I had such an incredible experience working with SF Steemsweep. I reached out to them asking for a quote. They got back right away after I sent a picture of my couch. The price seemed very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised, especially living in the Bay Area, where everything is so outrageously expensive. Before the technician came (Haidar is his name -- ask for him!), I thought of a couple other things I should probably clean while he was here if he had the time. He texted his supervisor and asked how much it would be to add on my small rug and the bottom of a chair that my dog used to rub his eyes on and they gave me an extremely reasonable quote back to add those two things on. Everything looks fantastic and I am so grateful for this fresh start. read more

We recently requested carpet and couch cleaning services from sf steamsweep. We tried to call several time but there wasn't any luck - apparently they response faster for text messages. We got booked for the same week and technician Andrew was great he arrived on time and got job done within timely manner. Didn't rush and did thorough job. Over all very positive and good experience. They have 20% off for the first time customer. Personally recommend this company for their affordable pricing totally worth money. read more

It seems my experience resonates with other customers. This company cancels their appointments on me repeatedly because I rescheduled well outside of their 48 hour policy. Easy to schedule is only for their convenience, not for the customers. read more

I first came across SF Steamsweep through an Instagram ad and it honestly seemed too good to be true, but I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did! The booking process was super easy, communication was clear throughout, and the service itself was fast, efficient, and top-notch. They were friendly, professional, and flexible with payment (Zelle or check). I have an emotional support animal that sheds a lot on the couch, and they did an amazing job deep cleaning all the pet hair out--it looked like new again! Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. I'd absolutely book with them again! read more

I saw their ad on Instagram and decided to give them a try. Scheduling an appointment was very easy using their online scheduling system. I had a few questions and received responses via email in a timely manner. The morning of my appointment I received a text message letting me know what time the technician was going to arrive. Yusuf arrived on time, put shoe covers on before entering my home, and got right to work. The process was quick and clean. My couch looks brand new again! I would definitely use their service again. read more

SF Steamsweep - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Francisco, California

DO NOT USE, will harass you if you leave a bad review. He's spammed called me multiple times after i left this review. Thats not how you treat customers. As for their response, i did leave the windows open and did not sit on it. They did not tell me to use a fan or anything (which i do have and would have used). Its really disappointing to see them blaming me when the owner is not aware of the situation. ---------------------- Really disappointed with my experience here. I saw the good reviews and price point and was really excited. A true cautionary tale that if you have a thick couch, you may have a mildew smell because they use too much water and don't provide a fan to air dry it. I contacted them afterwards and they just gave me some "smell treatment" but have ghosted me since even after telling me to contact them if the smell is still a problem. I would spend more money and get a more professional service that doesn't ruin your couch. read more

One of the worst service ever. Only call them if you already have a spotless clean rug or couch. They don't do anything and complete waste of money. Save your money and time. I will make sure anyone I know will never use them Also one of the worst service people who totally disrespect and patronize you saying stupid t-shirt analogy In addition the manager was aggressive and tried to tell me that I should have mentioned about the rug when it was on the order. They wouldn't even have courtesy to finish the job and left in the middle Edit for response: "First of all i didnt hear anything concrete, just random accusations." There is no random accusation and mentioned as it happened "- 2ND, I would suggest you to clean and maintain your rug for more than once in eternity" You are a cleaning service and this arrogant and aggressive attitude is what I complained about. The rug has been used only for 3 years and "3rd, TECH did test cleaning on your rug and told you BEFOREHAND it is not getting cleaned. And we DIDNT CHARGE YOU FOR THAT." Nope he did it in middle of the job and not before cleaning it so don't lie "4th, you words " I was hoping you guys can do MAGIC" is just really funny. We are not magicians." It came out in the flow of conversation and you are not cleaner either and a scam artist "5th, "I am not satisfied" isn't something certain. We didnt come to your house to satisfy you, we came to clean your rug and did test cleaning - and told you it is not getting cleaned. So stop being Ken and maintain and address stains immediately when they appear, not once in 25 years." Continue with name calling and aggressive behavior and this is why I asked the tech to get out of my place. So great exhibition of your shitty customer service. Good job by proving my point Also don't lie about the picture and I sent you the picture before scheduling the cleaning. Worst customer service read more

Avoid this company at all costs - after a botched job that destroyed my couch, a manager named Jacob showed up at my house. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he was aggressive and threatening. He blamed me for the damage their technician caused and refused to leave when I asked him to - only left when my husband came downstairs. Their excuse? The technician who ruined my couch "quit between visits" - but he texted from the same number and showed up as their representative to fix their poor initial work. How would I have known this? My couch now has permanent water damage and discoloration. They refuse all responsibility. read more

Super professional service, gave me the option to do the cleaning 1 hour early on the day when a spot opened up, and now the couch is good as new! read more

I do NOT recommend. If you're looking for a thorough cleaning, look elsewhere. Technician was ill-equipped to do a good job, and no effort was made to vacuum between the cushions or in the corners. After initially refusing, I was issued a refund. The conversation was confrontational and uncomfortable to say the least. Their website allots the job to be done in 1.5 hrs; my technician was done in 25 min. read more

This is the second time we are using this service. The scheduling is easy and very convenient. The techs arrived on time and were very efficient. They did a great job cleaning my two couches. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future. read more

Quick and efficient job done in about an hour for a 9 x12 shag rug that looks in good shape again

Good experience with SF Steamsweep! They responded quickly for a quote and arrived promptly for the job.

On time and thorough cleaning! Highly recommend for the value. The technician was very knowledgeable on the care of the couch.

Saw their ad on Instagram and left a message. Their manager got in touch with me shortly and we were able to schedule an appointment right away. They had plenty of available options AM and PM. The technician came in time and performed an excellent service in just an hour. My couch is like new read more

These guys are great. I contacted several other places, but couldn't even get someone on the phone. With Steam Sweep, I got through on the phone, the price quoted for my room was fair, they showed up on time, and they did a great job. Carpets look like new. read more
