Great source of large format porcelain for your projects. Beautiful showroom. I love all the textured porcelains. Their European cabinetry really contemporary and a good choice if you can wait 12-16 weeks for delivery. read more

We were excited to work with them as their tile and vanity selections looked great in the showroom. When we received the tiles it was completely different from what we had selected. The samples we liked in the store didn't match the final delivered product. The color was off and the texture was just a print. Not the sample we had seen. Also, I would be very careful going to Porcelanosa, their quality seems good in the store but when you get the final product at home, it is not that great for the price you pay. The stone-looking tiles have a blur pattern that is fake and stamped on and that is not what we saw on the sample in the store. On bringing this up to the team at PORCELANOSA, they said that their batches can vary in color. This was also not told to us when we went to buy the tiles. We wanted our floor tile to be light and the walls to be darker. We ended up having the floor and the wall tiles look the same. The Vanity also was not constructed well. The doors would not align straight. And the customer service is not very good. Not helpful and pleasant to work with. The return instructions we not clear and the whole process was a very bad experience. And they don't provide pickup of the damaged items. You have to arrange for the large vanity pickup yourself pay their shipping fee or take it back yourself. Upon complaining multiple times they agreed to pick up the defective vanity for us. I will not be going there again. read more

Their tiles are holding up very well in my remodeled bathroom! I got large tiles for the shower wall and also for the floor quite a few years ago. read more

We have had a great experience with this store in Walnut Creek. Sanaa helped us from the outset in picking tiles and making several modifications to the order. We found her to be patient, creative, and provided very sound advice on various aspects of tile selection. She took time to answer several calls, emails and make follow up appointments. She followed up with us when needed and made sure we covered all bases. I would highly recommend using this store's services and asking for Sanaa if she is available. read more

I am doing a whole-house renovation, and I am looking to do wood-look tiles for my flooring throughout my new home.  Of all the different wood-look tiles I have had the chance to see in person, Porcelanosa's selections look and feel the best by far.  My architect / contractor referred me to Jack Kyle, and I am so grateful he did. Jack is well versed in design theories and has plenty of real-world project experiences.  What makes Jack truly special is his problem-solving capabilities.  When Jack saw that a particular sample I needed was no longer available, he found two vinyl samples that matched closely to the ceramic tile I had requested.  Thanks to those two vinyl chips, I was able to make the right finish selection with another vendor.  Jack's quick thinking and strong dedication to customers, coupled with his incredible attention to detail, have made him an indispensable design partner, as I pick out the right tiles to realize the vision I had for my new home. Jack sits at the desk that is closest to the main entrance. read more

Bought metal tiles from this store in CA and now the tile has defects and markings on more than half of the tile set. (Paid over $300 for 7 pieces of metal hexagon backsplash). Reached out to the store and they refused to replace my tiles! Never BUY AGAIN!!! read more

We were looking for Bathroom Remodel idea/design inspirations, and surely their showroom has good stuff on display. Tile quality is great and the collection. Jack Kyle was kind enough to receive us without appointment, when we walked in one weekend evening. Jack walked us through options, and he even helped us with design ideas, we transformed so 90s bathroom into something modern, with Jack's help. May be covid is to blame, things you want may not be in stock, but Jack was kind enough to help us with the alternative items that are in stock, and still keeping the original design in mind. Great Place for Good Quality Tile and designs. read more

