Nara Tile was great to work with. Had an issue with an order where a certain company's warehouse sent the wrong tile. Nara spent a lot of time trying to correct the order and eventually I had my tile sent via overnight air to minimize delays and Nara gave a generous refund for the tile to compensate for the wrong order plus more to cover for the inconvenience. I got all my natural stone tile from here. They had a very nice selection of tiles and they were reasonably priced. Unfortunately I can't say how the longevity of the natural stone held up because I was forced to sell my home. They offer the best price for all high quality tiles we had inquired. Ceren, the owner, is an excellent and smart businesswoman . Our fabricator found that there was an issue with the color of our slabs, and when we called Nara about the issue they took care of it immediately. I've worked with Nara Tile on a couple of bathroom remodel projects over the last year and both times I have been extremely satisfied.  Ceren is a great designer, very knowledgeable about the industry, super personable and great to work with.  Ceren took the time to help me through the design process.   She does a great intake to understand what the project is, what I like and don't like, then provides many different design options and is very patient despite my indecisiveness. Many tile stores do similar work, but no other store does it with the same level of care and expertise. What can I say about Ceren and Nara Tile that hasn't been said? To sum it up, Ceren is a design GODDESS. She has an incredible eye and really helps you pull everything together nicely and effortlessly. I was referred to Ceren by a gf whose house was designed by Ceren (which speaks volume because I witnessed first hand her amazing work). She is currently helping me design my kitchen and two bathrooms. While my house remodel is nowhere near finished, I wanted to write this review because Ceren and her team is THAT awesome! She had me start an ideabook on Houzz.com so I got a better understanding of what I really wanted. She called me to come in to look at a cheaper, comparable tile to what I had already picked out, just to see if she could save me some money, and she worked with my contractor. She even drove down and got the tile I needed from a warehouse herself and helped load it into my car. It's hard running a business and she's pulled in ten directions. The owner (who goes by many names of which I call her Sara) is the most amazing person I have met. This tile store is her baby and while she does sell tile, her real passion is for interior design. When you go to her store she goes over your designs with you and makes SUPER professional suggestions in many places. We took all of her design suggestions.
