Miguel is ultra punctual, dedicated and truly knows his trade! My carpets were installed back in 2008 and he left them looking like new. I didn't post before pictures because to be honest I was embarrassed. I have two lovely kitties that are older and their tummies are very sensitive. They had a bout of upset stomachs and made several accidents so I waited until it cleared before calling for help. I feel the price was on the high end but what isn't these days and based on the reviews I went with United Carpet Care and it was worth every dollar! PERFECTION!! My very light carpet was pretty dirty but Miguel is amazing, not only is he polite, he explained everything to me throughly before he got started and mentioned some of the stains may not come out. After he finished I was so pleased with his work, the carpets look much better than I expected. He was very careful with his large equipment not to damage anything in my home and used protective barriers for the staircase corners (see photos). He even cleaned my area rug in the bedroom with no extra charge. His prices are fair and his work is amazing! I told him about past problems with carpets not coming clean and he spent extra time and effort to do a great job. The 35+ year old wool carpets look fantastic...better than they have in a long time.
