We went to several stores to finalize tile for our bathroom remodel and found the service and prices at Arizona Tile to be a class above the rest. Diane is super helpful and provided us with so many generous sized samples, which really helped us visualize the tile in our space. After sourcing quartz slab there, we decided to shop for tile to go in 2 bathrooms remodels. We made an appointment with Silvia Kreek. She was great to work with. The showroom is large and has tile samples on the wall and floors. They have samples of any tile you're considering and gave us numerous ones to take home. The product is excellent, the service is great and the price is less than other suppliers we'd been to. Even though it was an hour drive for us, it was well worth it. We got all our tile from them and it's about to go in. The tile installer told us he likes to use Arizona tiles because their good quality and straight edges. I went to many stores all over the Bay Area also, but this is where I kept coming back and knew I would buy from. There pricing is great, lots of options to choose from, great customer service. Arizona Tile has been so amazing to work with! While we were deciding how to tile our bathroom, they let us take home sample tiles so we could "live" with them before actually ordering them. Then, when we did order, they have been very communicative on when they will come in! Additionally, when we went back to them to inquire about some tile we used for our flooring over a year ago, they let us know it was discontinued and not in stock at their local store but avail at other locations. We were able to get what we needed. The staff is so supportive, consultative, patient and knowledgeable. We could not have made confident decisions on the design without their expertise. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us w/ our project! The Granite for my new beautiful kitchen was supplied but Arizona Tile and I love it. We went for a black marbled effect for both the island and counter tops which was installed by our builders. We only really came here to inspect the Granite before it was installed and had a pleasant experience, the staff were friendly and walking through the warehouse you can see that they have a large inventory. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was that they couldn't get a slab big enough to cover the entire of our island so it had to be made from two pieces. read more

We had to use Arizona Tile for the granite in our new home. We made a appointment weeks in advance. Once we got there (before our appointment) they just had us wait while staff kind of hustled past. There was another couple waiting before us, again, no one paying attention to us. It took nearly 20 minutes for someone to help us, and all he did was take us to the back to show us the slab. One slab of tile. When we asked what our options were, that was it. What's the point in picking out granite, if there is only one choice? To make matters worse, the slab was of horrible quality, even the worker said it was awful. The only option we had was to order from roseville to ship in 2 days, or wait a week for a new shipment. We opted to order from roseville and he assured us it would be there in 2-3 days max and they would be in contact with us. Fast forward a week later and we haven't heard anything. I finally called them and they let me know it was in, and I guess they hadn't gotten around to calling us. Thanks. I made a appointment right away and went during the week to pick it out. Try two, the same thing. Except this was a Tuesday and there weren't any other customers, and about 5 staff members talking amongst themselves. They still made me wait for a good 20 mins and took me to the back. Upon seeing the tile I INSTANTLY knew it was the same one that we had said no to earlier, because of distinct lines that went against the grain. I asked, what happened to the one from Roseville and the staff member said she didn't know anything about it. They might have another slab in the back. WTF? Do you not have any notes of why I'm here? I had them get the other slab..more waiting around and even though I'm not in love with it, I had to pick because my builder needs to install, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to have them order something else and drive all the way back. With a wide variety of stone slabs and tiles, e.g.; natural stone, ceramic and beautiful glass, most come away with their material choices made for every need; counter tops, back splashes, shower walls, interior flooring, exterior patio, etc. The tile showroom has more examples of installation than most. The "indoor" slab warehouse is chock full of stone slabs from all over the world. Simply breathtaking. Prices are fair/comparable. Staff is very attentive, very kowledgeable and very courteous. One star is too many for this place. We walked in this past weekend to look at granite for our kitchen reno and were met by the most unpleasant woman. Right off the bat, she informed us that staff members would not be able to help us (i.e. help with slab sizing, pricing, basic questions, etc) and that the best we could do is to walk through the warehouse by ourselves. I checked and double-checked their website and did not see any recommendation on making an appointment or that one was necessary to garner any basic level of customer service. Nor does it recommend that you bring your fabricator with you. We left within minutes of arriving without one sales person even acknowledging us. We went down the freeway to IRG in Dublin and had a completely opposite experience and were happy to reward them with our purchase of cararra slabs. If you are in the market for any type of stone or tile, don't make the trek out to this place unless you're in the mood for a bad attitude and a poor customer experience. read more

I recently remodeled my master bathroom and was greeted during my first visit by Paige Cummings in the showroom. She is extremely knowledgeable about the tile types and carefully explained everything to me. I borrowed at least 10 various samples of floor tiles and back splash tiles and made about 5 trips to the showroom to narrow my selection down. Paige was always very pleasant, professional and busy cleaning the sample room when she was not helping clients. When it came time to make my purchases, she escorted me back to the order desk and the three women that work in the order area were also very helpful, and efficient. Arizona Tile's prices seem to be competitive with the other competitors in the area. During my order pickup they even loaded up my vehicle for me. I will go back to Arizona Tile for additional projects and would recommend this location to other consumers. read more

First , I was disappointed when I called yesterday to ask if they carry coved edge trim/base. The girl who answered the phone didn't know anything about the item even though I gave her the exact and full information . Since I needed the specific trim urgently, I decided to drive to Livermore (despite the traffic) to check it myself , and good thing , I was immediately helped by Juan. He was very knowledgeable and professional, he took his time to go over all aluminum trims that they carry for the tile installation. After realizing that the specific item was not available in their store, he checked if other Arizona Tiles stores carry anything like that. Juan understood the urgency of getting the trim and took extra steps to help me out. He scheduled a delivery from their Rancho Cordova office that had the item that I needed.
