Kitchen Fantastic, did a great job on the remodeling of our kitchen, The flooring man was was so friendly. Henry, did a professional job on the painting inside and out . Staff was very friendly

From start to finish of our Kitchen, Bath (3) and Laundry Room Remodel, we were so impressed with the professionalism of EVERY SINGLE PERSON we interacted with at Kitchen Fantastic. I had already received 4 quotes with 4 different contractors and I just happened be talking to a real estate agent who is selling townhouses at a new development in Walnut Creek. She said we had to call Johnny Gonzalves in Livermore (they were doing a remodel for her). Well she was right! Also keep in mind I have managed with contractors two different houses built out of the ground in two different states and a large kitchen remodel. So I am experienced on the pitfalls/challenges and benefits of working with contractors. Johnny is a VP of Kitchen Fantastic (66 person company) but still quotes and consults for new projects. I think they technically call them Designers. He was just so knowledgable and really my wife and I got terrific advice. Steered us towards things we never even thought about. Example - Since we were replacing the dishwasher and range we might as well replace all the appliances (Fridge/Freezer and Microwave) since they were 13 years old. "Make a chef's kitchen for your wife Frank!" he told us. So we got all Thermador appliances! Faith at Legacy Appliance set us up for success to get our appliances in a timely fashion. And Omar did all the installation. We got a great bundle price with Johnny and Faith. Plus, Luis and New Luxury Baths and Kitchen did a great job helping us pick out 4 new bathroom sinks and faucets. Once we signed the contract and start date was secured, he was able to get this folks scheduled immediately. (Advice #1-Secure start date before you sign the contract) Desiree Ferriera was assigned as our project manager. She was amazing. Kept the project on track like nobody's business! Day 1 Omar and his team of Nilo, Ivan, Mario and Goya just did amazing work demoing everything on the first day. In the meantime we worked with Arturo and his Dad Pedro in San Jose (they do all their Quartz Countertops and Backsplash for Kitchen Fantastic and I was able to go down and see the quartz slabs after they were created and before they were cut. (Advice #2 - I recommend that). Actually Johnny recommended it. Seams in the quartz can be tricky) Their installation and fitting and cutting was amazing really. Total project took 6 total days. Each day they cleaned up the job site to perfection. Always on time and worked a full day. Coordinating everything can be tricky which comes to my final point. I LOVE that they were a ONE STOP SHOP. All the sinks, faucets and appliances showrooms are RIGHT NEXT to their business in the same business park on 7 East Airway Blvd in Livermore. I was getting quotes from other contractors for labor only and I had to go get my own separate quartz quotes. Could not compare apples to apples) I wanted none of that. (Advice #3 - Go Turnkey for your contractor choice) I love their turnkey approach. Johnny and Kitchen Fantastic have great partnerships with their vendors and they all work well together. (Kitchen Fantastic-Legacy Appliance-New Luxury Baths and Kitchens). Their pricing is very reasonable and I can assure you that you will be very happy with the outcome of your project if you pick Kitchen Fantastic. See attached before and after photos for Kitchen and Bathroom and Laundry Room finished product.

I love my new kitchen! My first encounter with Kitchen Fantastic was at the showroom. Stopped in to look at some ideas. I wasn't in a hurry to remodel, but after seeing the beautiful options on display I was excited to get a quote. Having no idea of what to expect, we invited Ashton to our home to take a look and give us some ideas. Ashton was attentive, listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and ultimately provided us with a quote. It's important to note that Ashton actually sat with us at our kitchen table while we went over what was important to us. He listened and he asked what we wanted and based his suggestions on our preferences. This was very much appreciated after dealing with some other businesses that were in a hurry just to get the sale. Our remodel included removing and replacing old cabinets, counters, sink and appliances. We kept the original floorplan but did not replace the flooring. We were able to add an additional cabinet and maximize the space we had. We were able to change the old double bowl sink to a modern undermount stainless steel sink. Our old sink was off-center under the kitchen window; with the new sink and custom counters, we were able to have the sink centered under the window. This has make a huge difference in the look and functionality of the kitchen. The crew was always very friendly and answered my questions (I had a lot!). There were a few communication mishaps, but Ashton acted as the project manager and any misunderstandings were handled quickly and efficiently. Did I mention I love my new kitchen?

