Excellent service by Tri-Valley Steamer. Mustafa came to my place and provided us with a reasonable quote. He was very thorough and we have added two large floor rugs to the overall square footage. Mustafa and his team member showed up on the day of appointment on time and went straight to work. Everything was done efficiently and the carpet dried out within hours. They left a few fans with us to speed up the drying process and they collected the fans the next day. We have already got the quote for our tile cleaning and grout work and will get it done soon. We will continue to use their carpet cleaning service again. Highly recommended. read more

Excellent service and great resolve! I contacted Tri-Valley Steamer when my cat had been ill (and began peeing on the carpet in one room). Mustafa arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He started with laying protective sheets on my hardwood floors and corner protectors for the walls/baseboards before treating the carpeted room with professional-grade enzyme disinfectant. He was very diligent. Because of the "deep cleaning" technique, the carpet was still wet when he left, so he offered to leave some high-powered fans to help with the drying time. Having owned a carpet cleaning business in the past, and being a certified carpet cleaner myself, I could tell that his process cut no corners, and I was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely call Tri-Valley Steamers again when I have future needs. read more

Mustavo did an amazing job cleaning my nice, but older couch and upolstered chairs. He is very detailed in analyzing the best cleaning method to achieve the best results. I'm very happy with the service and results that I received from Tri-Valley Steamers! read more

I needed to clean my custom velvet sofa because my anxiety-ridden cat sprayed it. I tried using enzyme cleaner to clean it myself but cat urine is the most noxious, vile smelling substance to ever touch things! It would not get out even with my Bissell Green Spot cleaner. I called Tri-Valley Steamers because I honestly couldn't take the smell anymore. We have used other cleaners in the past, but this company goes the extra mile. They use shoe covers, enzyme cleaners and powerful steamers to really clean your upholstery! Afterwards, they use fans to dry the sofa up quickly. They even repaired a small tear on the sofa! Mustafa went above and beyond. My sofa looks brand new again! I even asked them to clean the base cushion of another sofa and they gave me a reasonable quote and cleaned it the same day! read more

This is the second time we've used Tri-Valley. Once for just about every piece of furniture we own inside and this time for all of our outdoor furniture. Both times Mustafa has done an amazing job. We were certain the stools in the kitchen needed recovering after 5 years of kids dropping food, paint and grease on them. I don't understand how he did it, but Mustafa made them look absolutely brand new. He will stick around as long as it takes to get the job done properly at an incredibly fair price. read more

Don't look elsewhere, I've used other carpet cleaners listed here starting with the name Tri Valley, but Tri-Valley Steamer is by far the best of the best. They took out severe urine smell from my carpet, cleaned gross kitchen floor tile and grout, actually cleaned carpet another vendor didn't do a good job cleaning. They are able to clean basically anything you need in your house including furniture! Highly recommend them. They are also commercial cleaners and cleaned my husband's office. Mustafa is an honest guy and will always give it 120% of effort in every job! read more

I've tried several well-known carpet cleaners in the past, which were only slightly better than my Bissell Green Machine. This time, I wanted to experience the best of the best in Tri-Valley, and after some research (Thanks to www.perplexity.ai), I found Tri-Valley Steamers. I'm so glad I did! These guys are truly top-notch, surpassing even the most popular names in the industry. Mustafa thoroughly inspected the job using a UV flashlight, clearly explained each type of stain and the likelihood of removal, provided a transparent price quote, arrived on time, and took his time to deliver an exceptional, detailed cleaning. My 10-year-old carpet, which had numerous pet stains, now looks as good as new. If you're looking for a reliable and high-quality carpet cleaning service, look no further than Tri-Valley Steamers--you won't be disappointed! read more

Mustafa of Tri Valley Steamers was quick to respond to my request for carpet cleaning. He was very professional when he and his partner showed up for measuring and cleaning. We also asked for a quote for granite countertops, dining room chair upholstery, tile cleaning and hardwood floors. We ultimately just ended up doing the carpets, granite & dining room chairs this time. They were careful to cover the hardwood floors in the house and the cabinets in the kitchen before the cleaning began. Their work was thorough, and it all turned out very nice. He was kind enough to leave a big fan to help dry the carpets and picked it up 2 days later. They did a great job, and I would hire them again. read more

