I have not used their service YET... but I will. A sign of an excellent business is the employees they hire and retain. I was stranded today when my car broke down in the post office driveway. While other cars are frustrated and just trying to get around me, Brayant and Tabo pulled over to see if I needed help. Even after I said thank you, but AAA is on the way, Brayant suggested that at least they could push me to a spot out of traffic. What a Godsend. Based on my interaction and the other reviews, this is a business worth trusting read more

This was my second time having them come out, and I couldn't be happier! Both times they've made my carpets look and smell brand new, filling the house with a fresh, clean feel. What I appreciate most is how genuine they are...never trying to upsell or take advantage, just doing honest, quality work. They even go the extra mile (with my permission) to move things around so they can get into every area, which shows how much they care about doing the job right. Their kindness, professionalism, and fairness make the whole experience such a relief. I'm so grateful for their service and will absolutely keep calling them back! read more

I really love this company! Super professional and kind family. Rodrigo Jr. showed up on time and was super upbeat. From our first minute I knew my home was about to undergo a super clean carpet refresh. Our stairs are back to being brand new. Our sectional sofa is also back to new. Rodrigo is wonderful. He even used some sticky/gum cleaner to remove the residue from the anti cat scratch stickies on the sofa. I asked Rodrigo about the biz and his family. He's a great conversationalist. I love that they always pick up the phone as well. One of the best professional interactions I've had with carpet cleaners. Highly recommend. read more

Been using thi company for 15 years. This is the ONLY carpet cleaning company you should use. I don't remember how I initially found Rodrigo, but my guess is it was through Yelp. I use Rodrigo when I have a new renter and every time I look at the carpet, I think, ugh, it's probably time for new carpet, but they always do such a good job; it looks brand spankin' new. On this last visit, I was sure they would not be able to get rid of some of the high traffic area stains but to my surprise, it looked new again. They tackle any area with carpet. I forgot about my closets but they cleaned those too. AND, they even left some disposable booties for me, just in case I needed some. Best of all, they are pretty affordable. BTW, shout out to Brian who is Rodrigo's son. He helped with my house this time, along with his brother whose name I didn't get. What a great family to work with. read more

very courteous, nice job, addressed our needs, worked with our special schedule, highly recommend

I initially sent a request through Yelp because I dislike phone calls (lol), but didn't receive a follow up. After a few days of waiting, I decided to call and I was able to get an estimate and set an appointment within 5 minutes! Lesson learned: just call! I requested carpet cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. Rodrigo came with his sister and they were super friendly and efficient. They managed to clean our carpets within an hour! They did an amazing job with our carpet and everything was still tidy when they left. Our 2 month old newborn also slept soundly through the whole thing! Will use them again when I need a refresh! read more

Today Rodrigo Sr. came and cleaned the carpets in my fifth floor condo. He had come three days ago to see how that could be accomplished. He brought a truck with a self-contained water tank and ran the hoses from that truck up the side of the building, over the deck railing and into my condo. Rodrigo is professional, respectful, and efficient. His price is reasonable and my carpets are beautifully clean. Next time I need carpet cleaning I will be calling Rodrigo to come and make them look like new once again. read more

This is the third time we called Ultimate cleaning. Rodrigo did a very good job. He is punctual and very detailed in his work.

High quality work, reasonable rates and flexible. 5-stars! I scheduled a carpet cleaning on my day off because the noise level can be a bit disruptive. Unfortunately, my appointment was booked with another company in the area that bailed out on me last minute. I found Ultimate Carpet Cleaners and spoke to Rodrigo. He was very personable over the phone, empathetic to my dilemma and cleaned my carpets the day of. I am super happy what he quoted me (I have a ton of stairs) and the quality of work he has provided. He followed all social distancing measures and did the job alone. Furthermore, his attention to detail was superb and as tired as he was (he squeezed me in and worked until 8pm) he did not rush and always reached out to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. He explained to me that his family has been in business for years and he enjoys what he does. I highly recommend Ultimate Carpet Cleaners for all your cleaning needs. Super responsive and reasonable priced. read more

This is our second time using Ultimate because they are wonderful. Responsive, timely, efficient, and professional. My parents house needed not only cleaning but also carpet stretching the first time they came to service the house. Great job! With some time passed and more dirty shoes, it was time for another cleaning. Ultimate did not disappoint! I give them so much credit for working very efficiently and quickly to get the job done. Mom gave the guy a cold beverage and cookies as an extra thank you. I would not hesitate to call in Ultimate again. Support the local businesses and offer a beverage. Be hospitable if you are comfortable. Kindness matters! read more

I contacted this service via Yelp. I was responded back to within seconds. I spoke to Rodrigo who I believe is the boss of the company. He asked me about what spaces needed to be cleaned. I told him what areas I needed cleaned up, and he responded within seconds. Luckily he had an opening the same day. He sent his employee Luis. Luis is a great guy. Respectful, professional, and gets the job done. The main thing is having trust with a business you hire. I felt the trust was met today with Ultimate carpet cleaners. Thank you Rodrigo and Luis for the professionalism and cleaning outcome of my carpet today. God bless. read more

I needed a reliable and top quality carpet cleaning in a short time frame. I researched and found Ultimate with nearly 5 stars and great reviews. So I called, and Rodrigo quickly answered the call. Rodrigo did a good job on the carpets! He was flexible with scheduling and was able to accomodate even with a last minute change in time conflict. Service was fast, he was out in under an hour! If scheduling for carpet cleaning early in the morning, just a heads up that it can be a bit loud and can wake up the whole neighborhood. Overall, amazing, thank you again. read more

Rodrigo was pretty awesome. I did a little research and called around...they picked up and had great customer service and were able to provide a quote and the times they were available to. I mean, they have 5 stars for a reason right? I was able to ask questions and got straight forward to the point replies as I like so I decided to go with these guys. I was ready to get the carpets cleaned and was glad they were available as soon as the next morning. I'm a timely person and I like for others to be on time or give me heads up if they are going to be late. Rodrigo called ahead and was on time. He came solo and had a good morning personality. He got straight to work and had a super cool personality...he gave me history on his company and had casual conversation as he worked which was cool because it didn't feel like a stranger in the house type of deal. He did a great job on the carpets and was quick. He used eco friendly materials/solutions for you tree hugging loving people. I also believe the price was very affordable and worth it. I will definately use their services again and have already recommended them to a few people. Cheers & beers to Ultimate Carpet Cleaners! read more
