IRG was the first and last stone slab yard I visited in search for my perfect kitchen countertops. After visiting seven places in the East Bay, I picked up three quartzite slabs here. My search started with looking for porcelain slabs and not every slab yard carries such. IRG had the largest selection, however I quickly learned that like quartz, porcelain slabs are manufactured in sizes up to about five feet wide which would require me to have a seam between two slabs to cover my kitchen island. So I went to quartzite as my targeted slab for the size, variety of natural stone design, and it is heat tolerant. IRG offered great service both on the phone and in person. You need to make an appointment to visit their slab warehouse, however, this was never a problem for me and they were always accomodating and able to be flexible with day of changes. Their variety of porcelain, quartzite and other natural stone is quite plentiful. They have another location in Brisbane, so there is quite a huge selection in inventory between the two locations. Their retail prices are most competitive. Be sure to work with a fabricator who can most likely be able to get you a discounted price. IRG allows either you to pay for the slabs directly to them or your fabricator can make the payment on your behalf. It won't be until about a month when my countertops are installed. I can't wait to have my beautiful new kitchen! I highly recommend anyone looking to remodel with beautiful countertops to check out IRG. In the end, while the retail price of my swabs were the least expensive, the discounted price of the ones I selected were not released but very competitive. I chose IRG because the particular quartzites I chose was most appealing and design. These are natural stones and so you will not have an exact identical slab between different places. read more

Paid OVER 3k on Quartzite in full 3MO AGO! NEVER DELIVERED THE STONE!!! The owner tries to turn it around on us and ask why didn't we call them months ago? Excuse me. BECAUSE I THOUGHT YOU DID YOUR JOB! Even tried to blame our fabricator when he thought it was delivered and finds out they never did. Then JOGREET FINALLY WANTS TO APOLOGIZE & SAY YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES EITHER WE GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK OR WE CAN DELIVER IT ON MONDAY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS OWNER! ESPECIALLY when people are spending thousands they want someone they can trust. Thank goodness we found out how you conduct business. We know where we will not be buying our stone from now after this 4th interaction. LET ME FIRST SAY AS WELL, OUR VERY FIRST VISIT OF THIS PLACE THEY WEARNT OPEN ON THE TIME THAT SHOWS ON THE DOOR WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN AND NO ONE WAS THERE WE WAITED ALMOST 20 min after and someone finally came to open the store. That should have been our clue and red flag right there how they conduct their business unprofessionally. 2nd time we come here they say they dont have a stone there we're looking for. Have us drive ALL the way to there Brisbane store only to find out they DID have the stone @Dublin location. So, we had to drive all the way back in commuter traffic to make it before they closed & using gas for these people poor professionalism and unorganized business practices. 3rd interaction we purchased the stone, PIF, tell them where we want it delivered AND told will be delivered. Only to find out they never delivered it!! I even told the owner you think you would have had a paper on the stone of the delivery date where it's going and she said it's in there systems. Well ma'am your system isn't working for you. How did you not see a SOLD stone SITTING THERE that was suppose to be delivered months ago? Is this someone you want to do business with? AGAIN, WONT BE BACK AFTER THE MULTIPLE TIMES OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND UNORGANIZED BUSINESS WHEN SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I WANT A BUSINESS THAT HAS THERE STUFF TOGETHER AND I CAN TRUST! Update to Jogreet--I'm disappointed in the way you handled things. I def think a discount should have been provided for the poor customer service and something that was paid in full and should have been delivered months ago that wasn't. Also trying to initially place blame on us the customers and then our fabricator for the reason why it wasn't delivered yet. And how it was our fault for some reason. Then you decided to finally apologize after the fact. (Which I see there is another review about you guys doing that same thing placing blame on others for your mistakes then apologizing.) I wrote a review and told you I was writing a review so people are aware of how you conducted business with me bc when people are spending thousands it's important finding someone who is professional and organized in something I regard as important and I know others do as well. You didn't care and informed me I had two choices to choose from. Either refund after months of our slab being paid for