Amazing company! Thank you, Nick, and team for quick response time, and friendly and professional service. My mom appreciated your team caring for her carpets and getting the much needed cleaning done expeditiously. We will not hesitate to use your service again. Much thanks. read more

Quick responses to book an appointment. Clear communication on price and quality work. Requested cleaning of two fabric couches at our home.

After receiving several quotes with outrageous estimates mostly due to our Alamo zip code we're lucky to have come across with Tri-Valley Carpet care. They were very honest with pricing. Our initial appointment had to do with verifying that Nick the owner could get MASSIVE stains out of a living room.. saving me thousands as I would not have to replace carpets!! This company is: 1. On time! 2. Super clean ( van to even cleaner wearing sterile white shorts ) 3. New Equipment 4. 100% trustworthy. 5. Impeccable with their words.. if they say they can, they do.. if they say Wednesday at 3, they will be there. 100% recommend them and will used them again and again and again... IMPORTANT!! Don't expect this company to be in and out in 1 hour.. They take a very long time ( half an afternoon!! ) bit the result is a brand new looking and smelling house! Thanks Nick!! read more

We are very happy with the service. Nick was quick to respond. He was prompt and took the time to really clean. We had him come to clean the sectional and two mattresses. He can clean other things than just carpets. He got it in under 1.5 hours. He got all of the urine stains out of my kids white mattress. He uses special enzymes on the mattresses to get it really clean. Like he said, it all dried up under 6 hours. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend. read more

It's owner operated small business... Nick is very knowledgeable in his trade and was very informative. I am the kind of costumer who wants to know what kind of product used in my home, why and how it works. Nick patiently answered my questions on the phone when I scheduled my appointment and also in person at my home. I have pets and one of them is sick so she has lots accidents, but Nick managed to do a fantastic job cleaning my 4 bedrooms, big hallway and stairs. Since I am planing to install new carpet he took the time to educate me on what carpet would be best for us. Will hire him again. read more

Nick was quick to email me back for a quote. He had plenty of availability and arrived promptly. I had to go back to work and he locked my house up when he was done. My carpets look fantastic. All stain areas look a lot better. Definitely will be giving him a call for our next carpet cleaning. read more

Nick really knows his stuff. We have real wool carpet and wool area rugs that require specialized cleaning. He knew a ton of information about cleaning real fibers and how to protect them. They look amazing like they are brand new. He is definitely my new go to for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Two thumbs up!! read more

I was disappointed in the cleaning results of TriValley Carpet Care. The service technician who came to my house was very professional upfront and talked a good story about the business of cleaning and sanitizing, but when it was all said and done my carpet did not look any better. There were a few large spots that I pointed out at the beginning of the cleaning process and the technician informed me that he would be able to remove them. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the staines were still there and my carpet was extremely wet. I ended up removing the spots myself with a simple can of carpet cleaning foam and vacuum. Also, beware some of the marketing/advertising techniques used to attract customers especially during the Pandemic are questionable. This company would lead you to believe that having your carpet cleaned can prevent the spread of the Covid virus which is not true. I do not recommend TriValley Carpet Care cleaning business. We had previously hired someone to come clean them, and he showed up with one of those rental cleaners your get from Safeway. Needless to say, it was underwhelming. In fact, they may have been worse off after he was done. This time I looked on Yelp and found Tri-Valley Carpet Care. Nick did a fantastic job on our carpets. He showed up on time and was very professional. He had the proper equipment including safe guards for the wall corners to protect our walls from the hose rubbing against them. When he was finished, he said the stairs may discolor as they dry and to let him know and he'd come back and take care of it free of charge. No need because they look good as new. We will definitely use Tri-Valley Carpet Care again. His attention to detail and the little things such as leaving a few sets of removable booties for us to wear while the carpet dries really won us over. read more

After Nick cleaned our carpets for first time in Sep 2021, many stains on our carpets which couldnt be removed by other national brand carpet cleaners in last couple of carpet cleanings were gone. My wife noticed it and told me. In carpet cleaning business, water temperature is the key. The machine used by Nick went upto 240F. I never saw the machine going beyond 200 in all my previous cleaning by all other carpet cleaners. If you want your carpets deep cleaned, really cleaned: Nick is the guy. read more

I want to give the highest recommendation to Nick! He did an incredible job cLeaning my carpet. I have light colored carpets which soil easily, and when Nick finished cleaning my carpet, it looked brand new. Last time I had my carpet cleaned, I had a used nationally recognized chain, and was very disappointed in the results. What an amazing difference Nick made with his carpet cleaning procedure! NIck just got another loyal customer today ! read more

The guy who owned the company came out and did a great job. His prices were better than some of the bigger names in the industry, which Have charged more but did a worse job. Will only hire this guy in the future! read more

Professional. Thorough. Friendly. Love having clean carpets and he made it feel so low stress. Thank you!