I have cream-colored chairs that had some pretty difficult stains I couldn't get rid of for the life of me. I contacted Mustafa and was very pleased that he was able to work with upholstered chairs. He has exceeded my expectations for his professionalism, friendliness, and prompt service. Mustafa is a very professional, courteous, and meticulous person. He thoroughly vacuumed the carpet first before cleaning it. Sofa and ottoman cleaning. Mustafa provided first-class service from arrival to departure. He thoroughly cleaned my furniture- spending extra time on stains until he got them out. He left no cushion unturned! And Finally, he wiped down the floor on his way out. I will use him again!! He was pleasant and courteous throughout. I recommend him without reservation. read more

I am so pleased with Mustafa's cleaning. Extremely thorough and meticulous. Had used a large Bay Area company for years but their quality has gone down hill and turnover rate high so the quality became unreliable, never knowing what kid you were going to get. Mustafa works as if you are the most important client. I brought him in to get a horrid pet stain out of a little used room that the big company did zero improvement on. Not Mustafa! He knows all the methods and he knows all the fibers. Carpet is immaculate. As do 2 couches, an armchair and a very used study. I am so pleased. Punctual, polite, hard working. read more

Mustafa is simply amazing! I can't say enough about him. Pulled up in a very professional van. Explained his process thoroughly. He said what he does and does what he says. I'm an old school business man and I appreciate people who are the same. Let's put it this way. There's not enough review stars. I give him a solid 12 of them. Highly recommend his services. read more

I have used carpet cleaners several times over the 30+ years I've owned my home in Pleasanton. Mustafa with Tri Valley Steamer did the best, most thorough cleaning job on my carpets I have ever seen. Attention to detail was a amazing. His process was the best. Most carpet cleaners clean carpets in my single story home in 2 hours or less... Mustafa spent at least double that amount of time. He also spent an hour and a half steam cleaning my older family room sectional, which will allow me to get a couple more years of life out of it. If you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL and EFFECTIVE carpet cleaning service, look no further than Tri Valley Steamer. You will thank me later I assure you. read more

I recently had my carpet cleaned by Mustafa (Mo), the owner of Tri-Valley Cleaner. He did a phenomenal job of removing the stains in the kids' rooms. In fact I did not think it was possible since the markings from the office chairs were deep; and there were quite a few water/ soda stains. Even though he did not finish until 7 or so, he insisted that I do thorough inspection of all the rooms. He even gave us booties to wear around the house since the carpet was still wet. I was extremely happy with the outcome and appreciated his emphasis on making the customer happy. Besides cleaning, he also practiced strong COVID-19 safety protocols. He wore face mask and booties during the project. He practices safe distance. I highly recommend Mo and will definitely ask him to clean my carpet next time. read more

We wanted to clean our carpet and the temperature was favorable. We contacted several companies for their process and pricing. There were many with $200 price tag, but we were not convinced. Mustafa came over and gave us a free estimate. At first, I thought it was way too high. But then he explained the 5-step process and that sounded right. Mustafa finished our work with great care and effort; it took him 4+ hours. We are very happy with the quality of service. We will definitely be seeking his help again and again. read more

I hire them for my office to clean my carpets they are Very professional and my office carpet looks brand new . Staffs are very friendly

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I used Tri valley to clean the carpet of the house that I was leaving, as well as, the house that I was moving into. Mustafa immediately responded and came to provide an estimate. This was during the weekend late in the evening. He quoted me a price that was super reasonable and I got much more for my money. The pictures of the before and after work showed his dedication and professionalism to his craft. He is absolutely amazing. He explains what he can and cannot remove, how he will get the work done, and the timing. I even got free advice about how to maintain the carpet and what to do about the carpet bunching that he caught while cleaning. He really takes his time to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The first location, he spent much longer than he anticipated and quoted because he spent the time to remove a stain from the carpet that was extremely soaked in. For anyone that wants quality work done in a professional manner, with a smile, do not hesitate to call Mustafa. Thank you so much for your hard work Mustafa, the carpet looks amazing. read more
