We had an outstanding experience with Palazzo Kitchens and Baths on our master bathroom remodel. We wanted to completely renovate and modernize the space, including reworking the layout, but weren't sure what was possible. Palazzo's team made the entire process seamless and stress-free, from design and material selection to planning and construction. Rebeca, our designer, was professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. What impressed us most was her understanding of both design and construction. Because our project involved moving plumbing and walls, she ensured every design decision was both beautiful and practical. She thoughtfully guided us toward a timeless design, reviewed the estimate thoroughly upfront to set clear expectations, and remained involved throughout the project. Arturo, our project manager, was wonderful to work with. He was experienced, dependable, and easy to talk to. It was obvious he genuinely cared about doing the job right. He kept the project organized and on schedule, stopped by several times a week to check on the progress, and was always available whenever we had questions. His leadership kept the project running smoothly, and we always felt confident that the project was in good hands. The construction team - Rolando, Rodolfo, Cesar, Freddo, and Jorge - was fantastic to work with. They were always punctual, respectful, highly skilled, and a pleasure to have in our home. They kept the workspace clean and organized every day, and the quality of their work was excellent. Rolando and Rodolfo handled the demolition professionally, Cesar kept the project running smoothly and paid close attention to every detail, Freddo did a great job with framing, molding, and painting, and Jorge's beautiful tile work truly elevated the finished bathroom. Remodeling can be stressful, but this project never felt chaotic. Everything stayed organized, and we always knew what was happening. The finished bathroom is beautiful, functional, and turned out even better than we had hoped. The project was completed on time and within budget. Throughout the process, it was clear that Palazzo is a well-run company that takes pride in the quality of its work and cares about its customers. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and would confidently recommend them to our friends and family. read more

The Palazzo team is phenomenal! We needed a design and build partner for our kitchen & laundry renovation project, & new floors.  We worked with Rebeca & Erika for the early phase planning, they brought great ideas and guidance to bring our dream kitchen to life.  The build was also smooth and on time, led by Felipe, Art and his team.  We've all heard nightmare stories with these kind of renovations.  It's great to lean on real experts you can depend on,  are responsive, and always one step ahead of things.  Palazzo is committed to delivering great results for their customers, we're delighted with the results. read more

Felipe has an amazing crew! From showroom staff to the construction crew. They ALL treated my small projects like the million dollar ones! Work site was always clean. Everything down to the smallest details were done very well! It is rare to find a company that is outstanding in all aspects and Palazzo Kitchens and Baths exceeded my expectations! I had walked into their showroom to just pick out new countertops and ended up doing quite a bit more because they could do the whole project ... tile, plumbing, fixtures, countertops. Started in the kitchen and then the bathroom became a full project. Felipe is really competent in guiding the whole scope of work to fit the home and budget! I'm recommending his well run company to anyone I know ready to do a kitchen and bath remodel. read more

I highly recommend working with Palazzo on your kitchen or bath project. We are in love with our kitchen remodel. The Palazzo team was awesome and Rebeca made our kitchen transformation (and first floor remodel) a dream come true. Every element of the design and project plan was clear, transparent and well thought-out. They stayed on budget and provided the highest quality selections and recommendations for fixtures, cabinets, hardware, stone, tile and materials. The project was delivered on time, with no delays, and they ensured everything was installed with the highest attention to detail and finish. read more

This is the third time I used them and again could not be happier. Everyone there is great and they have excellent customer service. Felipe the owner really helped me when I was selecting my faucets and trim pieces. The fabrication of the countertops and installation was just like the other two times and was/is amazing. I highly recommend Palazzos for your kitchen and bathroom projects. read more

I love my new kitchen! A friend recommended Palazzo for our kitchen renovation, and I am glad we listened. Felipe was accessible any time we had questions or needed guidance. He helped us select materials that worked with our budget and style considerations. Anytime there were any hiccups Felipe came through with multiple options to keep our project on track. Now we have a kitchen we are proud of. The next project will be the bathrooms and we are definitely coming back to Palazzo for that. read more

I had my kitchen remodeled last month and couldn't be more pleased! Great customer service from beginning to end. Jerry helped me pick out the countertop, back splash, etc and was responsive and understanding throughout the year long process (it took me a while to figure out exactly what I wanted.) Once the work commenced Arturo and his fantastic team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They always arrived on time, and were both proactive and thoughtful throughout the remodel process. I elected to work with a local cabinet maker so coordination with the cabinet maker was essential. Again, seamless and so impressive. A shout out to Leo who handed electrical, paint, installation of new appliances and much more he was highly competent and kind...a winning combination for something like this. The end product is gorgeous and greatly improved the appearance and functionality of my kitchen. A special thank you to the team for all of their hard work. read more

