We're doing a bathroom remodel and most of the large items have been taken care of, so we came in here to check out bathroom accessories, such as towel bars, towel rings, mirrors, lighting, etc. The showroom is beautiful, and they have everything here, including toilets, showers, vanities, and accessories. I walked around and got some good decorating ideas. The lady who helped us (I didn't get her name) was distracted as she was also training a new associate. She would answer a few questions, then walk off and we'd have to track her down again. Maybe we came at a bad time, or maybe we weren't purchasing any big ticket items, but we didn't really get the help we needed. We ended up leaving without purchasing anything, but the showroom was nice and we got some ideas. read more

The Kohler store in San Ramon is an excellent showroom for getting a hands on experience of Kohler's products, as well as getting professional advice from designers to help plan a home project or update. It's also helpful that you can actually demo some of the kitchen faucets or showers to get a good idea of how they'll work. Amazing service at Kohler in San Ramon. When shopping for fixtures, I like to see and touch the actual items to get a feel for the weight and size. At the showroom, we were able to run the water through various shower heads we were able to sit in the tub, to get a good idea of size. Additionally, when buying different fixtures, Nicole was able to help us determine what else was needed for behind the wall - it never occurred to me all the pieces that were needed. I absolutely loved my experience at this new Kohler store in San Ramon. I talked to Chris and Joey who were both excellent at their job - great listeners - which is KEY, listened to my vision of what I want to create and gave me a lot of ideas and food for thought. I'm in the early stages of remodeling - I found it super helpful to just talk about my current vision even though I don't currently have all the details. Chris - I was able to describe my initial vision to Chris - I did not have my inspiration photo (from a magazine) on me, but Chris was really patient as I was describing what I wanted. He showed me different options for things like lighting, background, etc. He also shared and explained the differences between the different shower options. Joey - For my most recent visit to Kohler, I brought my inspiration photo (from the magazine) this time. I really liked that Joey has a realtor background so he is aware of not only being a good listener, but also what sells. Joey saw my two options (colorful vs. classic) - I personally wanted the colorful option but was worried that the classic would sell better and I doubted my preferences. Joey encouraged me to go with my initial vision and not to worry about selling. I also felt thankful that both Chris and Joey did not come off super sales-y. They weren't pushy at all. I felt like they genuinely care about clients and were getting to know us on a personal level - which I think is why they're so amazing at their jobs. I was working on a bathroom remodel and ended up needing a bathtub ASAP. I needed a 72" tub which is not the most common size, so I was scrambling, calling around and checking different stores in the area to see how quickly I could get one of the Kohler tubs I had my eye on. I stumbled upon this store and gave them a call. Nicole answered and was incredibly helpful. I explained my situation and she was very understanding. She had to check with the distributor/warehouse and told me she'd see what she could do. She was super communicative and got the tub delivered to me the next day! The price was about the same as what I would've paid ordering from Home Depot or Lowe's, even with the next day freight delivery! We drove 30 miles to vist this Kohler showroom to purchase bathroom faucets. It's a very nice showroom. Upon entering we were greeted by Alfonso D. who assisted us and answered our questions. He was very nice. We had inquired about specific faucets and it being Saturday, he advised that he would have to make some calls on Monday to see if the products were available. He asked us to write our name, phone and email address on a pad of paper he provided, which we did. In addition he requested that we send him an email with the detailed list of the products we were interested in. He advised that he would contact us and advise. We did email him an entire page listing the products we were interested in and emailed it to him the same afternoon as our visit to the store. We had his correct email address as he provided his business card. It's been over two weeks since our store visit and Alfonso NEVER called or emailed us back. I really don't think he's ever going to call or email us. I'm not sure how they expect to sell products if they do not to respond and follow up with customers. We really wanted to purchase the products from their showroom, but since they never responded we purchased the products from another business. read more

We were shopping around for a kitchen sink and visited the Kohler Signature store at the Lot in San Ramon. Joey Colo was the associate who showed us around. He patiently answered all our questions, gave recommendations and a quote. He then followed it up with a phone call a couple of days later. Having done our research, we decided to buy the sink recommended by Joey. He not only got it for us at a lower price than what was on the Kohler site but instead of the estimated delivery time of 7-10 days, the sink was delivered to our home the very next day. I'm remodeling my bathroom on a tight deadline. Last week, I walked into this Kohler showroom at bishop ranch. I walked around for a couple of minutes before Joey greeted me and asked if I needed anything. He was so warm and friendly, patient with all my requests. He walked me through each of the products I was interested in. He gave me great product recommendations based on what I was looking for. He attentively got together a list of everything I wanted from shower sliding doors, to specific modern drains, shower heads, faucets, new whole toilet, medicine cabinets, tiles that would match, vanity, and all the pipes that I would need for all those fixtures. That day, I walked out of Kohler with peace of mind that my bathroom was going to be filled with high quality and beautiful bathroom fixtures. The last couple of days, I changed my mind on a couple of things and Joey was so patient and attended to all my requests. All of my products were delivered quickly the next couple of days.
