Sean did a fantastic job on our love seat, dinning chairs and wool rug. I highly recommend their services. I previously had two other companies clean my sofas, one did a good job but was very expensive and the second had to be called back because of poor cleaning. Spotless is the best and I will only use them from now on. Their prices are very fair. read more

The absolute best in carpet and floor care! Do yourself a favor and hire them today. You're in the best hands. Daniel gave us tips on how to use our Bissell for basic upkeep and was fast, efficient, and thorough. It's rare to find a company you can trust these days. These are truly good folks. They won't break the bank and they'll get the job done exceptionally well. You'll even learn more about what your carpet needs for which kinds of spills! Call em! read more

Awesome service and staff. They came back to make sure we were satisfied with the tile cleaning. Above and beyond.

Amazing job. Honest and upfront about what can and cannot be done. They did a fantastic job with my white restoration hardware sofas read more

Price was right, service was great for three tasks: tile floor, area rug, loveseat. Would definitely hire again.

Very professional, and fast. Highly recommend. No matter what I tired, I had a pet smell I couldn't get out of my closet. My rep addressed that first then finished the rest of my house. He took me back to my closet and the smell was finally gone! My carpet is so soft and the color looks more vibrant. Thanks Sean! read more

Spotless - I loved these! I was worried I was going to be cleaning walls like I have had to do with other companies, these kept them looking great! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Dublin, California

It's been several years since we've had our carpets cleaned, and I'm happy to see that Spotless has maintained its high quality standards over the years! We didn't get Damien himself, but the two technicians who came were equally competent and gracious. The quality of the work itself is still remarkable. We have light carpets and have been fostering dogs, so it was pretty ugly. Now it looks brand new again! Courteous service, reliability, good communication, attention to detail, and pride in a job well done are still the driving business model of Spotless. Spotless is my favorite First To Review, and I'm always pleased to see the ratings remain stellar. read more

Spotless - Supposedly, the previous owner had already had the carpet cleaned before my parents bought the condo. So I called Spotless. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Dublin, California

Demien came out right after a consultation was requested. He went over the different methods of cleaning and recommended an aggressive approach. My carpet had blood stains and very dark stains from spills. We measured the rooms to give a cost estimate as it's priced per square foot. If you clear your furniture he'll even move it around so he can clean the whole space. I was ready to replace the carpet with blood stains. Demien was confident we could get it looking pretty great. Everything looks fantastic. Pardon the shadows in some of the photos. Looks even better in person. Showed up on time and everything went exactly as previously detailed. Pricing was fair and even went over some things to look out for in the future. Carpet stretching for loose areas and how to spot clean any messes. If stains return they will come back out to service them. Very pleased! Thanks for your excellent professionalism and service. read more

Very happy with my experience with Spotless. Worked with Demian during the walkthrough and Daniel for the actual cleaning. Both were very friendly, professional, and honest. They both gave realistic expectations about the results, which actually turned out better than I expected. Spotless was hired to clean the carpets on the 2nd floor and stairs, and they look good as new. Got a lot of the tough stains out, including a stubborn oil/grease type stain that I've been trying to steam out since we moved in 3 years ago. Also did a good job removing the various lipstick, blush, and assorted makeup stains in my daughters' bedrooms. Will be going back to Spotless for annual cleaning. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! The owner, Demien, sets the tone for the entire service. He and his crews are always prompt, professional and friendly. I really got the 'Family Owned Small Business' treatment from the moment I called to schedule to the time they were finished. The whole family and techs are so genuine and nice that I'd love to invite them to come over for dinner or just hang out! You will understand as soon as you call them! read more

Can't recommend this business enough. I was so down about the many failed attempts at cleaning my expensive couches and thought there was no hope in saving them. I even had other companies come by and tell me there was nothing they can do to clean them without risking damage. Spotless truly gave my couches brand new life. They look like new. I will be using them for any other furniture or rug cleaning in the future and highly highly recommend them. read more

Found this business through Yelp and glad I did. Had always wanted the carpets cleaned since we moved in and looks like they clean other items such as tile, furniture, etc. There was also a small area where a lot of water was spilled, tried drying and cleaning it ourselves, but still smelled funny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was upfront about estimated cost and gave me an appointment a few weeks out. They do have a minimum amount for an appointment, but it was reasonable. Communication was excellent prior to, right before, and after the appointment. They really care about customer satisfaction because I got a follow-up call after and a thank you card in the mail, which is rare these days. Day of service: They came on time and the employees were very professional and respectful of the home. They were able to work with us on what we wanted done and how much money we wanted to spend. Loved their "can do" attitude and didn't feel rushed. They also assessed the water damage and told us what could be done. Also gave a spot remover/ cleaner for future use. Carpets were thoroughly cleaned and felt so much better to walk on after. No smell and didn't take too long to dry. Glad I found an excellent company nearby that I can rely on for future needs. read more

