Pavlin is very responsive, quick, and professional. Cleaned out stair project with ease!

Great service. Clear and quick communication on Yelp. I was given a good quote for carpet cleaning. Able to accomodate with additional air movers to help dry the carpet faster. Clear prep instructions was shared before hand. On the day of service, Pavlin and team arrived on time. They work efficiently and the results look great. Overall, good value and great work. read more

Master's team did excellent job. We are very happy with their work. I will make sure to call them next time for Carpet cleaning again.

I've used masters touch 3-4 times already in the past few years. He's always done great honest work. A quick walk through for him to assess carpet conditions and then he gets to work. His prices were very fair and his work is magnificent. Carpet felt brand new I truly wish I used his service earlier. Highly recommend ! read more

Finding a responsible contractor with integrity is important - I had furniture, floors and carpet cleaned. But my carpet got damaged in the process of cleaning, and as someone who does carpentry over 15 years, I can say this could have happened to anyone.. I wasn't happy about it but I understand stuff sometimes happen. However Pavlin recognized the error and was very reasonable and fair to work through the process. I hired 15+ contractors in the last 6 years and it's rare to find reasonable people when things go south. He took responsibility and connected me with great installers that did a great job installing identical carpet.. which turned out much better than the original and Pavlin even stopped by to make sure it turned out good. read more

We reached out to Master's Touch to get a quote and we received a response very quickly. We wanted to get our sofa set and two rugs cleaned. We have two dogs and board dogs so you can only imagine what our rugs (8x11 and 5x7) and sofa set looked like! Quote was very reasonable. We made an appointment and waited patiently. Pavlin arrived earlier than scheduled on the day of the cleaning- fantastic! He got to work immediately and within 2-3 hours, he was done. Just like that! No mess, super clean. It was like he was never here! But the rugs were like brand new and the sofa- we got to sit in and relax on it that night! Of course, we put two fans up to expedite the drying process and the rugs were drying out front in our atrium. We highly recommend Pavlin! He's fast, efficient and communicative. He made it so easy for us to not have to worry about anything. Thank you, Pavlin! read more

I'm really pleased with the results from my carpet cleaning. After ten years, my Berber carpet was in need of some serious TLC. I was a little doubtful of some spots, but 99% of them are ancient history. Almost as good as new. I will definitely use Master's touch in the future. read more

Thank you master touch. Your staff is professional, on time and did a great job removing any stains. I can't believe the carpet look so new after the cleaning. The staff explained to me the pre treatment is most important step, let the chemicals to loosen the soil, the steam will wash off and vacuum the soil. Price is reasonable. Different company came over with a portable vaccum. It was like a toy, good for top floor apartment. Thanks master touch to save my property. Thumbs up and much appreciate the work. thank you. read more

Pavlin is very professional, knowledgeable, on time and effective! I booked his services to clean an approximately 400 sq ft family room and adjacent bedroom. It has been awhile since these carpets have been cleaned, but he managed to get out all the little stains it has picked up since the last cleaning. Afterward he also stuck around to have a 5 min chat on how to best maintain the finish, air quality of carpets vs wooden floors, and different types of carpet fibers. What an expert! Pro tip: in the wintertime, pick two consecutive days of sun to do the cleaning and try to finish it by noon so as to open all windows and air out a bit. It is late Feb and my carpets dried 90% this way within 3-4 hours. read more

Trustworthy guy he was able to give me the most compatible quote and stood behind his work with 30 days warranty He also give me advices on what areas needed patching and what didn't Definitely use him in the future read more

We are so happy with the service and results from our carpet cleaning. Our carpets were bad (and I mean BAD). Pets, kids, etc..... Pavlin recommended an upgraded service due to this and I'm so glad we did it. Our carpets look almost as new as when we moved in. We will DEFINITELY use his service in the future. To anyone who's looking for a cleaning service - go with Master's Touch! read more

oh my! where have this company been all of my life? So ever since i moved in my home 6 years ago, i never got the chance to carpet and tile clean the entire house. Pavlin offers reasonable prices and is honest in his measurements. He was highly communicative in where he will be and what he will be doing. He went above and beyond by helping move light furniture around to be able to get under it. I thought that was impressive because most companies would not do that. What i thought was great about the service was that he suggested how i can fix my burn mark on my carpet. I didn't think to fix it the way he suggested. Great tips! He was able to remove a lot of the dark sticky spots lol. My tiles, omg they are soooo light now! AMAZING!! I will definitely use him again in 6 months =) read more

