About 3 months after me bathroom remodel was completed, the panels from our doors fell down. I emailed the group with photos of the mess. They emailed back asking for my contact information and that someone would contact me. No help came. As a whole, they are east to work with, but this error came so soon after installation. read more

Today Kitchen and Bath remodeled our main bathroom. Yes, the outcome on our remodel looks great, but we did encounter several issues working with them. There were too many minor slips ups. They tried to make a delivery and forgot to tell us, and we weren't home. The porta-a-potty was not ordered and didn't arrive until the second day. They didn't send over the complete diverter valve assembly until I told the plumber, it was wrong, due to missing parts. We also had an additional charge that I felt original was excessive at $950 to cut drainpipe that they called it cast Iron. It was galvanized pipe, and they finally reduced the charge to $600, which I felt was still high, but I paid it. Their communication was screwed up on various days. Once the worker showed up on the wrong day. Some days they would only work 1/2 day even though more work needed to be done. They do use sub-contractors; I found that out when a painter showed up with the name of another company on a T-shirt. They claimed that when they are on the job, they are covered under their insurance. No one works on my house without workman's comp insurance, couldn't verify that. The follow through is terrible. I am still waiting for my final bill. They quoted me a final bill several weeks ago that was totally wrong. It was $1000 over what I owed and now I am still waiting for a corrected bill. I have sent several reminders and a few days ago I was told I would get a response by then end of the day (still waiting). This might be nit-picking, but it was also annoying, and it increased the cost of our bathroom remodel. I am not telling you to not hire Today Kitchen and Bath, since the outcome looks great, but just make sure your ducks are all in a row before you proceed. read more

We had JP and Eric come out to initially get a master bathroom quote but because of their professionalism, we ended up talking about kitchens and started the process of doing a full kitchen remodel. We took a break to make sure we were 100% ready for the commitment of remodeling with little children in the house and started the project a few months later. The team was gracious to redesign the original layout we talked about when we had concerns/differing preferences.