or delivery Monday. Those were the choices you gave me and said I had to choose from after everything. I will include receipts just to show you and others timeline that my review is as presented. Went in 4/20/26 picked out our slab after driving back and forth to both of your warehouses that day. Thought we needed two slabs, contractor told us 5/5/26 only needed one. Called LRG and paid in full for the one slab 5/6/26. Even tho we were told we only needed to pay a percentage we paid in full bc we were ready for delivery. Spoke to fabricator and LRG stone and scheduled a delivery date on 5/7/27. (The day we decided who our fabricator was invoice from fabricator was sent and we called and confirmed the delivery date on 5/14/26 a day prior to when it was suppose to be delivered 5/15/26 and it was confirmed.) Assumed your company did their job and it was delivered and ready to go. Did not think we needed to check again and call months later like you had the audacity to say to me to see if your company did their job as we already confirmed a day prior to the set delivery date. Our fabricator went on vacation and was booked up thinking he had the slab in his possession bc he informed us he confirmed with you guys as well. Had appts with him on the slab that was suppose to have been delivered that then got rescheduled again still thinking he had it in his possession bc why would we have an appt if slab wasn't in his possession. To have a meeting with him today 7/31/26 on how we want it cut to find out by surprise from him and us it wasn't even delivered 5/15/26. The fabricator was surprised as us bc they informed us they confirmed in May the delivery as well. That is pretty accurate you and your team ignored a SOLD/PAID for slab that was sitting there that should have been delivered in May when we paid invoices and confirmed delivery dates. I can't say enough good things about IRG and all the amazing people who work here! My husband and I went there yesterday to try to see some quartz slabs in person and we needed to bring our kids with us. From the moment I called IRG a few days ago, the customer service has been great. Chevon was so helpful over the phone, looking up to see if they had slabs of the quartz I was hoping to see. Then when we arrived, Jogreet welcomed us and took us to see some quartz sample tiles. She let us know once we had an idea which samples we liked, she would bring us to the slabs and the two gentlemen (I unfortunately didn't get their names) could help us pull out some full slabs to see them on a larger scale. We were there for over an hour and a half and all four people who assisted us were really phenomenal - so friendly, knowledgeable and eager and happy to help! I can't recommend IRG enough! When we were wrapping up, Jogreet gave us some samples to bring home so we can narrow down our selections. She was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The gentlemen who helped show us slabs even let our two forklift loving kiddos sit on the forklift to take a picture All that to say, everyone here is wonderful and their selections are great and the whole process there is easy and enjoyable and super helpful when you're considering or planning a renovation or new build. Searching for a remnant of a no longer popular granite was frustrating. I called more than a couple dozen fabricators and granite suppliers. It was surprising how many who answered knew their remnant inventory by memory - I had the impression few wanted to bother to actually see what they had. When Jogreet answered my call at IRG, she said she would check and call back. Have you heard that before??? Well, she did and found a damaged piece of granite in the type I needed. My husband checked out the granite a couple days later after Jogreet arranged to have it moved to the Dublin location. It was going to work and there was enough unblemished granite to do the repair. Kudos to Jogreet for exemplifying what quality customer service looks like. We will be happy to recommend IRG to anyone we know seeking natural stone. I looked at countless stone yards and showrooms all over the Bay Area, trying to find the perfect gray quartz with just the right veining. I love the look of marble, but didn't want the upkeep. I also didn't want something that screamed "I'm fake marble!". At one point, my family was threatening me because I was holding up our kitchen remodel with my indecisiveness. Finally, I found Integrated Resources and found a quartz I loved from their sample board. I had the girl in the showroom pull a slab, and there were no surprises - it was just as beautiful on the full slab as on the sample. Months later, I still look at my counters and can't believe I found exactly what I wanted. They are gorgeous and the staff didn't act like I was nuts for wanting to see the full slab, which is the reaction I got at a few other places. We had a terrific experience at IRG choosing the raw quartzite slab for our kitchen counters. We visited several stone yards in the Tri-Valley area and decided on IRG for three reasons: customer service, selection, and price. We made two trips to IRG; the first time we just wanted to walk the yard and get an idea of selection and prices (which were competitive with other stone yards in the area). Raisa kindly looked up at least a dozen prices for us, which we appreciated greatly. By the second visit, we had decided on Perla Venata quartzite for our kitchen counter material. Raisa and the slab movers were kind enough to let us choose from one of four raw slabs they had in stock (whereas some stone yards only moved one slab for us, letting us choose between one of two). We selected our slab and had a hold placed on it. After that, it was as simple as providing IRG our fabricator's name and number and filling out some paperwork. It has been a little less than a year since our kitchen counter slab purchase and the counters are everything we could have hoped for. THEY WILL SELL YOUR GRANITE OUT FROM UNDER YOU!!!! Even if you and/or your fabricator keep in touch with them and while they assure you that have not and will not sell it to someone else. I reserved some granite in June of 2011 and when I needed it in September, it was sold. Both my fabricator and I were in contact with them several times during this time period and were told that the granite would not be sold. But, they sold the granite we had taken weeks to find with NO REGARD FOR ME OR MY PROJECT! My wife and I did not find out our granite was sold until we went to the fabrcator and discovered that Integrated Resources had sent them one slab that we never looked at and another slab that was the last pick of the four we had chosen. Our fabricator then called Integrated Resources and were told that "our" granite was gone. This made the trip to the fabricator a complete waste of time. So, now I am out a half day's of work plus a $270.00 fee paid to our designer to help pick out the granite in the first place. Intergrated resources COULD NOT CARE LESS! The salesgirl, Saida, took "full responsibility" for the mix up but then proceeded to blame my fabricator and other salesmen on the staff of her own company. WHAT A BUNCH OF WORMS!! I am sure Integrated Resources will say this was everyone's fault but their own. This would be, to say the least, UNTRUE! read more

We purchased Pentel Quartz for 3 bathrooms from IRG in Dublin 3 years ago. We were vety pleased with our very helpful and friendly saleswoman as well as their price and service. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen we headed there again to select counter material. This time we had a very friendly salesman who was of absolutely no help. He appeared to have little knowledge of the different brands of quartz now any style sense. He called over another man who tried to stear us to a much more expensive material than we wanted. Several days later we again went there, this time to find a backsplash. It took us forever to find a salesperson. An older salesman, who never gave us his name, finally came to assist us. When he heard we wanted to purchase lower price point tiles he became rude and dismissive and made it clear he wanted us to leave. Won't be going back. read more

I checked out this business today and so far I am very impressed! I first sent an email inquiry and they responded promptly. During my visit I was welcomed and assisted right away. I thought they had a great selection of countertops (granite, limestone, quartz, etc.) at reasonable prices. I totally agree with the other posts. Good selection and the warehouse staff is great, but the manager lady is quite unfriendly and a bit rude. She acts like you are bothering her and taking up her time, rather than being welcoming and appreciative that you are patronizing her company rather than spending your money at another supplier. This is supposed to be an exciting experience - you're getting a new kitchen or bath and spending a ton of money, when people are downers like this it really takes the wind out of your sails. I left feeling like I didn't want to do business there. FYI to the ownership, send her to a customer service training class. I'm sure shes great at what she does and probably just doesn't realize how her demeanor is rubbing people the wrong way. Smile and be friendly... try it, you might like it, I guarantee you that your customers that pay your bills will. read more

After having a bad experience with a local Livermore granite supplier (Sosa), we came here for some bathroom remodels. They also have a warehouse to select from across the peninsula which is larger. We found what we were looking for in the Dublin warehouse. The quality and professionalism was far superior to what we had before with Sosa. IRG is competitively priced, you are treated courteously, and the work is done on time. Installation was also great. You may not recognize their name as quickly because they don't bombard you with ads in the paper all the time. The only reason I found them is they do promote public TV and therefore get some airtime as a form of advertisement. I only wish I had found them before! read more
