So awesome showed up 30 minutes early got the job done beautifully. We needed our 3 shaggy carpet area rugs cleaned before our infant arrives. They look brand new and smell great. I have been using KB for several years now. I rent out this room in my house. There seamed to be a good business relationship before Ken move out of state and is now running things form Oregon. Robert was on time and when he was done, charged me about 30% more than what was charged when I had the same room cleaned 8 months ago. I paid it but can not get a receipt from Ken. After several requests and phone messages left, I still have not heard from them and I am not going to drive to Oregon where the office is ran from. I can not charge the tenant without this receipt, so I will have to pay it out of pocket. Robert said that I would get it emailed to me, but I realized that I should not have paid him until I received a receipt, as they don't care once they get your money. read more

I slacked and didn't have the last piece of furniture moved yet but Ken assisted me with moving it to the entry way tile, an early sign of their willingness to get a job done right - going above and beyond their hired task. The carpet was an absolute mess... make-up, hair dye, paint, black smudges, etc. and was in need of a replacement OR cleaning... KB arrived 30 minutes early, spent a good 45-minutes cleaning the 11'x10' room, were extremely friendly, and gave me tips on how to keep the carpet looking the color it's supposed to. If I can give zero star I would but actually Kevin and is crew don't deserve any of our attention worse customer service and bad behavior. The owner Kevin moved out and have arrogant people working for him. Today they scheduled my house to clean and this guy name Rob or Bob came very arrogant person first he told me I have leakage on my top floor so I had to cancel my top floor then I was getting dawn stair done only it walking area and and 2 room my carpet is well maintained but they were trying to charge overboard if you want to charge at least give the service that people deserves. First guy said he will charge us certain amount then he changed once we almost agreed. The guy all off a sudden walked away and got irritated. No patience no professionalism and very argumentative. Kevin the owner want to run the business from other state by giving such type of service. People have no humanity and sympathy I have 2 little kids I pick up everything from floor so I can have the service done but they treated us so bad. They were doing our cleaning from long time but we always had issue but this time they very bad in treating us.
