I had a very sick dog, and my Bissell was no match for what happened in those two weeks. I called, and someone answered right away. He booked me with only two days' notice, and they gave me a 4 hour window. They arrived on time and pulled my area rug out into the driveway so they could really blast it thoroughly. What came out of that rug was so gross! They also cleaned my carpeted stairs and landings and treated them with a product to protect them against spills and stains. Jesse was quick, polite, and thorough. This was not the cheapest quote I received (which is always a bad idea), and I'm sure not the most expensive either. I was more concerned with them being reliable and doing a good job the first time. I also love that they're local!