What a great experience I had with the staff at Palazzo. The majority of my dealings were with the owner, Felipe. Talk about patience and being there for me for every decision. I've never done a re-model of any kind and I had a great experience tearing out my 1/2 bath and replacing with new flooring and vanity from Palazzo. Overall the cost for everything was very comparable to other establishments, yet I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted (custom vs. pre-fab). I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat! read more

I went with my parents to start looking at products for my kitchen remodel. When we entered, the man sitting behind the desk did not not acknowledge us so I asked if was ok if we look around and he replied 'yes' and went back to what he was doing. At no point we were there did he ask if we needed any information or assistance. We went to another place where we were helped and had much nicer looking product and displays as well. I would not recommend spending your time going to Palazzo, there are other good options in the area. read more

Felipe your the best!!! I just needed one more tile to complete my bathroom project and knowing that it would take several weeks to receive that one tile well you can imagine how disappointed I was - I sent my wife to you to order that one tile and you offered her the display piece. Wow who does that my project is complete and I found a new " family "like tile store . Keep that attitude up and you will be opening up many new stores congratulations on the superior customer service we all miss from times past read more

Amazing service! I would give 10 stars if I could. Felipe- the business owner took our order himself. He was very attentive to our requests, was able to give us the best price, also was able to process our complicated order in a timely manner. Also he was promptly replying to all my emails. We ordered 3 countertops (one of them was a large multilevel unit with 2 vanities), 4 built in vanities, 4 faucets. The warehouse has a good selection of materials, vanities and faucets, prices are very reasonable. The installation job was performed excellently, everything perfectly fits into their places, no mess was left by the installers. I can 100% recommend the Palazzo Bath and Kitchen to everyone. read more

So so disappointed. We spent over 10k counter top and other items (porcelain countertops.) Was told the porcelain counter tops were the toughest. NOT. Pics below. Foil pans, cookie sheets other ceramics mark the counters. Some come out some don't. Have called Filipe the owner and cannot get a call back. Edges have chipped and the seams are not great. Maybe there are different grades of porcelain? Would know if they would call us back? read more

Stopped by the store to pick out a new bath. Worst customer service. Nobody knows any prices. Employee brought a catalog from somewhere to check on faucet prices, could not figure it out. I can't begin to say how pleased I am with the entire process of working with this company. From beginning to end I genuinely felt my business mattered to them. They protected the hallways of my building the entire time they were working on this job and vacuumed the building hallways and the work area every night. The dust in the remaining 2/3rds of my home was truly kept to a minimal with a plastic work shield and zippered partition. Every single member of the construction crew that worked on my job was extremely polite and asked my opinion on all intricate details. It became my pleasure to make coffee for them every morning and donuts once a week to say thank you to them for all of their hard quality work. Some of the crew were so good in fact that I felt compelled to give them significant cash rewards for their hard work, also known as tipping. And yes, when they work their butts off for 10 weeks and smile every time you ask a question, and do the high quality work they do for a paycheck, tipping is absolutely appropriate. read more

We waited a few years to get our Master's bathroom renovated because #1, only me and my husband sees it, #2 - there were other projects in the house that needs prioritizing, and #3 - the expense of it needs a lot of mental, emotional and financial preparation. This bathroom was originally built in 1987. The toilet would overflow if you did a number 2 (Ewww - T.M.I.) and the plumbing under the sink started leaking for how long, I'm not even sure, but the wood shelves underneath started rotting. Finally, after a thorough research we picked the best in our area. The Palazzo Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job in transforming our shower and vanity counters into a hotel like bathroom. The process from the concept of the project till the final touches was smooth sailing. They have an interior designer ( Kirstie) which was provided by Palazzo and is complimentary. They have a project manager (Art), that is consistently overseeing the project weekly. And their workers are so courteous and super skillful ( Great job to Andres, Christian and Jorge!). Communications are constant so nothing was a surprise for us. I would say that the price that was quoted to us is fair for the amount of attention and work skill that they have provided to us. Believe me when I say that I've had horrible experiences from my previous projects but I'm not incline to ruin anyone's source of living. We are just here to attest our genuine appreciation of the finest work that the Palazzo Kitchen and Bath has provided for us. My husband and I can now enjoy a beautiful and functional Master's bathroom. I will show the before and after photos. read more