Short Story: An affordable place to clean your house's carpet! Long Story: I recently moved into a new place and wanted to get the carpet cleaned. Although the carpet was not too dirty and the fiber was not too dense (so I could have just rented a carpet cleaner myself). But I still was too lazy...lol and I wanted it done professionally. I called several places and Master Touch was the best overall. It had the best price along with other high quality reviews. Their prices are per step, per room, and per areas (like hallways). I had a three bedroom, 3 floor place, and 2 hallways with the total coming to $160 (or something close). I was satisfied with their level of service and the cleanliness. Although since the carpet was not that dirty to begin with, I cannot definitively say it was a night and day difference. But I would still recommend them to anyone. Verdict: I'm calling them back on moving out day! read more

After seeing the work this Company did for our church parsonage, we decided to use them for our home. We received a phone estimate and an appointment right away. Pavlin arrived, reviewed the estimate and got right to work. He worked quickly and efficiently, making our carpets look brand new. He didn't try to "sell us" more services. He set up the equipment, put his headphones on and got through our home in no time. Very professional and friendly. We will be using this company once a year from now on. Thank you Pavlin!! Great job! read more

Excellent. Choosing a company to service your home, one that you can trust to be in your home is a daunting task. We scheduled and used this company to clean our carpets and could not be happier. The owner is polite and efficient and the quality of their work is top notch. The price is higher than their competitors, but you get what you pay for - quality. Highly recommended. read more

Accountable, felt comfortable with transaction. Very satisfied with the service and outcome of the job. Upfront and transparent with pricing. No bait and switch like other companies out there. Save lots of time and headache. If you're thinking about calling him. Do it. read more

Excellent service. I have never used any other carpet cleaning service, and I never want to look beyond Master's Touch for my carpet cleaning moving on. The service was excellently done as they have the latest steam clean machine. They have van that has the steam clean machine and long pipe that comes to your house from driveway. We rarely use carpet cleaning services, but we have a 4 year old and.....enough said. After calling around and either not being satisfied with the quotes provided for the amount of work or with the estimate given, I came across Master's Touch and appreciated their professionalism and transparency about what may or may not be included in the work and price. The important thing...I knew beforehand. Once Pavlin and his team showed up, they were friendly, professional and very thorough. They made a point to wear a mask throughout the service, which is an important detail during these times. Due to personal health concerns, had my wife seen him without a mask, she would've asked him to leave. Glad that did not happen. He completed his service quickly but it was not at the sacrifice of the service., which was helpful given I was on conference calls. He did a great job of explaining what he would be doing, along with the detailed price, before he started. His rate and scope of work was better than other quotes I received, some for less work included. Overall, we were happy with the service and will definitely call and refer him moving forward read more

I requested a quote. I guess I asked one too many questions because this business blocked me from sending further messages. Pretty terrible and unprofessional customer service if you can't even properly communicate with potential customers. But I'm sure that is indicative of the work so I'm glad I dodged this bullet. I would look elsewhere as there are many honest reputable cleaners out there. I will be doing the same. read more

I highly recommend Master's Touch. I had my rugs cleaned 2.5 years ago by Zerorez and was really not impressed with the result. When Master's Touch left, I was very impressed! This was the second time Pavlin cleaned the carpets throughout our house. It's easy to make an appointment and Pavlin lets you know if he'll be early or if he's running a bit late. He charges a fair price for great work. He's very flexible about moving things around to maximize the area of carpet that he cleans. Overall great job making the carpets and upholstery clean and look good. read more

I am so happy that a friend told me about Pavlin and his carpet-cleaning business. His estimate was reasonable over the phone; on the day of the appointment he called ahead, was on time, they both wore face coverings, and the wall to wall and area rugs look amazing. He did my entire two story house in less than 50 minutes. I am telling all my friends about him. Thank you again! Very professional, great outcome and the price was reasonable. Hooray! I thought I hired a professional to clean my carpet. Even I could clean this like this with our rugdoctor it might even come out cleaner. I wish they would consider the time and effort we did clearing out the space just so we can get it "professionally clean" he only spent 30 minutes cleaning one bedroom hallway and stairs. I'm so upset for us to clear out the space and get this outcome! read more