We came in about 20-25 minutes before closing to view a few items in the showroom which we've only seen in photos and wanted to finalized our purchase on. There was two people at one of the desks busy chatting to each other, and neither greeted me as I walked in. After minutes of being in there, I still was not asked if I needed any help. My partner came inside to join me. We proceeded looking around. When we asked one of the ladies (one who has really short hair) a question, her answers were rather short and did not seem like she wanted to help us. Still rather lost in this store, we proceeded to walk and browse around. We came back to the lady and asked her a question, and she responded with "I can answer your question but we are closed now, so you have to come back". We couldn't believe the response. Our question was a very simple question - and if anything, the store probably closed a minute or so past. Had we been greeted and helped earlier, then we would have been out the store by then. Instead, she had been sitting around chatting with the other staff member. We had felt so uncomfortable that we held our last questions to the very end. Never had we felt so unwelcome at a store that we drove far to visit. I asked her why she is acting like this, and she said with a rude attitude "I did greet you, but you didn't hear me". We were appalled at this experience - We proceeded to leave. The third staff member did try to intervene and help us with any questions as we left, but by that time we were so upset. She did make things better by insisting to help, and we really do appreciate her trying to turn a negative experience into a positive one. However, back to the short haired lady, we were still terribly disturbed by her rude demeanor. When we asked who the store manager was, we were informed that they did not have one. I really hope this is true, and if in fact the short haired lady is the manager, or being considered to be the manager, careful thought should be given as customers will be driven away by her lack of customer service skills. read more

What a beautiful showroom, they have great design ideas and big kitchen displays with good quality design. Every corner you turn you just go WOW. it's great to have this in WC, they got a big parking garage across the street so easy to get to. The showroom has beautiful displays and a wonderful sales team. I very much enjoyed my experience here. read more

My experience with Porcelanosa as a company is the one from a nightmare. I fell in love with the design. Purchased 2 vanities and 2 sinks 3 months before we were ready to install them. Stored the items in boxes in the garage until they were needed. Opened the boxes for the installation - 2 out of 4 items are damaged ( a vanity and a sink). Porcelanosa refused to replace them because of their 30 day return policy. We were offered to buy a replacement set at 50% off. Was not surprised when discovored that the replaced vanity is missing mounting brackets. Called customer service in San Jose with request for replacement, sent photos of what was needed with detailed description -a week later got the wrong part. Called again, was told that the part is coming from Spain - WRONG part sent again. We've been trying to complete our bathrooms projects since July - can't do it because of Porcelanosa. You will not get customer support if you run into a problem. STAY AWAY from PORCELANOSA! read more

If you want your bathroom or kitchen to look like a magazine cover shot... look no further! Porcelanosa has the yummy products you're looking for. I am finishing up two Porcelanosa bathrooms and ready to put this listing on the market and I want to get top dollar for the property. These products will push my listing to the top. Kim has been a wonderful resource for ideas, samples and design options during this process. She is patient and always keep me updated with the products I ordered. I love everything about what she did. No one was pushy or had a hidden agenda. I appreciate that. It was a straight to the point process and my questions were answered at all times. Well deserved 5-star review from a very picky and satisfied customer. read more

I'm an architect and Porcelanosa is my go to place for beautiful, modern and unique tiles and bath fixtures. Their showroom in Walnut Creek (also in SF an San Jose) is a great place for design inspiration. I've been there a lot recently and always get great service, but I want to give a shout out to Jack Kyle who helped me find the perfect in-stock tiles when the ones I planned on using were suddenly gone. I will post a picture once the tiles are installed. Picture below is from a previous project. Thanks Jack! read more

Porcelanosa - "Ona" tile from Porcelanosa in my Master Bath - Flooring Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

Best tiles, stones in the Bay Area and the showroom to showcase their product and give you ideas. They also have great catalogs to further provide design ideas. Yes, they're a little pricey but the product is beautiful, and it will give you the finish you want. If you're doing a new kitchen and bath, this is the place to be. read more