I stripped my kitchen, living room, laundry room and guest bathroom down to boards and built back from scratch. I also had my fireplace box built up and the face retiled. Early last November, I happened upon Palazzo Kitchen and Bath Store in Concord quite by chance. Thinking they were just a tile store, I walked in and found a small but beautiful show room with lots of choices of floor and wall tile, faucets, sinks, cabinets, mock-ups of bathrooms and kitchens and much more. I was greeted by Jerry Johnson, contractor and interior designer. He set me up for an appointment where we talked at length about what to expect. I liked that they did not start the project until they had all of the materials physically in their warehouse so that the client does not sit in a house under construction any longer than necessary as they wait for materials to be delivered. I also liked that they had such an impressive array of kitchen/bathroom items, a cornucopia of beautiful choices for me all in one store. If I did not find something I liked, I was welcome to purchase it someplace else and Palazzo would install it. Most everything I chose came from Palazzo. Their stock was quality and sumptuous. Over the next couple of months, and with much input and education from Jerry, I made my choices. Jerry then wrote a detailed and inclusive bid and the final cost was not much more than projected. Two other companies bid the work but not the supplies. I chose Palazzo. I liked Jerry. He was there for every step of the planning process, and to a lesser degree, the work stage. I had a lot of questions as this project was a first for me and I like to understand the how and why of things. Our personalities were nothing alike. But once I realized Jerry knew what he was talking about and once he understood that I needed him to listen to me and to explain when I asked, we developed a compatible working relationship where I felt comfortable to say what was on my mind. This was crucial for me. I expected a start date in March, but I guess I took too long in choosing my things so I got a start in early May. And there was also a wait for workmen to be freed up from earlier projects (everybody was remodeling during the pandemic!!) But once the project started, it pretty much zipped along seamlessly. Palazzo projected 12 weeks, it took 15 weeks. The shining stars in this whole process were the two men who got assigned to my house, the brothers, Leo and Alex. I can't say enough about these two. Extremely professional. Fabulous work ethic (as soon as the front door opened in the morning, minutes later I heard hammers and sawing and work being done inside my house!) Reliable and responsible. I can't think of a question I put to them that they could not answer. I can't think of anything that I asked them to do, that they wouldn't or couldn't do. Their work product was exemplary. They left each day, with a house and a garage that was vacuumed and all their workmen stuff were put away. Not only that, but they were fun. And funny. And kind. And respectful-to me and my home. And to my pets. I actually missed them when the job was complete. There were some other workmen that would come in from time to time in their place and they were good too. Arturo, Cesar, Edwin, Ezekiel. Palazzo hires excellent workmen. But Leo and Alex were top notch. If you brothers read Yelp, thank you for making a project that initially made me anxious and a bit scared, thank you for making the project fun. Each day I came home was like Christmas. Something new to get excited about!! Art was my project manager. He too was excellent. Very responsive to my texts, returning answers in a timely manner. I tried to keep my questions to a minimum but I'm sure I failed on that!! Dropped by the job site often just to make sure things were going smoothly. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Jorge, the tile man, was a craftsman. Did beautiful work and I had chosen some very delicate tile. Juan, the smiling man that came by my house and picked up the bags of garbage generated from the job so my house was not cluttered. I have to say that Palazzo is a class act. I felt like I was in good hands. I never felt worried about anything. I learned a lot. About my own home and about building. My project was costly but I feel like I got what I paid for. I asked a lot from Palazzo and they delivered. I have a beautiful new home. read more

I do not recommend this business. They ignored my husband and myself. They could have possibly made thousands of dollars as we are building a new home. I believe he judged us as soon as we walked in because we are African Americans. Short story: My husband and I entered this business looking for bath & kitchen tile, fixtures and flooring for home we are building. The gray haired gentleman sitting behind the counter said with a scoured look on his face (no smile) can I help you. He never moved or stood up etc. I then proceed to tell him we are building a new and looking for many things. We were there 20 minutes and we saw 4 people working and not one of them asked if they could help us. No other customers were present that I could see. I did say loud enough to my husband I refuse to spend my money where I'm don't feel welcomed and left the store. read more

Worked with Palazzo after searching for months for the right countertops at a reasonable price. Palazzo not only helped us along with choosing the right countertops, they offered by far the best price points. They have an incredible selection and an equally impressive staff. We recently remodeled two bathrooms in our home. After an extensive search for a contractor, we chose Palazzo Kitchen and Bath located in Concord to complete our project. We are so glad we did! Our experience from beginning to end was incredible. Their showroom is beautiful and provided us with many options for cabinets, tile, countertops, tubs, flooring etc. If they did not have something that you are looking for, they had lots of catalogs to select from and they were always able obtain samples. Our Designer was Rebecca. I cannot say enough about her. She was very experienced, helpful and just wonderful to work with. Our General Manager was Felipe, Project Manager was Art and our Contractor was Arturo. The Palazzo team provided us with two beautiful new bathrooms. They displayed expertise in all areas and were extremely clean and quiet during this 6-week project. We are so pleased with our outcome and my wife and I highly recommend Palazzo Kitchen and Bath to anyone considering a home remodeling project. read more

