We've used Tammy and Jerry for close to a decade for our four businesses. I will not use anyone else and god help us when they decide to retire. What people need to understand is that carpet cleaning is not a commodity. It's a true craft and takes knowledge and years of experience to do the job right. It's not just taking a steam cleaner, throwing some detergent down, and vacuuming it up. Jerry is like the Good Will Hunting of carpets. He makes the impossible possible. Ever clean a carpet, the spot goes away, and then 3 months later it seems to reappear? Jerry knows why and makes sure it doesn't happen with his work. Ever have the threshold carpet near a hardwood/tile area get dirtier than the rest of the carpet? He knows why and will tell you how to take care of your hard surfaces so it doesn't lead to carpet dirt. Everyone talks about how they want to support local businesses, family owned businesses, lament the lack of care in work, hate this disposable world and want to see society take care of things better and have things last. Well, this is the poster child business you should support if you care about these things and care about the investment you've made in your home/business flooring. Stop thinking, stop looking for that $100 coupon thinking it will actually save you money in the long run, and book your appointment with them. read more

I requested a estimate and Jerry was out within a few days. They worked with my schedule with ease. He came out to clean my carpets and chairs and did a fantastic job. I was just saying to a friend, I don't have to worry about living life now that I have a carpet cleaning company I trust and will use again! I used to sit with a blanket in my chair in case I spill but not anymore. Thanks Tammy and Jerry. You are appreciated! read more

Hands down one of the best carpet cleaning companies around fast affordable and great work! Tim did an amazing job on some beat up carpet I had. Very professional I was very impressed. We will def be life long customers read more

The best carpet cleaning company I've ever done business with. They are detail oriented and perform outstanding work. I will pay them anything at this point because they get the job done efficiently and effectively. They also keep it real regarding your carpet/items. If they feel like it's not worth the cleaning, they will tell you, please listen to their expertise because they are the experts. They don't overpromise and under deliver which is very common with cleaning companies (unfortunately). They are family owned and you can tell they take extreme pride in their work. Incredible customer service is given every time. They are so fast yet everything looks impeccable after they leave. Your carpet or anything else they clean will not be soaking wet for days, yuck.... Tammy, Tim and the rest of the tri county crew, thank you for being so wonderful! read more

I was searching for carpet cleaning services. Many companies with 4+ stars didn't even bother to reply my calls/ messages. Tri-county responded my message, explained how they charges and gave me quote. It is very transparent process. Few people just gave me some amount without knowing size of home. Anyway, I requested for appointment but they were booked up for a month. I got a month later appointment but due to some availability I got time slot after 2 weeks. Jerry came on time. He measured area, he gave quote. He did amazing job. He was working just like someone will take efforts for his/her own home. There were some spots due to dog. Everything is just like new. I am impressed with his work. Thanks Jerry, you are amazing! In my opinion, even though their charges are slightly higher than individual people, I will recommend Jerry and Tri-County carpet care for their quality and customer service. read more

Tri-County Carpet Care - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Ramon, California

Another amazing experience with the team at Tri-County Carpet Care in January. From the moment they pick up the phone to the on time arrival and to the last moments of the detailed spotless clean up at my home, I stand amazed at how clean my carpet is, but also how amazing the service was. This specific appointment was even more special as I had a pet we were watching for a neighbor have an innocent accident on our carpet. Tammy was able to get me scheduled in one day, knowing the urgency of the issue and now our carpet is as good as new. In some weird way, I look forward to our carpets getting good use and needing that next cleaning because how how good a job this company does. read more

Amazing customer service and my carpets look great! I live in an apartment that has light, cheap carpet that stains like crazy and I also have pets. All of the stains are now gone and the carpet looks like new again. Tammy and Tim are a pleasure to work with! read more

I was able to schedule a cleaning within 3 days during the holiday week with Tammy. She provided a quote for each item or section I wanted to clean and called out what may change or required on site assessment so there was no surprises. Jerry arrived promptly the day of appointment and walked thru the invoice of services. He was honest about my shower grout cleaning that it wasn't worth cleaning by him as the state of it was not built up to justify the cost and will be noticeable after a week. I recommend this family cleaning company. They did a great job with my carpeted stairs, area rugs and sofa. read more

