My very light carpet was pretty dirty but Miguel is amazing, not only is he polite, he explained everything to me throughly before he got started and mentioned some of the stains may not come out. After he finished I was so pleased with his work, the carpets look much better than I expected. He was very careful with his large equipment not to damage anything in my home and used protective barriers for the staircase corners (see photos). Best carpet cleaning business we've ever used. Miguel was prompt and spent longer than anyone else has. I told him about past problems with carpets not coming clean and he spent extra time and effort to do a great job. The 35+ year old wool carpets look fantastic...better than they have in a long time. The last company we used actually made them dirtier and I had to spend several hours cleaning up the dirt the left in the carpets.
