I booked carpet and upholstery cleaning through their website, and got a quick confirmation text message. The technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and he did an excellent job! Our family room carpet had suffered from a large dog, a small child, and our own antics of eating and drinking on the couch. It's an off-white carpet, and it looked like it was time to replace it. We decided to have Spotless clean it instead to see if it could be saved, and we're so glad we did! It looks completely refreshed. The cleaning process was very professional and efficient. We got great value for the price. I highly recommend booking your carpet and upholstery cleaning with Spotless. read more

Spotless did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They were available to book a week out, communicated well, arrived on time, were friendly, and did a great job. They also went above and beyond by pointing out areas to keep an eye on. Will use them again! read more

The Spotless team was professional and thorough throughout the process when I asked them to come in for pet stains and general wear and tear cleaning. Response time for a quote was timely, they explained the service in detail based on what I was looking for. Daniel came on time, was friendly, helpful and thorough in explaining the service to be done that day, potential risks involved with the carpet after the cleaning (nothing worrisome, just general precautions), and also provided helpful advice for aftercare and maintenance. He was also efficient and got the job done in less than 2 hours! The carpet looked brand new again. I will definitely use them again for any of my carpet cleaning needs. read more

We have been incredibly pleased with the service we receive from Spotless. I always recommend them to friends but I'm not really an online review person. That needs to change because this company deserves a bajillion stars for every spill and stain they have rescued us from over the years, as well as generally keeping our tile, carpets, sofas and cushions looking new. read more

Truly enjoyed my experience with Spotless! Damien was my technician and he was very polite and appreciated his honest opinion regarding the areas he was servicing. Hired Spotless to clean my elderly in-laws floors. They did a very good job. The quote process was easy and the appointment scheduled shortly after that. There was miscommunication somewhere, though. We thought they were going to move some of the furniture out of the way to clean carpet, but they didn't. Some they did; some they didn't. We will probably use them again and with additional clarification on what they will and won't move. read more

We've used Spotless for several years. We're a multi-pet family, so we appreciate the products selected by Spotless to safely and effectively clean our carpets at a good price. I use the products they recommend to spot-clean when the occasional spill or accident happens in-between their cleaning. My carpets look and feel great! They provide a great customer experience by letting you know when they are on the way and what to expect. Everyone I've interacted with is courteous and respectful. read more

Amazing company! The customer service is superb. You just don't find this quality very often anymore. The communication is clear, helpful and informative. The reminders are timely and not over-done. I love that they send a photo of who will be arriving at your door. The pricing is honest and the work is done well. Extra care is taken to proxy banisters and furniture. Over all-fantastic experience! read more

This was the 1st time we used Spotless and I feel very fortunate for finding them on Yelp. They gave me a quick quote and followed up to make an appointment the same week. The work was to do the carpeted upstairs and stairs. The technician was on time, courteous, and did a thorough job. The carpet looked brand new and he was able to get almost every stain off the carpet. He was also very thoughtful of what chemicals were being used since we have an indoor doggo. Will definitely use them again. read more

I cannot rave on this company enough!! They not only exceeded my expectations, I'm pretty sure they worked a "miracle" on my carpets! One of my rooms has tricky lighting in the afternoon and the carpet in this particular room was a different material than the other rooms. I noticed the next day the job in that room (which started the cleanest), still had some stains. I called them and they came back out and used a different method. It came out beautifully. My husband & I were sold on their work and have been recommending them to friends & family. They aren't the least expensive by a long shot, but if you want to be WOWED, it's worth it!!! You will get what you pay for and then some! read more

Spotless - This was the worst area. Before and After. The after shot doesn't do it justice. It was really somewhat miraculous! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Dublin, California

This is the second time we've used Spotless. The first time was 4 years ago when we moved to our house. We needed the tiles cleaned inside the house and they did a wonderful job. This years service was for carpet cleaning. The whole process from making the appointment to the actual appointment was very easy. The technician came in on time, very professional and did a fabulous job in cleaning our carpet. We have a specific spot in one of the bedrooms that had a bad mark from a tape for the exercise mat, and he was able to clean it out like it was never there. Overall, I recommend this company for the quality, service, professionalism, and the price. Thanks Spotless! read more

This is the second time I've used Spotless. Both times the experience has been professional, timely, and thorough. To clean 15 stairs, our master bedroom, closet, and hallway cost 260. We had some out of town guests visiting, and it was a good reason to finally get my carpets cleaned, which was long overdue. I sent a request over to Spotless and got a response within 15 or 20 minutes. Booking an appointment was very easy! Daniel came out and did a fabulous job cleaning all of our carpets and a chair. He used a new product to help with my boys stinky rooms, and when he was finished their rooms smelled great! Daniel was also able to get out some stubborn stains in our family room using another special product. Dry time was exactly as anticipated, and we were able to put the house back together that evening. I will definitely not wait as long to get my carpets cleaned again and will for sure use Spotless again! read more

Just had my tile, carpets and sofa cleaned and WOW! This is THE best job my home has ever had - EVER. Everything came out soooo clean....just like new! These guys are pros and perfectionists as well. They know their products very well and what is best to use on all surfaces - their knowledge is endless - definitely know what they are talking about and most importantly they know what they are doing. Love Love Love and will use no one else now to clean all my floors and fabrics PLUS they are friendly and professional too! Daniel came and cleaned our sectional couch, the staircase runner, and some carpet in our primary bathroom. He provided what some of us may remember as stellar CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is non existent these days. He was super friendly, gave me tips on maintenance, and was very professional. Our three areas looked great afterwards. Highly recommend Daniel, he was awesome to work with! It was all reasonably priced as well. read more

Spotless came out to my home for the first time this week. What a pleasant surprise to find a company that does everything right. Returned my email the next business day, followed up with a call, sent confirmation of our appointment by text and then a call. Outstanding! The cleaning weas excellent. On time, fast, tidy, well mannered on arrival and did a full walk through on completion. Their equipment and trucks are spotless too! We could not be happier with the entire service. 2 rugs, 2 sofas and 2 chairs in less than 4 hours and at a very fair price. We plan to use them every year to stay on top of things and keep our home looking pristine. Thank you Spotless!!! read more
