiently waited till the tenants emptied the house. Johnny went out his way to clean the foggy windows, the severely littered garage. He responded to every request I have and went beyond it. He also hauled the garbage the tenants left there for a very reasonable price. They stayed for more than 10 hours at the house for the cleaning, which was way longer than what we both anticipated. He didn't charge any extra for that. I would definitely use Johnny again and recommend him for any cleaning services. He and his crew are easy to communicate, detail protected, friendly, responsive, profession, kind and hardworking! I would give him ten stars if there is any! read more

I had a last minute request to have a place deep cleaned and move-in ready. JD cleaning responded to my request and made the trip there to clean on a SUNDAY! The owner came with another team member and cleaned the unit inside out. He took the initiative to dissemble the greasy kitchen hood grill covers and the fans inside to make it immaculately spotless. The oven cleaning was incredible. The interior was full of dust and black debris as it had not been used or cleaned for as long as it existed?! but JD cleaned it to an unrecognizable state (refer to pics). I am a clean freak (and have a rigorous cleaning routine where I live); for the rare spots in the unit that I wanted another wipe, there was no reservation or defensiveness but just simple positive attitude make things right. They also use the right cleaning agent to do the work. I have worked with cleaners who told me toilet bowl Lysol gel was good to use on fridge interior. He on the other hand avoids using harsh agents with ammonia or substances that might strip surfaces of cabinets or fixtures. They will listen to your concerns and will take the initiative to go the extra mile without ask! read more

I did not get any service from them but just got a quote. They are fast to respond but were one of the most expensive quotes I got for this job in Menlo Park. Not sure if their hourly rate is very high or if they are very far from Menlo Park for such high quote. read more

Jonny and his team did a deep cleaning on our house that we just moved into that was built in 1907 that had not been lived in for over 4 years. They did a very thorough job cleaning the inside and outside of the windows and wiped down all the walls and baseboards. They moved furniture to clean as much of the floor as possible. The appliances were spotless. They went above and beyond what we asked. Jonny was very responsive and easy to schedule and work with. They were very friendly and professional. Had my house cleaned by JD's cleaning, and they did such a wonderful job. They were very accommodating to my schedule. JD's Cleaning is fantastic. My wife and I hired them for a deep cleaning of our rental property after our previous tenants moved out. It needed a lot of work and we wanted it to look good before showing it to new renters. They were flexible to schedule the cleaning right away so we could have it ready by the weekend. They worked on it for a long time, and when we found one thing that wasn't quite right, they came back again and spent another hour with 3 people working to make it perfect. I couldn't ask for more, and we'll definitely be using JD's Cleaning for any future cleaning work that we need. read more