Easy to schedule, only had 2 rooms to get cleaned, the young guys who cleaned them were super fast and did a great job. Competitively priced too. Would definitely recommend. read more

Great company. We will be sticking with this one. It is expensive. There is no coupon. But unlike all of the companies with coupons in the mail, we trusted these people immediately. There was no up-selling of services. The basic prices including shampooing and spot pre-treatment whereas the cheap carpet cleaning services you will find in the mail is steam cleaning only. Our carpets were a mess after our recent remodel. I really wanted them clean. I also wanted them clean before Christmas. Since the remodel had just been finished the Friday before Christmas, this left only a few days. They were able to squeeze us in that Monday. They did a great job with the carpets. There are some previous stains still left, but since these have now survived three different carpet cleanings (from us alone), no doubt they are there to stay. He did try several different treatments to try and get up the really bad stain in my son's room. We could have saved him the trouble. A few days later, we received a Christmas card in the mail. Great customer service. read more

Jerry and Tammy were absolutely fantastic! From taking our appointment to starting and finishing the deep carpet cleaning job on our second floor we are very satisfied! Jerry did a quick assessment before giving us a quote. We would definitely use them again. read more

These guys were great! I'll be using them again!!! Tim showed up to my home exactly on time! He was courteous, professional and very friendly! He spent a couple of hours cleaning my carpets and getting them to look like new again! Thanks guys... you did a great job! read more

Found my forever carpet company ... Tri County Carpet Care does an excellent job and the level of care and experience is a Had some problem areas and he addressed those spots with experience. Laid down drop cloths, barriers for wooden staircases... very professional. Did I mention he was on time also. Thank you very much !!! read more

This customer was very responsive! I contacted them through their website on the 16th and they contacted me back on the same day. The answered all of my questions and concerns. I was also able to schedule an appointment and have them come in within 2 days. Tammy had great customer service and I will use them again for carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning. Today we had our sectional couch cleaned for $180. It looks really good! read more

Tri-County Carpet Care - Finally clean! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - San Ramon, California

Tammy and Tim are awesome, great family business! Tammy is kind and easy to talk to and her son, Tim quickly estimated and throughly cleaned carpets for a move out. They were very honest about the condition of the carpet. Tammy gave me great advice as she used to be a property manager. I'm really grateful I came across this nice family business. I do not have carpet in my new beautiful home, but I'll always recommend them for their professional, kind, honest service. Mahalo Tammy and Tim! read more

This is the absolute best family owned company ever. Not only do you get professional, friendly services you get amazing results. Jerry (owner) has a sixth sense along with a education in stone and fabric. He can get out any stain. I have a limestone counter. Beautiful, but if you like to cook you can ruin it without trying. I managed to stain it and then make it worse by scrubbing it with soft scrub. (See attachment) Jerry came in worked with it and now you can't tell anything ever happened. It's back to looking brand new. I can honestly, without reservations recommended Tri County. From now on I will just call them with a stain issue and not mess with it. Thank you so much Jerry and Tammy!!!! read more

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I was under the impression that the stairs and hallway were included in today's service,. The technician said it wasn't in the invoice, which was not a problem for us. My husband just asked to get it priced out so we can have it all done at the same time. The problem I had with technician was how he raised his voice at my husband and he was was very rude and borderline condescending, giving my husband a lecture on how we should have told you about the stairs to begin with. It felt like he was indirectly accusing us of ripping off your company by not wanting to pay for the additional service. Mind you, this argument transpired in front of my 4 year old son. I do not and will not do business with this company again. The level of professionalism that the tech displayed today was unacceptable and ill-mannered at best. We will be looking for another carpet cleaning company and will no longer refer their services to our friends and family. read more

This is a year overdue! Our wonderful daughter tried to clean a spill with BLEACH on our beige carpet. Needless to say, the carpet turned ORANGE..... We called Tre-County Carpet Care and they were out the next day and matched our carpet PERFECTLY. We are so grateful that the Owner Jerry knew what he was doing. The bleach stain was about 6 feet long..... I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They are so courteous and have excellent customer service. Sorry for the delay! read more

