I have had experiences with the managers Billy and Craig and both are absolutely amazing. They help, listen and make sure you the customer are completely satisfied. I have a Costco closer to me, but the staff there seem overworked, and the managers treat you as if you are bothering them, so I drive farther to Livermore for better service. Having great managers in Livermore also rubs off on the staff. You are greeted with smiles and upon leaving the gentleman that checks receipts was waving and smiling at us before we even reached him. It was so wonderful that even after a stressful day, you smile as he's waving to you. The variety in the store always seems to be stocked well and the only fault you will find is parking outside. You need to be patient and willing to drive around for a parking spot. It may take extra time but I find it worth it for the service. I've been coming here for over 20 years and don't have a complaint.

My wife and I have been buying cell phones from the kiosk forever- we must've purchased 10 -12 phones from them over the years. It's kind of hit and miss whether you get a "good" associate or not. We've been eyeing the Apple iPhone 17's and finally pulled the trigger. This time we got the worst sales person of all time. We had already been to the kiosk a couple of times over the weeks leading up to the sale, so we pretty much knew the promotions that we were going to be getting. But this guy didn't bother to tell us anything about it nonetheless. He did manage to try to upsell accessories, etc. as that is part of his job. But what irked me the most was when he asked if we wanted to purchase the additional protection and I specifically answered "no". Sure enough, T-Mobile sent us a text saying that we were enrolled in the plan. When asked how long should we expect for the arrival of the phones. He just blurted out an unthoughtful "2 days", as he didn't care at this point and he was just trying to get off the clock to take his meal break. If there were a place for me to report him, I surely would. Over the years, we have watched that kiosk decline in the value you get from buying from them. And a couple of years ago, the kiosk turned into a T-Mobile specific location. The sales people have sure gone become more disappointing in all aspects. I'm sure that Covid changed everything, including wages and trying to recruit quality employees- as a business, they just need minimum-qualification warm bodies to man the post. So sad to see how low they have gone. **Update** We got our T-Mobile bill. On it was a charge to a phone number in JAMAICA! and guess when that call was placed? Yup, when he had my phone and was doing whatever. It's possible that he was just working too fast (carelessly) or just fat-fingered a phone number (carelessness), but he could've/should've let me know that he called a wrong number and to just address that call with T-Mobile later, or better yet, he could have just addressed it to HIS company right then and there. That would've been the RIGHT thing to do. When we noticed it on our bill and matched the incident with the exact time that we were buying new phones, we did address it with T-Mobile- they were good about omitting that charge and they gave us a credit for the "mistake". We made sure that they put in an incident report for that employee. I am still scratching my head how T-Mobile can hire such low-life people to represent their company!??

I've never had to pay more for membership in my last 31 years! And they have this thing where they have random items available but only long enough for you to get hooked, then poof! They disappear never to be seen again. Then you look online only to find them at 3x what you paid for... darn you, Costco!!! And did you see the price for their chocolate-covered raisins now?!? When did they start costing more than cashews or mixed nuts? Is there a shortage on raisins? Here's a tip: don't get produce in bulk. Some may be worth the discount, but you're better off getting only what you can consume from your local store, especially when they put them on sale.

An older Asian man wearing a white shirt, with tattoos and black hair in a ponytail, became extremely aggressive because he thought I was taking his parking spot. What confused me was that he had already left another parking spot with his items. While I was still inside my vehicle, he began yelling at me and told me to "go back to my country," even though I was born here. Regardless, that kind of racist comment is completely unacceptable to say to anyone. He then tried to provoke me by telling me to get out of my car to "fight him." No customer should have to deal with behavior like that while simply trying to shop. What was also disappointing was that Costco security was parked nearby and did not appear to step in or address the situation. I sincerely hope management denied this man service or at least addressed his behavior, because it was disgusting, aggressive, and unacceptable.

I like buying your commercial kitchenware from this location. Good quality and reasonable prices. No fresh seafood at this location. No food court. Actually, very limited departments. Just noticed that I do not have many pictures for this location; I will change that on my next visit. Atmosphere - They added gas to this location in April of 2022. Makes parking slightly harder, but I like to walk. Neat and organized; actually, it is even more spacious than I remember from my last visits. Service - Consistent. Price - I never check. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success at this location since 1992. Congrats on all your success since 1976, since Price Club. There were 5 people in front of me with two being served but I waited about 5 minutes plus with no progress. I decided to try another plumbing shop in an adjacent building. I was able to walk in, get my part and back on my way in less than 5 minutes to get back to work on my project. Price was 20% higher than Home Depot (out of the part) but it was convenient, good customer service and quick. I was happy to find the part and not wait too long in a line. Very good experience.
