My Fellow Elite and Yelpers, When we purchased our home, BHS Cleaning was at the top of our list to do the cleaning. We were aware that the realtors did a "cleaning" for staging and prior to our purchase, however, we wanted to make sure the carpets were cleaned thoroughly before we moved in. Bob did an excellent job on our two-story home and he even put up guards to ensure that the hose did not damage our walls. Which he explained to me before he started to do the work. He also took the time to explain what he would be doing, so we could be aware of what he was doing during the process of the carpet cleaning. We found that to be very useful as many cleaners don't take the time to educate their customers, they just throw some stuff down and start running a machine; so this was an excellent plus in our eyes. He also was aware that we had a family and pets, and ensured the cleaning solution(s) he was using was safe for all of us. Whether you need your home or office cleaned, Bob at BHS Cleaning is who you want to call. He's professional, does excellent work in a timely fashion, at affordable pricing. You won't be disappointed. Give them a call. read more

Just got 4 rooms carpet cleaned by Bob. OMG the rooms look and smell like new--maybe even better then new! I wish now I had taken pics of the room before the cleaning so you yelpers could see how badly the stains were before Bob did his work. He got all the stains and odor from my little ones and our dog like it was never there. I didn't even think it would have been possible. Even better was his price is AMAZINGLY low for what he did! He offers no hidden charges and no up selling--it is obvious that he takes pride in his work. Everyone who needs cleaning services should call him and set an appointment! read more

BHS was referred to me by a business associate and I couldn't be happier that I tried him. The owner, Bob Switzer arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. His pre-treatment was thorough, going over the high-traffic areas and spots in the carpet with a fine tooth comb. The cleaning process cleaned the carpet wonderfully and left no soap residue and much less moisture (which has happened often with others before) as he took his time with complete extraction. He helped place furniture back and placed styro blocks and small plastic sheets under furniture feet to prevent rusting or stains. He applied a carpet protector solution over the entire house. The carpet dried wonderfully, feels so good walking on it with bare feet and the spots are gone! We couldn't be happier and the price was extraordinarily reasonable! BHS cleans carpet throughout the Diablo Valley. read more

I have a wonderful experience when I moved out of my townhome. They cleaned my carpets. VERY reasonably priced and excellent service.

Bob was great. Very professional while being very personable. He was on time, and in and out. We had a sectional, and an area rug and he was done in less than an hour. He kept the house clean while working so I didnt have to worry about it later. Totally recommend him! Great price too! Way lower than a few other cleaners in the area. read more

BHS was INCREDIBLE! Bob came, gave us an amazing deal, and did an incredible job for us! We have a VERY large room (we are a church) and he finished in just a few hours. He lifted spots that we couldn't, and he was very professional. Thank you, we WILL be using you and recommending you in the future! read more

My dog had an unfortunate accident of getting sick and going #2, soft serve style, on my carpet in the upstairs hallway. I literally wanted to cry because it was so horrific. It was in like six different places and I discovered it at 7:00am. I tried, unsuccessfully, for an hour and a half to get the crap out of the carpet and no matter how many times I went over it with carpet cleaner, the vacuum (repeat), I could still see the dark spots on the carpet. So I checked on Yelp for carpet cleaners and saw that BHS had good reviews. I called at 8:30 and the owner, Bob, answered and said he could be here at 11:00. He was very friendly and professional and came right in and started on the carpet. I figured I'd have him do all three rooms upstairs while he was there, especially since it was only $29/room. He actually does the hallway for free and he said he'd do the stairs for free too! How about that! In an hour and a half he was done and the carpet looked brand new! There was no hint of stains anywhere and it was fluffy and clean. I would defintely recommend BHS for carpet cleaning. It's efficient, reasonably priced, and they do a good job. read more

Bob came over and cleaned an area rug and hall/stairs. He was very professional and such a kind man! It's good to know that there are still people who genuinely care about the quality of service being provided. I will definitely use him for future carpet cleaning and will recommend him to anyone in the East Bay! read more

I work for a dental office in Lafayette. Our office is 20 plus years old and we like to keep it looking fresh and new regardless of the age. We were in need of carpet and linoleum floor cleaning. BHS Cleaning was recommendation by a patient and we could not be happier with the results. Over the course of 20 years we've had many people clean the floors and carpet, but this was the best result ever by far. The carpet and floors look new. The price was awesome. It was WAY less expensive than the other companies we've had coming in that did a WAY inferior job. I CANNOT RECOMMEND BHS CLEANING ENOUGH! read more

I am a fan! The owner called before he came, did a fantastic cleaning three area rugs and one room. He was knowegable on cleaning my different types of rugs, was professional and nice to boot. He is a keeper. read more

With January 2015 starting out so warm and dry, I decided to stop procrastinating the cleaning of our carpet. I wanted to hire someone from the Pacheco/Martinez areas so I yelped around then called BHS and got a quote for living room, stairs, and upstairs master suite. We had a lot of stains in our living room, mainly from having a 3 year old and 1 year old who spend a lot of time there. I wasn't expecting miracles: I just wanted a carpet that didn't gross me out. Bill the owner did a great job. I attached a before and after pic, but I don't think it does justice to the improvement in my living room. Bill showed up on time, was responsive to phone calls, and did a great job for a low price. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and will use BHS again. I think it helped that we took time to move all the furniture out of the living room, but we'll probably will only do this every other time we get the carpets cleaned since it was a hassle. Also, I'm glad I scheduled a morning cleaning because it took all day to dry the carpets, and some of the areas that had stains stayed damp until the next day. But that's probably normal a carpet cleaning in January when temps are in the low 70's. read more

I just had BHS for my 1B apartment move-out carpet cleaning. I called several carpet cleaning services the day before, because we have to show the apartment for the lease take-over on the weekend, BHS is the only one that could squeeze me in the next-day job. Bob is nice and friendly. He came in on time, worked highly efficiently, the charge is reasonable, so I tipped him. I am very happy with the job done. Too bad I'm moving out of the east bay, otherwise I will keep using BHS' service. read more

I had an emergency when my dog got sick all over my uncles house. BHS came out on short notice and even waiting till I was off work to come clean my carpets even though it was past his hours of operation. He cleaned the carpets in my room, the hallway, and the livingroom for just the minimum price of one room which was lower than any other business I spoke to. Im very happy with the job he did. He was incredibly friendly and was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend him to everyone. read more

Always 5 stars! BHS is a life saver for me! We no longer have carpet in or home, but before hardwood, Bob cleaned our carpets and stairs, and we still see him regularly to clean area rugs, couch/furniture and tile/grout. Always a fantastic job, always punctual, always a pleasure to do business with BHS. read more

We have two dogs and after going through house training with both, our carpet was a disaster! I looked on Yelp for help with making a decision on who to go with since we moved to the area only a year ago. I chose BHS carpet cleaning and I am so glad that I did! BHS did a VERY thorough job- pre-treating, vacuuming, and assessing what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend BHS carpet cleaning to anyone! read more

We had a gift certificate for a whole house cleaning from BHS. We had some very challenging red wine and pet stains as well as candle wax in the carpet. They were able to remove all of these and make the carpet look very fresh. They also cleaned two area rugs, one of which had red plum juice stains thanks to our dogs bringing them and eating them on the rug. BHS was able to get all of this out and make the rug look brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company that is punctual, courteous and very thorough. read more