We had a great experience getting our kitchen remodeled and floors replaced by Kitchen Fantastic. Bryce did a great job educating us on our design options and guiding down the right path based on the feedback we gave him. Bryce listened well and remained patient throughout the design phase and made sure to implement as many of our ideas as possible while maintaining a functional design and flow for our new kitchen. We visited several stone yards and tile shops w/Bryce before we found exactly what we were after. We ran into a little trouble with the stone yard not putting our selected quartzite on hold for us, but Bryce navigated thru that well and it worked out. We ended up gutting and reorganizing our entire kitchen: installed an external exhaust hood vent, moved the dishwasher, new cabinet uppers/lowers, island, a new sink, range oven, quartzite counters, backsplash, SPC floors, and even a new fireplace. Luis and his crew did a great job as well. From keeping the place as clean as possible during demo and respecting our house thru the whole job - to paying close attention to detail and installing everything according to the design; Luis and his crew are skilled and care about delivering quality work. There were a few hiccups along the way, but as long as we brought them up, Luis made sure they got taken care of. My advice here - just keep a list, stay in touch with Luis, and be patient. The work can take quite a while to complete, but we always had an open line of communication and a plan for the next steps. In the end we couldn't be happier - literally. The result is a kitchen we love and better than we had imagined. This is our first kitchen remodel and feel like we made the right choice by going with Kitchen Fantastic. Money well spent!

I have a beautiful new kitchen because a dishwasher valve broke and flooded the whole kitchen, family room, laundry room, living room and dining room causing all the counter tops and cabinets to be removed and replaced in the kitchen. It was a disaster. After getting 3 bids to replace everything Kitchen Fantastic came in with the lowest bid and nicest Project Manager and what a magnificent job they did. They were always available when ever I called and so pleasant to work with. I am so happy I picked them, and my insurance paid for it all!. Everyone that has seen it comments that the beautiful workmanship is what made it so gorgeous. I couldn't be any happier.

Dave is super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. There was times where I couldn't stop by the store to place orders instead I would email, text or call . I'd take a pic of what I want and send it to him with in an hour I'd get an response. Always included invoices and stayed on top of all my orders and there were a lot of them. (5bath fixtures, kitchen and endless number of cabinet hardware) and everything else in between. :) The store is beautiful and is full of top of the line items. There's something for every taste. I def recommend it. You will get the best customer service ever and the product is just a great. Now go see Dave! :)

Bought a $729 toilet here, couldn't get it to fit in place and they wouldn't take it back!! When I went to return it they asked me if I placed it on the wax ring and I said "yes" because I had a helper and thought he'd already placed it, but that wasn't the case. The base was free and clear of wax. On my first attempt without the wax ring, I realized I couldn't get the bolts into the slots in the floor fitting because the bolts are inside a hole in the porcelain base of the toilet and the walls on each side of the toilet leave no room to bend my wrist and get the bolts in. At that point I realized it was impossible and decided to return it. When I returned it, they asked if I had put it on the wax ring and I said yes initially, because I thought my friend had tried seating it, but he hadn't. So I returned 2 days later with the toilet, told them it hadn't been seated on the wax and they still refused to take it. Also asked me if I had the box and when I told them "no" they restated that they can't take. The box it comes in is well-made of heavy cardboard and put together with heavy staples. It's made to keep the product safe during shipping. No one can't take that box apart and keep it intact for reassembly!! It wasn't meant to be disassembled and reassembled!! Using the box as a "no return" item tells me these two guys are a pair of "scheisters". Stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere!!! Anybody want a brand new $729 unused toilet that is worthless to me!! Thanks for nothing NLB&K!!

A service appointment was scheduled for today between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to replace the side and lower gaskets on one of the sliding glass barn doors and to address a door that is difficult to slide. No one arrived for the appointment, and I did not receive any notification or call to cancel or reschedule. The Service Manager has also not responded to multiple calls or texts. This level of follow-up is unacceptable, particularly for a company that promotes a lifetime guarantee on parts and installation. I have made multiple attempts to reach someone to schedule this simple repair, yet the only time I have been able to reach anyone directly was during the initial sales process. I left a message for the Sales Manager, as that was the only contact number I could locate since it appears much of the original team is no longer with the company. I hope to hear back soon so I can coordinate the needed service. I will follow up with a new review once I do or do not hear back. Think twice, if you need repairs. Reply to response: I emailed their customer satisfaction that Reborn provided and still have not received a response. I plan on contacting the contractor's board and the BBB bureau. Don't fall for their false promises, their work is not the quality that you would expect for what you pay and they don't honor their warranty. Read all the negative reviews they are true. I can't even get in touch with Jacuzzi who promotes on the commercials on TV, when you call their number it defaults to Reborn. What a scam!!!!!