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SPOTLESS CLEANING I contacted SPOTLESS to get my furniture cleaned and give them an exact accurate sizes and description of everything and they told me the price it's going to be $360 They assured me this is the price AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE INVOICE 2 days before my Christmas Eve party they came to clean my couches and they told me the price it's going to be almost $600 When I have an invoice to prove otherwise I was shocked so PLEASE be AWARE SPOTLESS CLEANING COMPANY misleads people so they can get hired and then they struck you with a huge unreasonable amount THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I spoke to the owner Damian He is the most arrogant and irresponsible businessman I ever encountered would not take any responsibility for misleading me PLEASE BE AWARE don't get scammed by Damian The owner of Spotless he didn't even care, but it doesn't surprise me when you are used to scamming people you'll have no remorse or conscience and that's how he makes his money. so please again BE AWARE this company is a FRAUD and do NOT TRUST them. Please don't be fooled with all the five star reviews I don't doubt they are written by his family members. read more

Called this company based on the reviews and am so glad I did! Demien came to assess and give pricing, Daniel did the work-together they make a great team who give you confidence in their service. I have my kitchen floor tile and grout cleaned. Process took about 2.5 hours for cleaning and sealing. I dropped a glass bottle of lemon juice on my travertine floors. The acid from the lemon juice left a huge "splat" mark if you will. I'm so grateful that I found Spotless to help me out. Demien & Daniel came out, offered a handful of options and took the time to go over every little detail. They wanted to make it very clear that there was possibility that the mark would not completely go away... All I can say is my floor looks better now than it didn't before. Demien has been cleaning our carpets for over 15 years. He's a complete professional. Responsive, reliable and really good at cleaning carpets. We've had kids and a barfing cat do their dirtywork on the carpets, but Demian always brings them back life. Is he the cheapest out there? No. But he really delivers and he's worth it. Demien is a very good person, perfectionist in carpet cleaning, honest and didn't charge even a penny more than what he had quoted. The reviews about this business are so positive, i was really surprised about my disappointing experience with them. I get my carpets cleaned every six months because of my pets, and decided to try Spotless because of the good reviews. I scheduled for them to come out between 9-11 am. Usually when i get that morning slot, carpet cleaners show up right at 9 am, because its the first appointment of the day. But Spotless did not. AT 9:30, I called Spotless to find out when i might expect him. The friendly customer service agent called the technician to check in with him and he told her that he was stuck in traffic and would be at my house around 10 or 1030. I expressed concern because i had a phone meeting at 10 and would be unable to answer the door between 10 or 1030. So, if he could get to my house before 10, we were fine. Could that happen? She apologized again, saying that the technician was stuck in traffic, 'coming all the way from Pleasanton'. A HUGE red flag went up for me. I live in San Ramon, off the Alcosta Blvd. Even with absolutely horrible traffic, i can get anywhere in Pleasanton in a max of 25 minutes, and i've never travelled anywhere in Pleasanton where it took me more than 20 minutes to get there. So...it's impossible to be stuck in traffic in Pleasanton and take an hour to get to my house. I don't know why they were lying about getting out to me, but at this point I wasn't comfortable having them in my home, because they were dishonest. I spent 3 hours last night, moving furniture so that it would be easy for the cleaners to come... only to have them 1. not communicate what time they were coming and that they were running late and 2. lie to me about why they weren't at my house yet. To say i'm not happy is an understatement. read more

I don't usually take the time to write a yelp, but definitely am with this carpet cleaner. It's a daunting process to figure out what kind of cleaning you want done on your carpets and who to call. Everyone has coupons and there's so many of them. 29 1/2 years we have lived in our house in Pleasanton and I think I've had every company under the sun. I was a little taken aback when they told me the cost of cleaning my entire 2200 ft. house. But my girlfriend swore by them and said it will be worth every penny. Oh my gosh! Let me tell you, she was not kidding! The first good sign was my carpets were not drenched when they left. They took very little time to dry. And they look fantastic two months later after I'm writing this. I waited a bit to make sure it lasted because a lot of times the spots come back weeks after the carpet cleaning. The other good sign was they didn't try to hit me up for all these extras. They gave me a free bottle of cleaner after that I just threw in the cupboard. I found out how good that stuff worked after my dog threw up on my freshly clean carpets a few weeks later! Ugh! Where was that bottle of stuff all my life! Thank you Spotless for renewing my faith in Carpet Cleaning. read more
