I had stains on the carpet of hallway from the garage to the kitchen and also stain on the edges of the steps on my stairs. These stains are caused by many years of foot traffic. I decided to contact Randy after reading quite a few positive reviews about his works. He was very prompt in communicating with me and after sharing some photos of the stains with him, he replied he could do it. And yes he did. He and John showed up the same day to give the carpet a new life. They look so good and clean again. He is also very clear about the charges prior to the service which is very helpful. I definitely recommend Randy to be the go-to-guy for carpet cleaning read more

What a difference Randy made in cleaning our carpets and area rug! Over the years we have tried several carpet cleaners and they were ok. We cannot only see the difference in Randy's work we can feel the difference when we walk on it. Very hard worker and took time to cover all corners walls before cleaning. Used Randy's services again (first time we met back in 2021). Nice, courteous and very professional, but most importantly - carpets are looking great. Randy really takes his time and treats every room and every spot with the vengeance. Highly recommend!!! read more

Randy is simply outstanding! He did a superb job, even though another company had screwed up my carpets and left them full of soap. This is probably the driest I've ever had following a carpet cleaning. You'll have to be happy with the price, and that would be between you and Randy, but the quality of the work is exemplary. read more

Randy is simply amazing! I've been using carpet cleaning services for years. Randy is very thorough and detail oriented. He's very friendly and professional. I've had my carpets cleaned by other 5 star company's and the stain in my sons room was never removed completely until Randy put he's magic touch on it. My carpets are off white beige, not the easiest to clean stains off. He cleaned 3 bedroom carpets that were off white/beige and 3 Persian rugs. One is wool and the other two were silk blend. He definitely know he's stuff. I would highly recommend Randy over anyone else on Yelp! read more

Randy is so awesome. A few weeks ago I was stood by another carpet cleaning service. We had our furniture moving in next day and some other carpet service who was scheduled to come never showed up. I called Randy and he answered the phone. I told him the situation and he was seriously empathetic and really wanted to help. He said he will contact someone and they will give me a call and he will come clean in a few hours. So this guy called me with in two minutes and came by within an hour to clean the carpet. Carpet was spotless clean. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. Thanks to Randy we were saved, I am forever grateful because it was a huge huge help. I highly recommend Randy's services. read more

Randy's Carpet Care are miracle workers! His 25+years of experience really shows in his work. My relative's carpet was a disaster! Not only was It dirty, but it also had water stains from a pipe leak. I though the best thing to do was to rip it out and replace it. But due to my relative's age I didn't want to put him through the replacement process. So, I called 'Randy's Carpet Care'. They made the carpet look almost new again. All the spots and the stains are gone! In addition, he used environmentally friendly cleaning products because of his concern for my aged relative. I would highly recommend Randy's Carpet Care for anyone who wants an outstanding carpet cleaning. read more

My husband called Randy because we have 4 dogs and some ugly/dirty carpets in the bedrooms (4). Randy was very nice and professional. He has a positive demeanor. He showed up 10 minutes early (I appreciated this) and explained his process. He took a blacklight to the carpet and showed us all the small dog pee they was hidden away in the carpet. I almost gagged seeing all of it. I had no idea our carpets were that disgusting. He did an incredible job. Every room looks like it has completely new carpet. Its incredible. He also mentioned he can clean couches and protect it. That will be next on our list. Overall we are so pleased with his work and both highly recommend him! read more

After paying two professional carpet cleaning firms to come over and remove annoying spots from our carpet, only to have the second one make the spots worse, I found Randy's service on Yelp. Thank goodness I did. Randy's came over and did an awesome job for us. We had twelve spots we wanted removed, and the professionals at Randy's got every one of those spots out. Amazing! I highly recommend Randy's to anyone in need of carpet cleaning and/or spot removal! Bob Danville read more

Randy did a very thorough job at a fair price. Recommended

Called randy on short notice. even though it was a saturday and I called at around 1:30, he said he would be able to clean my unit that day at 4:30. He came and did an inspection of my house and explained to me how there were urine stains in the carpet from my dog and that it needed more than just the average steam cleaning. He also used a UV light to verify that there were in fact urine stains on the carpet (which we thought had been cleaned out when we had cleaned our carpet 6 months ago from a different cleaner!). He told us how urine causes bacteria that not only gets agitated when cleaned, but also spreads! I'm glad he told us, bc now we know why our carpet continued to smell. All in all, great service, super friendly guy. Def knows what he's doing and I would highly recommend him! read more

It had been 2.5 years since we had our carpet cleaned because I wanted to wait until my son was fully potty trained. The carpet went through messes made by my two toddlers and us (wine). I will be calling him annually to keep out carpet looking brand new! read more

A chocolate and blueberry smoothie was dropped on our cream carpet. I tried a number of places but Randy was able to come out the same day and worked for 2 hours to remove the stain! He was helpful, friendly, and professional. I've already scheduled him to come back and clean the rest of the carpets in our home. His customer service was excellent. The silver lining of the spill is that we just found our go to carpet cleaner! Thank you! read more

I freaked out when my son dropped a fresh brewed cup of coffee on my new wool carpet. I called Randy, he was quick to talk me off the ledge, and was able to come the following day. He worked hard to remove the stain. When he left there was still a shadow of where the coffee spilled. Randy left me with a bottle of solution and said keep spraying and removing with a clean towel. I really didn't have much hope, but more than a week later, it is 99% GONE. Good luck to Randy and his small business adventure. Cannot thank him enough for his expertise, enthusiasm and quick response. read more

Randy is our go-to man for carpet cleaning. We had a leak in our gutter and water poured down the wall and onto the carpet and made a huge dirty water stain. We have three dogs and one of them thinks she is protecting the house by peeing near exit doors or windows. My husband spills food on his way to our media room and that causes ugly stains. Randy took care of everything, our carpets look brand new. Randy is a heck of a nice guy too! We highly recommend Randy for your carpet cleanings. read more

Randy was able to schedule me in just a few days before Thanksgiving, which was really appreciated . Did a great job making the carpeted stairs look new again. Randy was able to come at a moments notice after he had a cancellation. He was there exactly on time, and had to deal with a fresh dog stain that soaked to the pad. I thought we would lose the carpet. He thoroughly explained to me the process and what needed to be done to get such a severe stain out. I told him to do what it takes and let his expertise run with it. Well, he's barely out of the house and I have never seen a better carpet cleaning job ever. Period. Beyond highly recommended and we will be using him in the near future for grout cleaning and sealing, plus more carpet. Thanks! read more

Randy Is AMAZING! He saved me. We had vomit on our couch, carpet and pillows. He fixed everything. They look brand new. Don't waste your time with the rug doctor. He had to correct my mistake. The couch had a base that was made with foam and ton of feathers. I thought it was ruined and thought it should be thrown away with the smell alone. Randy used a special technique and product to get into the feathers and foam. It looks and smells brand new. He his so knowledgeable. Plus he uses high end organic product. His pricing is really good. I highly recommend him. I want him to come back and do our bed! Don't wait call him. read more