I'm so glad I got my walk-in shower was done in 2 1/2 months finally from this Reborn Cabinets…read morecompany instead of 1-2 days as promised by the salesman. This was the most stressful and horrible experience with this company. My wife wanted me to give it a review with 1 star, but I don't believe it's the company fault. She insisted that the company is only as good as the people who work for them, she does have her point. The story begun when we saw the ads on Facebook, we wanted to change the tub to walk-in for my mother in-law (78 years old) to walk in easier than stepping over the tub for safety. So we answered the ads and the salesman named Jacques (or Jack) came on a Saturday in August. He seemed to be nice, came with a book of all the pictures of options and the company history to sell the company. I and my wife were looking at all the options and due to high prices, we decided to go with the cheapest wall and a nice $3000 door for $13000. We used to remodel our own bathroom so we know what prices of materials were like. The door sold for $3000 is on the internet for less than $1k. But we believe the company needs to make money so they mark up. So what's the problem? Trust, we always trust people, so we signed on a tablet that Jacques had without checking what I was signing. The moral of the story is DO NOT Trust and sign anything on a tablet because it could be modified. Either this salesman had dementia or just plain wanted to cheat us for the door because on the contract (e-contract) we paid $13000 for 3 cheap wall, a cheap shower valves and a tower bar, NO DOOR. We're shocked when the guys came and installed the walk-in showers. He told us we only got the shower bar for shower curtain and no door on the work order. We're glad we only paid for half of the total estimates. The amazing thing was the we had white walls on grey bottom which we normal people would assumed Grey over Grey. Again, we didn't look at the contract and the salesman also had no logic but only had dementia. At least they finished the walls and the showers so my Mother in-law can use the shower. I was also shocked when the valves are connected to the copper water pipes with plastic pipes instead of solder copper with copper. And this is how they're going to guarantee life time. I doubt it very much, but there's nothing we can do because it's the way they do things these days. So the company coordinator asked me to sign the completion work before she create a new work order for the door although there's no door on the contract which is nice, anyone would know no one in the right mind would pay $13000 for 3 cheap walls, shower valves and bar for curtain. The salesman had never call us back to ask about the work. He denied the door was in the contract. So it took three months, we need to buy a curtain for shower, no safety bars, or shelves installed for my mother in-law to use. Then a new coordinator Destiny called and sent us a new work order with a cheap door as courtesy and not the $3000 door we ordered. She warn to send us to Collection if we don't accept the work order and pay the rest of the money. We felt scared and grateful at the same time because they gave us a door out of their good heart because the contract we signed didn't have any door in it. We accepted the cheap door and they came and installed with the safety bars and shelves and I paid the rest of the money. Until now, I have no warranty papers or anything for the life time. I'm not sure if the company exists, if it has any showrooms, or just a website I found on the internet. I'm not sure if this company actually has employees or just sub contractors they found on craigslist. These days, with technology, any company can have a great website. It doesn't matter how many stars the review has as long as the reader understand the truth. It's the results that tells the story. Do not sign on any tablet. Before you pay make sure everything is on the contract with hard copy. Do not trust any booklet that shows the company to be trustworthy because the company is only as good as the employees they hired.

Warning: Avoid Reborn Cabinets…read more I spent over $20,000 for a tub-to-shower conversion, and the salesman heavily emphasized their customer service as a reason to hire them. In reality, they have no customer support. The shower knob fell off, so I called their support line and was told to email their warranty address. I emailed them on Sept 23. After two weeks with no response, I sent a follow-up email. Still nothing. I called again and was told they never received my emails and was instructed to submit a new claim. I did, and this time they responded asking for photos. I sent them--and then never heard back. I sent two more follow-up emails and was ghosted again. It is now Nov 22--two months without a working shower. I finally hired a plumber to fix it, which took him five minutes. DO NOT hire Reborn Cabinets. They do not honor or support their work.

I was very nervous to trust such an important job to…read moresomeone I found on Yelp but I had asked around and could not find anybody to do what I wanted to fix my cabinets. They all wanted to just paint them. I wanted them restored to the original finish if at all possible. We paid a lot for these custom cabinets 20yrs ago and really wanted them to be restored to look the same. Michael came out to look at them and told me he has never tried to do work like this before but he was willing to try and felt pretty confident he could do it. If we didn't like it we could always paint them after. It was a risk I decided I wanted to take. We could not wait any longer. 2 of our most used cabinets were severely damaged with water damage - one from a hand towel that had been hanging on it for 20 yrs that would often get damp from hand washing and the other our silverware drawer. They removed all of the damaged cabinet & drawer doors (leaving behind about half of them that had no damage as they were less often used and still looked brand new) and took them to their shop in Livermore. This made the job much harder as they then had to match the color to our existing ones. In addition our kitchen has 2 different paint colors so they had to create 2 different finishes - one a stain and one a paint. Linda, an employee of Michael was in charge of the painting and stain work and the artist who did the work on my cabinets in their factory. She showed us photos along the way and then came back out to reinstall the doors plus also repair the water damage we had on baseboards and cabinet sides that weren't able to be removed. She taped everything off in our kitchen to prep and then spent 2 days refinishing all of the rest of the damage. She was very careful and caused zero problems anywhere around her work. The finished product was absolutely 5 stars - could not have gone any better. I have delayed for way too long giving Michael and Linda credit for the work she did but the benefit to that is that I can now say after over a year (finished Sept 2024) of having the refinished cabinets in my kitchen they have held up perfectly and still all look absolutely brand new (helps not having kids living at home anymore!) I would 100% recommend you to trust Michael and his team to be honest, hard working and skilled crafts people for your cabinets. I was so impressed with him, his business, Linda, and all of their work. Thank you Michael & Linda!
