If you've always dreamed of re-enacting the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts gets snubbed at the boutique, then this is the place for you! Our contractor recommended that we visit this showroom for our countertops. We arrived and were immediately greeted and handed off to a saleswoman who had no interest in helping us at all. She immediately sized us up by asking what size counter we were looking for, what material, and did we have a contractor. When it was determined we only needed a half slab for our project, she flatly told us they only sold full slabs and the most effort she exerted into our entire interaction was to show us colors on a website. Since we made the trip, we decided to have a look around and five stars for their show room which is expansive and has everything displayed orderly to help you make sense of it all. Upon perusing their countertop warehouse, we stumbled upon racks and racks of what do you know...remnants they sell! Even though the showroom is great, we won't be returning unless it's so we can say to this woman, "You made a big mistake, lady. BIG." read more

Best selection we have come across and we have been to all the major ones in the Bay Area. Tim helped us from the start and was so patient and amazing. We ended up taking a break from the search with all the stresses of Reno and moving I felt overwhelmed making a stone decision in such a stressful time. I've been on a rampage visiting many stone slab countertop suppliers in the Tri Valley/Hayward/San Leandro area. Most places still require an appointment for showroom visits, and All Natural Stone is one of them. Of the six in the past week I've been to, this probably has the most elaborate showroom with unique decorative tiles and a large selection of quartz and other genuine stone slabs. It also had the most prospective customers and the number of staff were on hand to handle the traffic. The staff is friendly, although I never got a call back as promised on some slabs and tiles I inquired. And, they are by far more expensive in terms of retail prices. I just redid my kitchen and spent a lot of time at All Natural Stone in Dublin (https://allnaturalstone.com/dublin-locations/) which has an amazing collection of great materials. I definitely wanted to do natural stone. I picked out several different materials, before finally deciding on a quartzite slab called Cristallo Iceberg - which actually does look like ice. With the help of Jon Boudreau at ANS, I found a great backsplash tile that matches the blue in the stone perfectly. The countertop material then had to be fabricated. After receiving it, the fabrication company recommended against using the slab I had picked out because they thought it was in danger of breaking while they processed it because of some small cracks. Fortunately, All Natural Stone exchanged it for another slab of the same material that seemed more ready for the job, no questions asked. As I said, ANS has a great selection to choose from, and the slab I got is perfect in my kitchen. We ordered extra tiles for our bathroom and were told they could be returned after 30 days. This is not the case. All Natural Stone refused to accept the return when asked stating their vendor would not accept the return. I would recommend getting everything in writing from this company. read more

We found the tile for a bathroom downstairs and then on the way out, found tile and flooring for another bathroom and for my sewing room. Amazing selection. This is the place to see so much! But the service was lacking, no one to help us for quite awhile, and eventually someone who knew we were looking for help (she was stocking) was asked to help us; she did. Update - Hilda worked her magic a second time in helping us re-do our bathrooms. She helped us select a white marble slab for our vanities. It's beautiful and elegant and in Pleasanton with hard water and mineral deposits - it hides those. It's absolutely beautiful. Also, she helped us select Carrerra Italian marble tile and matching marble baseboards that make our bathroom look like it has the floors of a five-star hotel. She even told us how to position the tile for maximum effect and making our smaller space look bigger. And the tile came in before promised and pickup was a snap. read more

This is an update two years from the first review. It is simply the ugliest floor and I just want to be sure to warn others in case you are thinking about this product. This place is super shady! We purchased a slab of marble from Raji. Everything seemed fine. But then they sold OUR slab to someone else and sent an inferior slab to our fabricator hoping we wouldn't notice. Who does this? Our stone fabricator says this is actually very common. Lesson learned. Avoid this place. And make sure you tag your slab with a sharpie and have it shipped immediately. This is really shady business practice and I won't be going back. read more