Nick came to my rescue. I had a coupon for Quality Carpet care and had them come over to give me an estimate. Coupon said $64.95 however since my house is large with stairs, I knew that I would be paying more. Quality Carpetcare quotes me over $550. I immediately called Nick and he fit me in on the same day since I had already moved all my furniture out of a couple rooms. His price saved me hundreds. He did not charge for spot cleaning or deep cleaning. Tri-valley carpet care is thorough and professional! HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Nick was prompt and professional. Got an appointment within days and he showed up on time. Great job cleaning my carpets and getting stubborn stains out of my 30 year old carpet. I would definitely use him again!!! read more

Everything about my experience with Tri-Valley Carpet Care was fantastic. I found Nick's business through Yelp, where he provided a reasonable quote for upholstery cleaning for my sofa + loveseat set within minutes. I was able to set up an appointment for the following Saturday, which is great for my work schedule. He arrived to our appointment on-time and ready to go. My couches are in much better shape now, and it's all thanks to Nick! I will definitely be using Tri-Valley Carpet Care again in the future. read more

AWESOME! Nick came in to clean my mattress. He did a fantastic job! He told me that some of the stains won't come out but he was able to get them all out. He explained the cleaning process and let me know the aftercare for the mattress. I would definitely recommend and will use him again. Thanks! read more

Nick, what can I say? This is the epitome of EXCELLENT SERVICE. He is always prompt, professional and goes the extra yard to help. He leaves our carpet looking and smelling new monthly. This time he spent an hour of his time on our hallway and living room and refused to take payment for it. We told him we have a bad dog that potty's in the house and he said "have a nice dinner." LITERALLY, the best customer service i have ever encountered with any business or service. I DONT LEAVE YELP REVIEWS BUT NICK AT TRI VALLEY CARPET CARE DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS! Thank you sir!!! read more

Great job from start to finish. Nick was responsive to my initial call. His estimate was fair. His follow-up leading to the appointment was reassuring. His arrival was 3 minutes early (not everything was perfect!). He assessed the job and updated the estimate which was still fair. He was quick but thorough. Got stains out, warned of areas that would dry more slowly and his time estimates for completely dry were dead on. Can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Wonderful job! My carpets have never looked so clean. Even with three kids and dogs, my carpets now look brand new! Tri- Valley was professional, prompt, efficient, and got all the stains out. Great service and competitively priced! Would absolutely use Tri-Valley Carpet again!

Over the years we have had a few cleaners come in and this is the first time where I felt that our job was not just one in fifty being done in a day. Nick worked in a clean ,organized and efficient manner. Took him double the time that other companies used for similar jobs, which led to a great result. He was priced reasonably and worth every penny. read more

I am so glad we went with Nick to clean our carpets. He answered all of our questions, gave a reasonable quote, and fit us in on short notice. He is super nice, on time, and our carpets look amazing. He got out old water and pet stains from the previous home owner and more recent stains from throw up. He used corner protectors when he brought his cleaning equipment hose into the house, which were great. Our carpets dried in 2-3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Nick again. His company donates to the shelter too, another bonus! read more

Look no further for your partner in carpet cleaning and care! Nick restored our faith in customer service and went above and beyond when it came to his prompt responsiveness, his honesty and "green, eco-friendly" professionalism. We had a special circumstance with bringing an ill child from the hospital and needed our carpet cleaned on very short notice. Nick insisted on helping our family in spite of his holiday plans and having the day off. We trust in his outstanding service and are 100% satisfied with the results! read more

Nick is fantastic. He just cleaned my home a few hours ago, and was extremely professional. Last minute, I added an additional rug for cleaning, and he was more than fair on the price for a last minute add on. He was punctual, professional and went beyond his duties at the house, even helping me to move a rather bulky chair from one room to another. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick or his company. I am grateful to have done business with him, and look forward to having him clean our carpets every year. If you're looking for a carpet cleaner, Nick is your guy! He's very responsive (even on weekends), very fair on pricing and a very amicable individual. Thanks Nick for your services! read more

Nick was extremely easy to work with. He responded to my message for a quote on Yelp within 1 hour. Communication was easy. Once he arrived to our condo for carpet cleaning, he realized we lived on the 3rd floor and that it would be a bit more of a challenge but luckily his hoses were long enough to get the job done. The carpet looked amazing and it only took him about 1.5 hours. I appreciate him working around the obstacles of us being on a higher floor and thank him for his professionalism. I would use Nick again in the future and highly recommend him. read more

Nick definitely has a magic in carpet cleaning. He did move out cleaning at my apartment. He is friendly and honest in saying which marks can go and which cannot. He completed the job in an hour and the carpet was looking great. All the marks like chewing gum, food and beer stains came off. I would definitely recommend him for regular or move out carpet cleaning. read more

Tri-Valley Carpet Care did an awesome job on my carpets! With two dogs and light grey carpets, I thought they would never look bright again. He assured me that they would. He identified pet stains/accident areas and those stains are gone! He even did a little extra to get the job done right. The carpets look and feel almost new. Nick arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. I will definitely call on him again! Robyn B. read more

Nick did a great job! My rug had urine spots all over from my dog and he took the job on got all the stains out. The first time he came, the hose would not reach as I live in a condo. He still took time out to try but was too short. He came back a second time as he purchased a longer hose and did a great job on my actual carpets too! He was on time and prices are reasonable! If your looking to get your carpet cleaning company, I would definitely recommend Nick. read more
