Aaron showed up on time, did the job, and for a more reasonable price than the competition. There were a couple of small spots on top of the stairs which he could not get out, and neither of us know what they were. But the famiy room and hallway were perfect. I also appreciated that he did not try to pressure me to do additional work; he only billed me for the estimate he gave me. I would definitely use him again. read more

Great communication, excellent results! Aaron is a great choice if you're looking for a reliable company who does a great job!

My previous tenant left me carpet that was in a severely deteriorated condition, with an excessive amount of soil and wear throughout the common areas, as well as dry soil and debris. Aaron is an over 10-year experienced prefessional in this field. He did a thorough cleaning by applying strongest solution, strongest heat, and strongest pressure that made a significant improvement on the carpet condition. He provided honest assessment and reasonable pricing on his superb service. Thank you, Aaron! read more

I have three outdoor carpets that were not looking awesome when I unrolled them to set up my patio area for the summer. I called a business I had previously used to clean an indoor area rug and the quote was ridiculously high. So I did a quick Yelp search, saw good reviews for Aaron's Carpet Cleaning, and gave Aaron a call. Aaron picked up, we talked about the job, I sent him photos and dimensions, and he gave me a great price. He came out within a couple of days (the other place was going to take over 2 weeks!) and I was very pleased with his work. The carpets look really fresh and clean! I couldn't have asked for a faster, easier experience. Highly recommend! read more

Aaron was super nice and patient! Before booking service, I asked him several questions over the phone and Aaron was so kind throughout, with no pressure to book. Day of service was pretty straightforward; Aaron was able to handle things quickly and got creative to be able to complete the service with the hose from the van (in lieu of the portable cleaner). read more

Reached out to a lot of different companies to clean our carpet and Aaron offered the most competitive pricing. I encourage people to shop around since there doesn't seem to be a consistent rate across the board. I also appreciated Aaron's flat rates, which made it easier as some companies charge you by the sqft and number of stairs. Since most of the time is setup and it literally doesn't take that much effort to do a slightly larger room (e.g. think of vacuuming a 4x6 vs 8x10 rug), I appreciated the flat rates. I was a bit hesitant at first since his quotes were about 1/2 of what others were charging. As a reference for those interested, 3 bedrooms, hallways, 2 sets of stairs and a rug cost $200. For a sofa sectional and chaise, it would be $240 or or $180. He recommended 4-6 hours for it to dry. However, after seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to proceed. We communicated via Yelp. Our carpets weren't too dirty, but it did look cleaner afterwards! There were some dye stains on the rug that he said he couldn't get out, which was a bummer. Overall, I can't speak on the quality compared to others for deep cleaning, but overall for the price, I was satisfied. read more

Aaron gave me a quote, we agreed on a day and price. The day prior the service I sent him couple texts and he didn't reply back. The day of the service he turned off his cell phone, never showed up or hear back from him. I don't recommend it all, he is not professional. read more

Aaron did a wonderful job cleaning a very dirty carpet. He was prompt and professional, with a reasonable fee. This is the third time I have hired him over the years to clean my carpet, and will continue to use his services. read more

This review is due for some time. Aaron did a fantastic job at our house few months back. He did carpets and floors at our house. The floors are travertine and it never looked that bright and clean. He vacuums the carpet prior to cleaning and then cleans the carpet thoroughly without missing anything. After his cleaning, our carpets and floors are completely new. Thanks Aaron. read more

Aaron did a fantastic job. He reached out personally, asking a couple of simple questions to scope the job and providing a quote. Once he was here he reasonably pointed out a couple of ways our information differed from the house and provided a reasonable new price, and then spent all day working to clean. He was very apologetic when he couldn't return a heavily soiled family couch to new condition, which we never expected, which makes me wonder what other people think is possible from this kind of cleaning. Overall, strongly recommend Aaron over the big companies, who quoted us twice the cost for impersonal service. read more

East or west, Aaron is still the best ! Punctual, fairly priced and reliable. Look no further for your carpet cleaning needs.

TLDR: great price, professional service, very clean carpet I highly recommend Aaron's Carpet Cleaning. We're moving out and needed the carpet professionally cleaned. Got a quote online within minutes and scheduled right away, and the quote is very competitive. On the day of cleaning, he showed up right on time. He did an initial vacuuming followed by deep cleaning using professional equipment that's inside the van, not just like a rug doctor. Besides getting rid of the typical surface dust and dirt, im particularly impressed that he was able to completely removed some gnarly red printer ink stain that has been on the carpet for years. read more
