Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. Before payment, the owner, Zach, was responsive, clear, and reassuring. He told me everything was guaranteed. He knew I would be away for a few days, and when the work was finished, he sent two photos and requested electronic payment. I trusted that the photos accurately represented the finished job, so I paid. When I got home, the work looked very different from what those photos had led me to expect. One was taken from a distance; the other showed a close-up of the only section that looked good. Neither showed the problems with the rest of the job. The frustrating part is that the section in the close-up really did look nice. Seeing it next to the rest made the inconsistency in quality even more disappointing. I also learned from my son, who was home at the time, that someone other than Zach had performed the work. That had not been made clear to me. When I raised my concerns, Zach's tone changed. He became rude and was unwilling to address the problems, despite his earlier guarantee. He told me I had "seen the pictures," but those photos did not show the issues I found in person. I simply wanted them to come back and fix the work. Zach said he would call me right back. That call never came, and I have been unable to reach him since. It has been months; I gave up and had others come and fix it. I paid in good faith based on his assurances, and I feel misled. I have since had the work redone. Based on the quality of the work and the lack of follow-through when I asked for it to be corrected, I strongly recommend choosing someone else.
