Our contractor recommended that we visit this showroom for our countertops. We arrived and were immediately greeted and handed off to a saleswoman who had no interest in helping us at all. She immediately sized us up by asking what size counter we were looking for, what material, and did we have a contractor. When it was determined we only needed a half slab for our project, she flatly told us they only sold full slabs and the most effort she exerted into our entire interaction was to show us colors on a website. Since we made the trip, we decided to have a look around and five stars for their show room which is expansive and has everything displayed orderly to help you make sense of it all. Upon perusing their countertop warehouse, we stumbled upon racks and racks of what do you know...remnants they sell! Even though the showroom is great, we won't be returning unless it's so we can say to this woman, "You made a big mistake, lady. BIG."

From the moment I called IRG a few days ago, the customer service has been great. Chevon was so helpful over the phone, looking up to see if they had slabs of the quartz I was hoping to see. Then when we arrived, Jogreet welcomed us and took us to see some quartz sample tiles. She let us know once we had an idea which samples we liked, she would bring us to the slabs and the two gentlemen (I unfortunately didn't get their names) could help us pull out some full slabs to see them on a larger scale. We were there for over an hour and a half and all four people who assisted us were really phenomenal - so friendly, knowledgeable and eager and happy to help! I can't recommend IRG enough! When we were wrapping up, Jogreet gave us some samples to bring home so we can narrow down our selections. She was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable.