We've had an excellent experience with Palazzo for two projects 13 years apart! They did a stellar job with our Silestone kitchen countertop back in 2011 (still looks amazing), and we couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and attention to detail they gave to our quartz countertops and shower as part of a recent bathroom remodel. Also really pleased we went with a line of cabinetry they offer (Bertch) for the vanity; it's super well made and just stunning, as are the tile selections they helped us with. Finally, I can't say enough good things about Felipe and Kiersti, who are knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. We will use Palazzo again, for sure. read more

I have a fabulous story of my remodeled kitchen taking a 1953 kitchen space into a modern day version high on efficiency and great looks. My design rep, Kiersti was helpful, patient and full of good ideas. When I came into showroom she always had my materials lined up to refresh my memory and possibly change out some design feature. The project manager, Art kept all facets of my job running smoothly and on day 1 of demo he was hands on helping to remove last minute items from fridge to relocate to outside to use during project. My 2 workmen, Cesar and Julio took care of everything in a professional and courteous manner always greeting the start of the morning with a smile and pleasantries before they created their magic with my kitchen. They did everything in such an effortless method, even finishing the job earlier than scheduled. And wrapping it all together with Felipe, the owner, overseeing delivered products to begin the start of project with a watchful intent that exuded confidence and know how in an endeavor that could be stressful for a homeowner. His years of experience in the business is a plus and everything came together like a well oiled machine. Thanks to Palazzo and all employees mentioned or behind the scenes, they made my life so pleasant that staying home to enjoy my kitchen is the added bonus. Can't recommend them enough! read more

This review is ONLY RELATED TO GETTING INITIAL QUOTES FOR KITCHEN REMODEL. I tried to schedule a time to come to look at the showroom for a kitchen remodel that we are doing. I scheduled a time, went there, and no one was available. I did look around at the different products (without help). But ultimately I decided that it was better not to go with Palazzo if that was their customer service at this beginning stage. I even emailed after the issue with the appointment and no one responded. We will be using someone else. read more

Professional, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and reliable are some of the words that spring to mind after Felipé and the folks at Palazzo recently wrapped up replacing our old tile kitchen countertops with beautiful new quartz. Felipé's follow-through at all phases was consistent and comforting. In this age of unreliable contractors, working with Palazzo was a breath of fresh air. A bit on the pricey side perhaps, but well worth the peace of mind and the results! read more

After visiting virtually every countertop dealer in the Bay Area, we found Palazzo. Within minutes of entering, owner Felipe was asking us excellent questions and helped us in ways no one else had previously. After a truly horrid experience ordering counter through Lowe's, Palazzo was a breath of fresh air: they did a high quality install on time for a fair price. We wish we had used Felipe for our entire kitchen remodel, but since we can't, we urge you to. The kind of business that deserves continued success!! read more

Fantastic quality, derive and support. In time and in budget...actually a little ahead of schedule!

Went here but they were too busy to even pay attention or ask questions to, so we just looked around. Not their fault they were so busy and a good thing. Nice showroom. The cabinets are no different from ones I see at Granite Expo where I ended up going back to ( no-frills place, but good vanities and quartz/marble countertops), but Palazzo had nice beautiful cabinets too. I liked Palazzo's set-up where they showed kitchen cabinets and bathrooms were very nice there. They were weeks out if not months to do work, so I knew this place would not work for me as I needed a bathroom back in commission soon. Otherwise, I would have considered this place if I wasn't in a hurry to remodel the bathroom since down one bathroom and the kids were using mine! I do not feel qualified to give 5 stars based on just looking around and not using their services, so my review/stars were based on just me looking around and not actual work being done which looks like they do a beautiful job based on their yelps and their showroom. When I am ready to do my master's bathroom, I will definitely come back because I like an all-in-one-stop shop and hopefully, the remodeling craze going around will die down a bit so I can get it done and I will then update my stars! I also like that I saw an area in the back where they actually cut the quartz or marble material, so some of the work can be done in-house and possibly be custom made to your specifications (I have weird shaped/size vanities and countertops that were custom made for an angled wall so that is important to me). Wish this business much success as I support local businesses and I like how the owner responds to his reviews which makes him very attentive and responsive which is good to have that communication. read more