Porcelanosa - Flooring Near Me - Walnut Creek, California

We purchased tile, a vanity, and a faucet from Kim. Since their warehouse is far from our house, we wanted to pick everything up at the same time to avoid extra trips. Kim insisted we pick things up in two trips or she would give up some of the items that we ordered and paid for to another customer if they weren't picked up. When we were ready to install our faucet, we learned that we were missing a few parts. This not only delayed our remodel, but we now had to worry about the parts being in stock. Our sales person should have informed us that the additional parts would be needed for installation. In addition, we saw scratches on our faucet and because we were forced to pick it up before we needed it, we didn't catch the scratches in time and Merced Acevedo provided the worst client experience we have ever had. Not only did he blame our contractors for scratching the faucet, but he wasn't willing to work with us to offer a replacement. They truly do not value customer service. We love their tile and have spent lots of money with them, but will think twice when we needed to make purchases in the future. read more

After looking through many different store for supplies for our bathroom remodel around the bay, we were able to find good quality tile, tub, toilet and Vanity at the Walnut Creek store. Customer service was very prompt and back ordered items all arrived within quoted time without any issues. We are very happy with service that we've received from Kim, Ignacio, Rita and Roman. Will definitely frequent them for future projects. read more

Great customer service and top of the line products. I am happy that I began my remodel looking at floors at Porcelanosa. It helped me jumpstart the entire project. They have so many choices of beautiful tile, engineered wood and fixtures...the showroom is like a playground for design lovers! Kim was very helpful throughout the process; she is a people's person, she loves design and is passionate about the product she represents. All our floors throughout the home and the bathroom tile on floor and walls are from Porcelanosa. We couldn't be happier. We get a lot of positive comments from people visiting. It was really fun. If I had to do this all over again, here is where I would start. read more

It's always a pleasure sure working with Porcelanosa. Their materials are absolutely superb. We, as project managers in Green Bay Remodeling, believe in building relationships with our teams and vendors. I can truly say that Kim is amazing! I called Porcelanosa to set an appointment, and explained that we're having our bathroom gutted, and want to buy tile for the walls and floor, in addition to a tub and fixtures. I asked on the phone if someone would be willing to talk with us, and help us with our selections because during Covid we would prefer to not visit lots of showrooms. The person on the phone checked with another employee, and assured us that someone would be available to advise us. We drove from Napa, and arrived 2 minutes before our appointment. When we walked in I introduced myself to the person sitting at the desk near the door and told her that we had an appointment. She literally said NOTHING. She gave my husband and me an icy stare, and turned away. We looked around for about 15 minutes, before we gave up and left. Why not just say on the phone that you have NO interest in customers? It certainly would have saved us several hours of driving time. We were wearing masks. We were polite. We plan to start construction this month, and are serious buyers. I do NOT recommend this business. read more

My husband and I purchased tiles for our bathroom remodel. Kimberly helped us with the order and informed us it would be delivered from their San Jose warehouse by Tuesday. We did not receive the delivery- so we tried to reach out. Phone calls were always sent to voicemail and emails were never answered. When Kim finally got back to us, she said the warehouse had a delay shipment and that our order would deliver next day- Wednesday instead. We had our contractor waiting and we basically paid him the day for nothing. So we cancelled the order. 2 days later, Kim replied that she would process now since she was off the past days. I guess this location only had either Kim or Ludi working.. and Ludi couldn't handle much. They were so nice and helpful when we were in store. Beautiful material and we were hoping to use them for our full home remodel- but not after this encounter. So unresponsive! read more

I get that this company markets itself as very high end, but that is no excuse to have employees who pick and choose who they want to help. It makes customers feel like you're profiling them. I went in last weekend, and there was no one else in the store. The blond lady at the front desk didn't greet us,l and didn't bother to ask if we needed any help. When I did ask her for some guidance, she was very short and didn't bother to say bye when we left. Please, hire someone else who actually wants to help people and has a better attitude. read more

We we there yesterday looking for ideas in a bathroom remodel. My son and I walked and a brunette lady was sitting at her desk. She just stared at us , without a greeting or anything. I turned to her and said "Hello, how are you?", no response. To make my point , I said again," Hello, how are you?" She looked at me and then put her head down pretending to be busy. This is just poor customer service, and yes I think because we were in street clothes, she definitely profiled us. My teenage son cane home and was telling my husband how rude they are. I'm happy to spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Ciao! read more

