I'd just like to say that Costco Livermore is one of the best in the Bay Area and surrounding…read moreareas. The managers are amazing and quick to help with any questions. I have had experiences with the managers Billy and Craig and both are absolutely amazing. They help, listen and make sure you the customer are completely satisfied. I have a Costco closer to me, but the staff there seem overworked, and the managers treat you as if you are bothering them, so I drive farther to Livermore for better service. Having great managers in Livermore also rubs off on the staff. You are greeted with smiles and upon leaving the gentleman that checks receipts was waving and smiling at us before we even reached him. It was so wonderful that even after a stressful day, you smile as he's waving to you. The variety in the store always seems to be stocked well and the only fault you will find is parking outside. You need to be patient and willing to drive around for a parking spot. It may take extra time but I find it worth it for the service. I've been coming here for over 20 years and don't have a complaint.

This review is more about the T-Mobile kiosk within the Livermore Costco. I'm posting here, since I…read morecan't find a review for the kiosk itself. My wife and I have been buying cell phones from the kiosk forever- we must've purchased 10 -12 phones from them over the years. It's kind of hit and miss whether you get a "good" associate or not. We've been eyeing the Apple iPhone 17's and finally pulled the trigger. This time we got the worst sales person of all time. We had already been to the kiosk a couple of times over the weeks leading up to the sale, so we pretty much knew the promotions that we were going to be getting. But this guy didn't bother to tell us anything about it nonetheless. He did manage to try to upsell accessories, etc. as that is part of his job. But what irked me the most was when he asked if we wanted to purchase the additional protection and I specifically answered "no". Sure enough, T-Mobile sent us a text saying that we were enrolled in the plan. When asked how long should we expect for the arrival of the phones. He just blurted out an unthoughtful "2 days", as he didn't care at this point and he was just trying to get off the clock to take his meal break. If there were a place for me to report him, I surely would. Over the years, we have watched that kiosk decline in the value you get from buying from them. And a couple of years ago, the kiosk turned into a T-Mobile specific location. The sales people have sure gone become more disappointing in all aspects. I'm sure that Covid changed everything, including wages and trying to recruit quality employees- as a business, they just need minimum-qualification warm bodies to man the post. So sad to see how low they have gone. **Update** We got our T-Mobile bill. On it was a charge to a phone number in JAMAICA! and guess when that call was placed? Yup, when he had my phone and was doing whatever. It's possible that he was just working too fast (carelessly) or just fat-fingered a phone number (carelessness), but he could've/should've let me know that he called a wrong number and to just address that call with T-Mobile later, or better yet, he could have just addressed it to HIS company right then and there. That would've been the RIGHT thing to do. When we noticed it on our bill and matched the incident with the exact time that we were buying new phones, we did address it with T-Mobile- they were good about omitting that charge and they gave us a credit for the "mistake". We made sure that they put in an incident report for that employee. I am still scratching my head how T-Mobile can hire such low-life people to represent their company!??

They a variety of Chinese products from refrigerated sausages, noodles, snacks, teas and other items. Foodle had Fortune cookie coins and the bigger round ones from the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory. I haven't seen them anywhere else. It runs $8.50 for bridge toll, gas and time to go to S.F. Although the big round fortune cookie wafers are $13.99 unless you buy 6 bags (with the buy 6, get 2 free they average out to $9/bag) at the factory, a single bag is cheaper at Foodle. The flat fortune cookies were fresh and crunchy. If I need groceries I plan to check out the store's inventory in more detail. Nice people. Stop in at this family owned store to see if they have what you need. Much cleaner than Ranch 99

While majority of goods are Chinese (Taiwan, Hongkong, China), some are from Japan, Korea.. The most prized items are behind the counter or nearby: dried abalone/scallops/meats, ginseng... Boba drinks, jasmine rice, labubu acrylics, noodles, condiments, sauces, juices, snacks, cookies, frozen shellfish, Chinese medicines, candies, oils, & many everyday necessities are the majority of goods sold. I was looking for something i didn't find in the typical Asian grocery store. Buys: Rose Jjolpokki (chewy noodle & Korean Rice Cake) 2 servings: 6.50 (Wang Korea) -usually eat the Chinese version of rice cake (nian go). Korean version is spicier/pricier ($10-20) in eateries. Trying a few before ordering in eatery. -had a few generic packaged version. This is lst name brand. Tokyo Noodle (4 pieces/$1) Japan -curious how it would taste. Discovered later descriptions all in Japanese. Will look at pics to cook. Was acknowledged by single cashier on duty when I entered. Browsed a little, skip drinks, products that had too much sugar. Forgot to look at Chinese medicine section. Quick, courteous checkout. Business slow on weekdays.