I used Tri-County based on their Yelp reviews. First, I like that someone actually answers the phone (Tammy, the wife). Secondly, Jerry is very knowledgeable about area rugs. I wanted just my carpets cleaned and he did an excellent job....showed up on time and took great care with all the hoses, etc. He placed a protective mat on my stairs before running the hoses upstairs and corner guards where the hoses wrapped around corners. I have a handmade rug that I wanted cleaned. Jerry took about twenty minutes inspecting the rug and explaining the proper process for cleaning rugs. In the end, he declined to clean the rug and explained why. He instead recommended someone who could properly clean the rug and repair some damage. He took photos and sent them off for me and will get back with me with the response. I was very impressed with both his knowledge and care of rugs. Would highly recommend him. read more

WOW! The best carpet and upholstery cleaning I have had to date! I have used so many different carpet cleaning companies in the Bay Area and this one is so wonderful! Tammi and Jerry and are the best! So friendly and they made the daunting task of getting your carpets and upholstery cleaned easy! This is the first company that was able to get all the stains out of our carpet, couch and reclining chairs (we have two small children and a dog)! Professional, on-time, prepared and moved our furniture so nicely and best of all, quick but thorough. Highly highly recommend. read more

Tammy was super helpful on the phone, helping me determine what kind of carpet runner we had on the stairs and trouble shooting how to clean an area rug that had to stay in place on top of hard wood flooring. They gave me a 12-2PM window of time for my appointment for just a few days later. Day of appt they called with 15 minutes notice that they were on their way. Tim showed up, assessed the job, and got to work immediately. The job was completed quickly and invoice was in my inbox by the end of day. BEST part- the quote was super fair and stayed the same throughout. Will def use again! read more

This is one of those times I'm grateful to Yelpers for pointing me in the right direction...but Tri-County Carpet Care's website, quick return call, and friendly/accommodating scheduling sealed the deal. The service itself was efficient and thorough, and Tim was very knowledgeable and personable....made the whole process painless considering the hassle a project like carpet cleaning can be to endure, even under the best of circumstances. Also, I mentioned that I was considering having my area rugs cleaned in the future and he was upfront in explaining that it gets pretty pricey with large pieces. He provided an informal verbal estimate and encouraged me to check around and get other estimates, making mention of other companies that he recommended as also providing excellent work. This speaks to what others have mentioned as their no-pressure style of customer service. - No need to look any further when you find a service you trust and enjoy working with from start to finish. read more

Absolutely amazing service! No need to look any further for your carpet cleaning needs. They came out on late notice on a Saturday, squeezed us in even after their last appointment, and within an hour had done a pretreatment and a thorough cleaning. We started with about the worst stain imaginable and within 70 minutes they had not only cleaned that but completed all of the other requested areas. Service was professional, personable, and I will use these guys every single time. read more

We had carpets in 3 bedrooms and the stairs cleaned. They were stained and in 2 rooms well worn. Their man did a pre-soak of all the carpets before cleaning. He advised that it would take hours to dry because he needed to use a lot of water on these carpets. He didn't rush the job. He worked hard to get the carpets as clean as possible. When we were able to see the carpets after he had finished we were amazed. They were cleaner than we had seen in years, even cleaner than other professionals and our own attempts with Rug Doctor. There was a bubble of raised carpet in the Master bedroom. I called the office, and they told me that 99+ percent of the time it would flatten out overnight. Nevertheless, they scheduled the man to return the next day and asked that we cancel if the bubble flattened. It flattened and we canceled. This is a highly professional company that seems determined to deliver a quality job. Their price was fair, actually a bit less than I expected. read more

Outstanding carpet specialist and IF they can't do it then it should be replaced!! I highly recommend and repeatedly refer this company!! #1 Personally - Had a rental unit that when moving in the carpets were truly never clean. I know a service was called and it "looked" clean but after walking in white socks the truth was clearly seen!! So when moving out I called Tri-County Carpet Care and the landlord was stunned with the results! I was coming back the next day to scrub the floors by hand when Jerry professionally cleaned and sanitized the kitchen and bathroom for me too!! Don't just bring them your carpet - challenge them with the hard stuff. Trust me they can handle it!! #2 Referral to a friend - I recommended them to a friend who had white berber carpet no one else would touch and others said would never come clean. She was about to rip up and put in new carpet in her entire house. I let her know if they couldn't help her them she should begin this expensive process. They came in and entry way heavily stained spots when from black to white. It was amazing and even I was surprised and the fabulous results. Now they will be referring new business and all of their friends too!! Don't be discouraged when you use other cleaners and you're not happy. Call Tri-County and get it done right!!! They are truly the best from start to finish!! read more