My experience with Kim at Porcelanosa Walnut Creek has been beyond exceptional. I cant get help at this location each time I've tried, they are always too busy for their customers. Had the pleasure of working with Kim twice on ordering materials for a project and she is so helpful! Especially with the most recent order we had placed --- wasn't expected to arrive until 1.5 weeks later, but she worked her magic and got it shipped to us in 2 days! Not to mention that she also gave us really good pricing. I look forward to working with her/Porcelanosa again in the future. Thank you, Kim! read more

My experience at the Porcelanosa in Walnut Creek has been fantastic. Kim is very helpful and has a good eye. The showroom is large enough without being overwhelming. The tiles work well together so it is easy to come up with a style that will work. Looks are modern but classic. The process has been seamless for me and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel. read more

We purchased the 4x8' white tiles to avoid grout lines. When it came time to ship them, just like Lynn T. experienced, we could not get through to the San Jose warehouse and the Walnut Creek showroom was utterly useless. Ultimately, we got the run around for close to two months. Mind you, the tiles were bought and paid for. When we finally got Porcelanosa to do their apparently extremely difficult job, the tiles were not packaged correctly so no shipping company would touch them. And the one shipping company that finally agreed, ended up breaking every single panel. Avoid Porcelanosa at all costs. They love to sell but when it comes time to deliver the product they literally disappear and give you the run around. Be warned! read more

This has been a terrible customer service experience. I purchased tile from Kim during the sale on April 24th. I was told 12 weeks until it arrived, yet the arrival date kept changing on me. A few weeks ago, I was told it would finally arrive the end of July. I just called, now I'm being told it won't be here until September? Five months? This is holding my contractor up and I can't move into my home! I would not have bought tile from them had I known this could happen. read more

As so many others have said, walked in here, we were the only customers in there with two employees. Never greeted, never one word, so after 10+ minutes we walked out. I'm sure the manager will say how sorry she is that I experienced this but apparently people have been saying this for MONTHS. What is so hard about training employees to be decent to the very customers that are the reason for them being at the store in the first place? Two stars because the products are beautiful. Zero stars for management apparently not understanding why they have a showroom. read more

First off showroom is beautiful and so is the product. After reading these reviews they must have swapped staff with the other store. I entered the Store and was neither greeted, or even told someone would help me after browsing the whole store. As I was leaving held the door open for the employee who should have greeted me was busy on her cell phone without so much as a thank you or have you been helped. Will try another location. read more

On the advice of my architect, I was encouraged to stop into the Walnut Creek store. I am very glad I did! Their product selection is innovative, creative, and well suited for any application. I purchased floor and wall tile for a client (they also sell fixtures and vanities). One very nice feature is that they carry a unique line of tiles in the 4' x 8' feet range and everything in between. Their customer service is outstanding. I received great assistance in selecting my tile. Kim, a sales associate, is terrific. She is great with color and design and made the whole process of ordering very elegant. After I received my delivery she proactively followed up to make sure everything is right. I'll definitely be back in the near future. read more

Zero stars. I've been in the showroom previously and the service was disgusting. I built a 5000 square foot house and didn't use them. I decided to give them a try again against my better judgement and received the same rude and disgusting service. Stay away! read more

I walked in the store on Monday at 2:00 pm. No one was at the showroom except two employees. I went in and no one greeted or acknowledged me. The two employees just stared at their computers and ignored me. Even if they are in the middle of something work related, a polite acknowledgement would have been nice. I browsed around and asked some questions at one lady and she gave me a quick response and was rude. I have plans of remodeling three bathrooms at my house and would like to get some ideas on tiles. But no one seemed interested or eager to talk to me. They probably didn't want my business. I left feeling like their issue with me was my race. I do NOT recommend this company at all.