I'm wrapping up a kitchen remodel, and doling out my reviews. Just so you know, I was generous with 5-star reviews for several vendors, so I'm not a chronic complainer. All-Natural Stone gave me HORRIBLE service. I practically lived at that store from May through September. I thought the showroom was beautiful, and the inventory amazing. (Hence the 2-stars). But zero stars goes to the staff. NEVER - not once - never EVER - did anyone reach out and offer me assistance. I was in there so often that they had to know I was serious about looking for granite, flooring, and backsplashes. The only time anyone helped me was when she saw me holding up some expensive tile and thought she had an easy sale on her hands. When it turned out I had some questions first, I was informed she was too busy. When I finally got her attention on another day, she forgot to place an order for samples. The kicker came when she knew I was sitting, waiting, and asked me to go to my car to get MY samples from another store so her more important customer could take them home. What????? Keep in mind, All-Natural Stone was my go-to store for choosing my designs, but in each case, after choosing what I wanted but being ignored, I had to go elsewhere for the purchase. Take note, All Natural Stone: I bought 3 slabs of Aphrodite Granite from IRG. I bought my porcelain floor tiles from Western Tile I bought my backsplash from Siena Tile & Stone. I had never even heard of those three stores, but had to find them due to your poor service. All told, $20,000 in materials that you didn't get to sell because your staff couldn't be bothered to say, "Hi, how can we help you today?" NOT ONCE!!!! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE !! This was my first time coming here and placing an order for a Client and it was a horrible experience. Ginger had placed the order for me and I was told it would be arriving the following week ( sept 30th) Come to find out 2 weeks later that they never had the material in stock and it was at sea and it was expected late November? I immediately asked for a refund due to me needing the material immediately after following up with my client. I was told the material was in stock and would arrive at the date provided. I had paid with a check and I'm going on my second week that I still haven't received my refund. I have been trying to get in contact with ginger the last 3 weeks and it seems like she's always with a client. I have left messages and get no call back. The only good thing is that I have been speaking with a young lady in the front which just told me I should get the check by next week. So that would be weeks that I am waiting for my refund ..... this has been such a bad experience for me. I have not appreciated the lack of communication, which affected my work. read more

The showroom and staff are excellent. I worked with Kathy and she was professional and helpful. The reason for my half-hearted review is the fact that the stone they sold to my fabricator snapped in two when it was being moved from the fabricator's yard to their shop. I saw the material and the marble was like sand. You could take the 2cm piece and break it into sand in your hands. Apparently All Natural Stone does not refund fabricators if the breakage occurs on the fabricator's site. This makes sense in general. But when the marble is of such low quality that you can grind it up in your hands, the slab yard clearly has a supplier problem and should compensate the fabricator. It is my understanding that All Natural Stone did not do this. Luckily for me, my fabricator did not charge me additionally for the new slab obtained from DalTile. It was a beauty and installed perfectly. read more

We just had both bathrooms remodeled and used All Natural Stone for all the tile work. They were so helpful. I went elsewhere and no help at all. I love my tile. I changed my mind after I ordered on the tiles in the shower area and they were so helpful. The new tiles were $600.00 cheaper and they reimbursed me right away. Horrible service. Made an order back in October, and have encountered repeated delays. If it wasn't bad enough, we were repeatedly told an ETA just 4 weeks out, only to have that shifted out so that we're now looking at a February delivery date. We even had a situation where we were less than a week from our ETA, reassured that one slab had made it to the ship, but then afterwards, were told that in fact, nothing that we ordered had been shipped and the new ship date for both is in January. I understand delays, but I don't understand why you would blatantly miscommunicate and lead the customer to believe one thing -- it's clear to me the company can't be trusted. read more

I absolutely love their showroom, you can spend countless hours looking at all the beautiful finishes - tiles, marble, counter tops, etc! I was so lucky to work with Kaitlynn for our house project - we pretty much updated all of our kitchen/bath/entry finishes and love the end result. Kaitlynn was fantastic through the entire process, she asked me about our vision and I sent her my Pinterest page and at our 1st meeting, we locked in 90% of the finishes. She also knew we had a timeframe so lead time was a huge variable in making sure we selected finishes that were in stock or available within a few weeks. Now that our home is done, I can't wait for Kaitlynn to stop by to see our vision become a reality! We get so many compliments and I love every finish that we selected. If we ever decide to remodel anything else, I will be calling Kaitlynn again! She's very personable and I loved working with her.
