They also cut new pads to further preserve the rugs. When they delivered the rugs, they made sure the pads were correctly placed, moving furniture to make sure the placement was perfect to highlight the beauty of the carpets. I found Rug Masters and was able to get my 8x10 green shag rug deep cleaned back in April 2025. I left this rug in the garage and it was unfortunately got caught in a flood on Christmas Day. I don't know what how they did it, but they did it! I have a silk hand stitched 8 x 10 rug that was extremely expensive. When I bought the rug, I bought a runner to go where my feet planned between the couch and coffee table. After awhile I had this dumb thought that the whole rug around that runner was going to fade so I removed it and then just lived life. Dirty shoes, dirty socks, dirty feet, plates of food that dropped off the table, sticky gooey resin from a bong; you name it and it was on that rug. It got to the point where you couldn't see the pattern am very vibrant. I don't know how they got the stains out but they did and they were extremely efficient at it. I've got a run over there now which you can see at the top of the after picture they will only be removed for guests! And no one wears dirty shoes on this rug! read more