After much research, I chose Tri-County to clean my carpets. They arrived promptly, and did a great job. Not only that, Tri-County can also repair carpets too. We had a small area of carpet that our cat had scratched to shreds. Fortunately, we had a left over sample we could use to patch it. Tri-County has all the equipment to make the repairs. The owner is also very knowledgeable on all aspects of carpet care. He went out of his was to make sure I was happy. Carpets look great now. Highly recommend them. Erin go Bragh read more

Fantastic! My dog ate a pen and got massive amounts of ink all over 2 wool rugs. I called about 10 carpet companies- no one was willing to come out. They all said they couldnt get it out and that the rugs are ruined. Or it was too small of a job. THEN I spoke with Tri-County. They came out the next day and the rep was VERY knowlegable. He was honest with me and said he may or may not be able to take it out, but he was willing to do whatever was neccesary to try and help me out. 2 weeks later I got a call from them that they got the massive amounts of ink out. They then delivered the rugs back the next day and moved the furniture to lay it back down. THANK YOU! When everyone else didnt want the business, you guys stepped up to the plate and won me over as a customer! read more

Wow, what wonderful service! On time, cleaned more than I asked for and would not charge me for it and everything looks amazing! I would highly recommend Tri County Carpet Care. read more

I recently moved into a new home and within the first week a certain cable company tracked there muddy shoes all over the clean carpet. I gave Tri-County Carpet Care a try and was pleasantly surprised! They were very thorough and did an excellent job getting into all those hard to get corners. They were in and out in about 20 minutes, and the stains that were in the carpet before we even moved in had completely vanished. The gentleman that steam cleaned our carpet had a good personality and gave me a good laugh a few times too! I have a dog walking and pet sitting company in WC and surrounding cities called Fit Dog Theory and would feel very comfortable recommending Tri-Country Carpet Care to any of my clients based on the experience I had with them. read more

From beginning to end, Tri-County was professional, responsive, and good at what they do! Worn pathways, gone. Spots, gone. Dogs, well they still live here, but all evidence of dogs... gone. No Joke.. Best service hands down! I bought a house recently and Tri County handled everything like I was a VIP customer. Was able to use our combo gate, handled our concerned trouble areas, got our closets, and our outside office! They were even able to give us a quote based on our home photos and actually it came out less than what we thought. I would definitely use them again!!! read more

Add me to the Tri-County Carpet Care Fan Club ! There are so many confusing carpet cleaning options and companies eager to perform substandard service. Tri County Carpet Care is the best. I had another carpet cleaning company out about a year and a half ago and you could still see black spots after their cleaning. I've had Tri County out twice now and each time my rugs have looked spectacular. Jerry even gave me some great tips on spot removal that I never would have guessed on the products used. Tri County does carpet cleaning for my entire apartment complex the Lafayette Highlands and now I know why they have chosen them as the carpet cleaner of choice. I will definitely use them again and again. read more

When I needed to hire carpet cleaners for a whole house job I read many reviews. Tri-County Carpet Care had the best reviews around. Almost too good to be true. But after hiring them, I now see why. This team is great. I called and spoke to Tammy, and she set everything up. I was having this done on an empty house, that I wasn't at, so I just left a key for the cleaners. They showed up on time, and finished according to schedule. Tammy let me know that they'd send me an invoice on line after the work was done to my satisfaction. This made it easy for me to choose them. I went by that house later that evening, and everything looked perfect. Thank you Tammy and team! You have another happy customer!! read more

Excellent Service. From the first phone call where a REAL person made it quick and easy to explain my problem (actually, the dog's problem but let's not dwell on that) to the same day service. Tim arrived promptly and was courteous and hard working. My carpet looks wonderful, smells great and the bill was very reasonable. Will definitely be calling them back again for other jobs. read more

Absolutely amazing service! No need to look any further for your carpet cleaning needs. My family has used them numerous times and each and every time we are thoroughly impressed.
